About the role
As Young People’s Clinical Service Lead, you will establish, deliver and grow this new service. Working with our Head of Clinical and Memberships Operations Lead, you will turn our clinical model into a scalable national service while protecting its quality, safety and integrity.
You will lead the clinical assessment and accreditation of member organisations; develop training and competency frameworks; provide supervision and consultation; establish governance, safeguarding and risk arrangements; monitor outcomes and quality; and build trusted relationships with NHS, voluntary-sector, youth-service and community partners.
About you
You will be a current HCPC-registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologist, with a doctoral-level qualification and experience broadly consistent with an NHS Band 8a role.
You will bring:
Substantial post-qualification experience supporting young people or young adults experiencing mental-health difficulties;
Strong skills in psychological assessment, formulation, intervention, clinical decision-making, safeguarding and risk management;
Experience providing clinical supervision, consultation or reflective practice to other practitioners;
Experience designing or delivering clinical training and assessing practitioner competence;
Experience of developing, implementing or improving a clinical service; and
The confidence to work across organisational boundaries, maintain clear clinical standards and help build a new national service.
Experience in CAMHS, young-adult mental health, voluntary-sector provision, clinical governance, quality assurance, accreditation or partnership-led services would be valuable.

This is a field based role and you will need to be able to travel in and around the South West region, including to our regional offices in Bristol, Exeter, Taunton and Poole, as required and occasionally to London for training, meetings or other purposes. Role overview
Shine supports a community of over 15,000 members living with spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus, including 10,000 adults (25+).
You will be delivering high-quality support and creating opportunities for adults living with spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus and their carers, supporting Shine members to lead healthy, independent, and fulfilling lives by improving condition management and fostering connections within the Shine community.
This role will focus on adults (25+), you will be primarily working within the Adult Services Team. However, there will be occasions when you will work across age groups to ensure the best outcomes for our members.
The role is home-based and ideally you will live within an hour commute of London, within Essex, Kent or Sussex as you will be attending clinics in London and the Southeast as required. There would be occasional travel required across wider areas and nationally including attendance at events, conferences and meetings at our head office in Peterborough.
The role is full time 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday with working core hours 9am-5pm with some flexibility to cover events evenings/weekends.

Greater Manchester Rape Crisis is seeking a compassionate and organised Volunteer and Community Development Worker to join our specialist team supporting women affected by rape, sexual violence, child sexual abuse and exploitation.
This is an exciting opportunity to coordinate and develop our volunteer programme, facilitate survivor-focused groups and activities, build community partnerships, and support women on their journey towards recovery, connection and empowerment. You will play a key role within our Women's Sexual Violence Recovery Hub, helping to create safe, inclusive and trauma-informed spaces for women across Greater Manchester.

Significant senior-level HR and people management experience

Excellent relationship-building, communication and leadership skills
The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
CIPD Level 5+ (or equivalent experience)
