Location: Elephant and Castle based within a residential setting, with regular travel to other services as required and our central office. Some work from home may be possible (to be discussed at interview). Please note that unfortunately, this service does not have step free access.

Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 09:00 - 17:00
About the Role
A stimulating and rewarding opportunity has arisen for a IAP Psychological Lead a Forensic background. You will work alongside the Group Psychological Lead and other members of the team within our Independent Approved Premises (IAP) to deliver psychological services to residents and staff. In this role, you will apply your skills and knowledge in building new teams and expand our operational delivery within our IAP. You will play a strategic role in our organisational growth with new services, with a focus on shaping service delivery; offering specialist advice, supervising assistant psychologists and postgraduate research.
Our IAP's support people who have left prison and are based within a residential setting to reintegrate into the community. They are given support and guidance to aid their reablement, resettlement and rehabilitation post prison. You will contribute towards them achieving goals necessary for their personal development and move on within the community.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing high quality psychological services, contributing to the delivery of Approved Premises aims as specified by the Ministry of Justice.
- Ensuring all services are delivered in accordance with HCPC standards of conduct, performance and ethics.
- Demonstrating clinical leadership by setting direction for the psychological service and driving high standards for quality, safety and ongoing improvement.
- Exercising clinical responsibility for residents’ psychological care, showing skill and judgement in selecting appropriate assessments and interventions.
- Consulting with other parties contributing to a resident’s diagnosis, formulation, treatment and risk management in the community.
- Create opportunities to collaborate with peers including AP-based psychologists nationally and OPD pathway psychologists delivering services to APs.

About You

Empowering independence through trauma-informed solutions and dynamic partnerships that keep people out of prison, out of hospital and off the streets
The main purpose of the role is to ensure the effective implementation of financial policy through administration of the ordination training budget. This comprises tuition fees paid to Theological Education Institutions and maintenance grants paid to some 1200 ordinands in training each year by all 42 dioceses.
This role is a fixed term contract, until 31st December 2026.
The Ministry Development Team is engaged in a major programme of change with the result that the way in which these grants are assessed, allocated and paid will change significantly. The Finance and Data Administrator will have a key role in implementation of the new arrangements as well as ensuring high levels of service and process improvement in the light of experience and stakeholder feedback.
The Finance and Data Administrator plays a central role in ensuring the effective and compassionate administration of financial support for ordinands and ministry training across the Church of England. The postholder will manage core elements of the Training for Ministry budget, including the calculation and payment of tuition fees, maintenance grants and Resourcing Ministerial Formation (RMF) funds, as well as ad hoc grants such as disability-related and discretionary awards. A key part of the role is supporting the implementation of grant policies clearly, consistently and with appropriate pastoral sensitivity.
Alongside this, the role has significant responsibility for data management and reporting. The postholder will maintain and interrogate data relating to ordinand training, vocational exploration, and attendance at Stage 1 and Stage 2 Shared Discernment Panels, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and fit for purpose. They will also monitor and report on the use of restricted funds and support the implementation of the Ministry Training Fund, producing reports and analysis as required to inform decision-making.
The role also contributes to effective financial management across the Ministry Development Team. Working closely with colleagues, the postholder will support the development of departmental budgets, monitor expenditure against forecasts, and liaise with the Archbishops' Council Finance Department to resolve budgetary issues as they arise. Clear communication of financial information is essential, including expenditure, supplier payments and income, alongside the administration of expense workflows on SAP. The postholder will also oversee the administration of other ad hoc training grants, ensuring processes are robust and well understood.
The postholder will bring relevant experience and understanding to support the effective management of grants and finances within a church and charitable context. They will be comfortable working with financial data and systems, and able to apply this confidently in a professional setting.
Knowledge and experience
- Familiarity with using databases and financial systems, such as SAP.
- A high level of computer literacy, particularly in the creation, use and formatting of spreadsheets.
- Experience of working with grants and financial processes, preferably within a Church or other charitable organisation.
- An understanding of, and empathy with, the ethos and mission of the Church of England.
The role requires strong analytical capability and the ability to communicate financial information clearly and accurately to a range of audiences, both internal and external.

The Unifrog platform
Over the last 12 years, the Unifrog platform has grown enormously from its starting point as a simple tool to help students pick their UK university courses and apprenticeships. It now helps young people from 4 years old up to explore their interests, record the great things they’ve done, compare every post-16 and post-18 course in the UK and every undergraduate programme taught in English in the world, find and organise work experience, and draft their application materials. The platform also helps teachers and career advisers to guide students every step of the way, makes it easy for parents to explore the platform via their own accounts, and helps employer and university recruitment teams to interact directly with students.
We have a long list of exciting projects for the platform, always aiming to get us closer to achieving our mission. We are looking for someone to join Unifrog’s team to help us continually improve the platform’s existing tools, and to also develop new ones.
What you’ll do
You’ll work on improving the platform itself, mainly how data feeds into our platform and makes it work behind the scenes, as well as maintaining and improving the processes that drive our development cycles.
Your responsibilities will include:

Dev cycle administration

Owning our dev cycle administration from beginning to end, across Productlane and Linear. This includes:

Managing inbound product requests that have been logged on our Productlane account;

Updating Linear with developments that we aim to work on, are working on, or have launched;

Communicating updates to the team, including writing and sharing changelog posts, and creating clear documentation for changes that have gone live.

Testing functionality for upcoming or newly released changes to the platform.

Liaising with the team members for whom new developments are most relevant, to ensure that they have fed into plans for upcoming changes, and are happy with changes that have gone live.

Troubleshooting platform functionality issues
Investigating then answering questions about platform functionality that are raised by our partner-facing teams.

Point person for two technical integrations
Becoming the point person for questions about the platform’s technical integrations, specifically SSO, and Wonde (MIS integration).

Supporting projects that improve how data feeds into the Unifrog platform, for example, scoping the requirements for changes to our tool that allows teachers to make bulk updates to student information.
You’ll become an expert in:

How the Unifrog platform works behind the scenes, with a particular focus on how complex datasets feed into the platform and power our tools;

Technical tools that are vital for school partners (e.g. SSO and Wonde);

What does this role do?
As Data and Information Officer, you’ll:

Job Purpose
Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer, the post holder will be responsible for leading on quality assurance and compliance across the organisation, including managing and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standard and GDPR, allowing Ygam to achieve its strategic objectives effectively and efficiently. Person Specification
Essential criteria:
· Significant experience of quality management, compliance and process improvement, including ISO 9001 certification.

The prospect research and pipeline management role is pivotal to fundraising at Sue Ryder – you will sit within the Philanthropy and Partnership team and will be working across the Corporate, Trust, Major Donor and Regional teams. About the Role
Located at a 24-hour supported housing service in Clapham, we provide high quality self-contained accommodation for 18 women who have experienced homelessness and multiple disadvantage. Philanthropy will play a defining role in delivering this ambition. With plans to significantly scale income over the coming years, we are seeking a senior, commercially-minded Philanthropy Lead to drive high-value growth and deepen engagement with influential supporters across the UK.
As Philanthropy Lead, you will take ownership of a high-value donor portfolio, securing and stewarding five and six figure gifts while driving forward a donor-centric fundraising strategy.
You will operate as a trusted partner to senior leaders and influential stakeholders, leveraging networks, insight and opportunity to build a sustainable pipeline of philanthropic support.
Alongside income generation, you will play a key role in shaping how Marie Curie engages high-net-worth individuals bringing innovation, credibility and strategic thinking to a growing function.
What you’ll be doing
- Building a pipeline of new high-net-worth individuals through proactive outreach, networking and relationship building
- Owning and driving your own workload, managing your prospect pipeline and identifying new opportunities
- Initiating conversations, arranging face-to-face meetings and creating bespoke cultivation journeys
- Working closely with senior leaders and volunteers to develop and progress donor relationships
- Developing compelling propositions and confidently making five and six-figure asks
- Using creativity, curiosity and insight to spot opportunities others might miss
- Representing Marie Curie externally and helping grow our profile with influential audiences
Who we’re looking for
- Proven experience in major donor or philanthropy fundraising
- A proven record of securing significant philanthropic income, including five and six figure gifts
- The credibility and presence to engage and influence high-net-worth individuals and senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial judgement combined with a donor-centric, relationship-led approach
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling cases for support and lead high-value conversations
- Strategic thinking, resilience and the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
- A collaborative mindset, with the confidence to contribute across a high-performing national team
You don’t need to come from a traditional charity major gifts background transferable experience from relationship-led, high-value environments is welcome.

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (plus London Weighting up to £3,500 were applicable)

Based: Hybrid position, with 1–2 days per week based in Marie Curie offices or hospices, including some travel as required.
