Role Purpose
The Chief Executive Officer will provide strategic, operational and values-led leadership for Home-Start Norfolk, ensuring the charity delivers its mission, supports its families effectively and remains financially sustainable. Essential Criteria

- Strong experience of developing impact measurement frameworks, KPIs and reporting approaches that demonstrate organisational performance and social impact.
- Experience of improving data governance, data quality and data management practices across teams, with a clear understanding of responsible data use and data privacy regulations (eg GDPR).
- Ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, creating clarity, focus and high standards across insight generation, research and reporting.

The Head of Partnerships will play a key role in managing Inter Mediate's relationships with institutional donors, foundations, governments and philanthropic partners. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinical educator to join our expanding clinical professional development team working 30 hours per week.
We are looking for a proactive individual who is passionate about education, professional development and paediatric palliative care. You will have experience in clinical education, running high-quality training programmes for clinical staff, and in overseeing student placements.
We are widening our student nursing placement offer and the post holder will take a lead role in the development, coordination and quality assurance of our student placements. You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure students receive outstanding placement opportunities.
The successful candidate will also oversee the further development of our Paediatric Palliative Care Foundation Course. Having established a strong internal programme, we are looking for an inspiring educator who can help shape the next phase of its growth, extending opportunities for learning to both internal colleagues and external healthcare professionals.
In addition, as we expand our clinical skills training offer, you will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of simulation programmes that build clinical skill competence.

You have experience managing projects, including the implementation of AI tools and technical systems such as ERP, CRM, or ticketing platforms, and supporting organisational change. You can balance competing priorities, adapt to changing demands, and use evidence to make informed recommendations that enhance services. A good understanding of project management principles is essential for this role.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Lead effective scoping and project management of core Turing system enhancements and supplementary system and AI tooling implementations, delivering to agreed scope, timelines, and budget.
- Maintain a strategic, high‑level view of project progress and produce clear, insightful reports for senior management.
- Plan and coordinate resources, including task management of assigned project team members.
- Manage relationships with external consultants, vendors, and suppliers to ensure high‑quality delivery.
- Adapt to shifting priorities, evolving project scopes, and unforeseen challenges, providing robust and pragmatic solutions.
- Ensure that change‑related risks are understood and mitigated by stakeholders.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This full-time post is offered on a fixed term basis for 12 months. The annual salary is £55,000 plus excellent benefits, including flexible working and family friendly policies.

This is a pivotal senior leadership role with full strategic and operational accountability. Leadership and exceptional communication skills will be critical as The DBR Foundation establishes and grows. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the Chief Executive Officer will have a proven track record and experience as a CEO or in a similar executive leadership position. An extensive knowledge of the implementation of charity governance will be essential in this role.
The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for the drafting and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring financial sustainability, overseeing activities, memberships, fundraising and advocacy.
The Chief Executive Officer will have responsibility for recruitment and establishing a new team, resources and managing key relationships in line with the overall strategic policies, direction, goals and budget, for the purposes of advancing The DBR Foundation’s objectives, purpose and identity worldwide.
