About the role
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, multi-skilled administrator to assist our busy teams in London.
The Office Administrator will provide a range of essential office-based administrative support for the Legal Practice Unit and Policy & Practice Change Team, the majority of whom are currently working in a hybrid pattern. The priorities will be general administrative support: processing incoming and outgoing post, opening and closing files for clients; assistance with preparing court bundles; assistance with CCLC’s reception telephone line; communicating with internal and external departments; and assisting with any other legal or administrative tasks which may arise in order to fully support the team may also be required.

About the role
CTI is part of a housing-led response to ending homelessness. CTI is an evidence-based model, designed for times of transition for people who require support to navigate often fragmented systems. It uses a time limited case management approach to support people through a period of transition which works towards preventing and ending homelessness.
The model is strictly time limited and prescriptive in its application and Crisis’ CTI pilot will run close to the CTI principles. The timing of movement through the phases is defined by the Programme model.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have experience of delivering person centred support with statutory and non-statutory services within the criminal justice system, offering coaching and mentoring, learning support and/or personal development training, ideally working to matrix standards. You will also have an appreciation of delivering this within a time limited framework.
You will demonstrate knowledge of issues affecting homeless or vulnerably housed individuals which could include mental illness, addiction, the benefit system and housing. Being committed to empowering homeless and vulnerably housed individuals is essential to this role.

About The Role
The Communications & Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in shaping Animal Equality UK’s public voice. They will ensure all outgoing content, both digital and print, aligns with our brand, values, and mission.
This role will lead on paid digital marketing and lead-generation activities to grow our supporter and donor base; oversee video production; manage website content; optimise organic and paid reach; support SEO strategy; and ensure consistent day-to-day engagement across our social media channels.
