Employment conditions
Salary: £52,186.09 pro rata (£36,530.26 for 3.5 days).
Location: Working from home, with preference for candidates in the UK.
Hours: 3.5 days per week with occasional evening/weekend work for which time off in lieu will be given. We allow for flexible working but with some core hours.
Duration: 18 month fixed-term role.

About Culture Unstained
Culture Unstained is a campaigns and investigations organisation which primarily works to end fossil fuel sponsorship of culture, undermining the industry’s ‘social licence to operate’. We believe that targeting cultural sponsorship gets to the core of challenging the disruptive role of the fossil fuel industry in our politics, society and culture.
We work to end the social legitimacy and cultural power the fossil free industry currently gains from its involvement in culture and art – most visibly by sponsoring museums, galleries and other arts organisations – in order to bring about a world where cultural organisations draw an ethical red line and proudly reject funding and other ties to those involved in fuelling the climate crisis.
We adopt an intersectional, rather than single-issue approach, to our campaigns and are committed to climate justice. This means joining the dots between fossil fuel sponsorship, militarisation, frontline struggles, decolonisation and restitution campaigns, and Palestinian liberation.
Over the last decade, we have made cultural spaces into some of the most visible battlegrounds for a showdown between people and polluters. We have spearheaded headline-grabbing campaigns that have mobilised new networks of artists, workers and youth activists, and led to major wins, including the end of Shell and Equinor’s partnerships with the Science Museum and BP’s sponsorship of the Royal Opera House and The British Museum’s major exhibitions. In 2025, as a result of our track record of success and ongoing advocacy work, the Museums Association trade body passed a new Code of Ethics which now expects museums to ‘transition away from’ fossil fuel sponsorship.

The Advocacy Academy is an activist youth movement. We serve as the political home for grassroots youth organising and the catalyst for collective action. The lives of the young people we work alongside have been directly shaped by living in an unjust world, and we exist to turn their anger into action.
Young people are often the catalysts for major social change, from the Student Non-violent Coordinating Committee at the heart of the Civil Rights Movement, to the Soweto Uprising mobilising young people to resist the apartheid regime's education policies, to the Sunrise Movement redrawing the electoral map across America, and more recently encampments and protests across the world protesting the genocide in Palestine. How successfully they achieve real and lasting change depends on whether they are organised and whether they have the right strategy and tactics to be effective.
We are now looking for a Head of Spacemaking & Operations who believes in this vision and can ensure that TAA’s Liberation Centre is safe, fully operational, and intentionally designed as a welcoming, accessible, and inclusive environment. This role bridges operational delivery and spatial experience, ensuring that the Centre not only functions effectively behind the scenes, but also reflects TAA’s values in how people experience, move through, and use the space. You will combine operational oversight, facilities management, and space experience design, working across teams to ensure the Centre is safe, compliant, efficient, accessible and welcoming for staff, young people, and the wider community.

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an operations professional who shares EJF’s commitment to environmental justice and is ready to take on real responsibility across a fast-growing global non-profit organisation.
As Operations Officer, you will play a hands-on role in keeping EJF's international operations running smoothly across 16 countries on four continents, with a particular focus on our five European offices.
Your remit will be broad. From ensuring offices function efficiently and IT systems operate safely, to providing HR support to line managers and coordinating across teams in multiple time zones, no two days will look the same. Over time, you will develop a working knowledge of the full operational landscape of an international NGO, building skills and experience across functions that few comparable roles can offer.
You will bring at least three years of experience in an operations, coordination, or administrative role, ideally in an international or multi-site environment. You will also have strong organisational skills, sound judgement, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
This is a role for someone who takes pride in getting things right, thrives on variety, and wants to contribute meaningfully to an organisation working on some of the most urgent environmental and human rights issues of our time.
Key responsibilities
Operations, Systems & IT Support: This includes user onboarding; troubleshooting technical issues with our hardware or software (calling in external support when needed); managing access and settings; and supporting digital security procedures.
HR & People: This includes implementing recruitment and induction processes; maintaining staff records and ensuring timely staff reports and appraisals; supporting effective transactional HR services across European offices; and answering ad hoc staff queries.
Office management: The role will ensure that offices in the UK, Belgium, France, Germany and Spain run efficiently and provide staff with excellent places to work and collaborate.
General Administration & Organisational Support: This will include managing shared inboxes and calendars; supporting significant procurements and associated financial processes; maintaining institutional registrations and log-ins with relevant entities; implementing systems and processes across the team as required; organising all-staff and management team meetings; and providing ad hoc support for events and other administrative tasks.

At least three years’ experience in an operations, coordination, or administrative role, ideally within an international or multi-site environment.

Role Purpose
The Head of Philanthropy is accountable for delivering significant philanthropic income for Justice & Care, including through personally secured major gifts, alongside building and leading a high-performing philanthropy function.

Pro Bono Community is seeking a Training and Volunteer Coordinator to help us achieve greater access to justice.
Pro Bono Community is a registered charity that has developed specialised training programmes for students, trainees and lawyers covering the practical skills involved in delivering free legal advice and areas of social welfare law. In conjunction with the training, the charity arranges and manages volunteering placements at Law Centres and other advice agencies. The charity’s activities include a number of grant-funded projects which the coordinator will be heavily involved in.

Pro Bono Community is looking for a Training and Volunteer Coordinator to help us run programmes aimed at improving the amount and quality of access to justice by training law students and others and then placing them to work as volunteers at advice agencies.

Role Summary
The Programme Officer UK will be instrumental in providing administrative support for the successful delivery of our three programme strands across the UK. Reporting to the Joint Head of Programmes (Nations Lead), this role ensures the smooth and efficient running of projects by managing key organisational tasks, providing high quality customer service and supporting specific activities including data driven targeted work. Working closely with Programme Leads, Programme Coordinators and the wider team, the Programme Officer UK will play a vital role in maintaining seamless administration activities, contributing to the successful delivery and impact of our programmes.
