More about the role: This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of our programme delivery. You will spend much of your time working directly with young people, helping them engage fully in the shared routines and activities of the day, from feeding rounds and walks, to mealtimes and evening activities. You will also lead regular practical sessions with young people, bringing skills and interests that contribute to daily life on the farm.
Alongside this, you will support the Senior Programme Coordinator with key operational tasks that help ensure a professional and robust service for our partners schools. This will include supporting the visit rebooking process, helping collect school data and occasionally visiting schools as part of our follow-up process.
About you: We are looking for someone with experience working with young people, alongside strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills. You will be able to build strong relationships with young people and adults alike across a range of settings, influence and motivate others, and contribute positively to the wider vision and goals of the charity. Experience in a school, social work or similar setting would be helpful, as would experience of delivering inspiring practical sessions for young people or a specialism that would contribute to farm life.

GHH, based at the Pearce Institute in Govan and delivered in partnership with SSAFA and Glasgow City Council, provides trusted support to serving personnel, veterans, and their families. Our trauma‑informed, holistic approach offers wraparound assistance that addresses housing needs alongside wider wellbeing challenges, helping beneficiaries build resilience and sustain long‑term housing solutions.
The service operates a gateway model, giving the Armed Forces community a single point of contact for housing, financial, employability and wider support.
You’ll be part of a highly collaborative network, working closely with local and national partners such as Citizens Advice Scotland, Veterans Housing Scotland, Erskine, Scottish Veterans Residences, Defence Medical Welfare Services, Homeless Casework Teams and Homeless Network Scotland. Money Advice Referral Tool Coordinator - Job Description
Resolve Poverty works locally to end poverty nationally through a range of strategic and policy, knowledge development and practical delivery activities. We are a growing organisation working in multiple localities across the country, often partnering with local councils and other public bodies and working with them and their VCFSE sector partners.
Our Money Advice Referral Tool (MART) currently operates in eight local authority areas. This will increase over the next year, with new localities coming on stream. The MART provides professionals and volunteers in non-money advice roles with the ability to understand and to effectively support people experiencing or at risk of financial hardship to access relevant money related support services. The MART is built upon the idea that the best way to support someone experiencing poverty is to maximise their income and to address any debts they may have. It also recognises that professionals and volunteers in non-money advice roles often encounter people with money worries and can act as a conduit for people to access the support they need. As such, the tools are used by people in a range of settings, including schools, health centres and local charities and community groups.
As the programme grows, we are recruiting to a new MART Coordinator role. This is an exciting role that will give someone an opportunity to develop networking, coordination and organisational skills. You will be passionate about tackling poverty and building effective partnerships.
Particulars:

Job Purpose
Carers Manchester Contact Point (CMCP) is the first point of contact for unpaid carers seeking information, advice and support to help them with their caring role.
The service delivers a free confidential helpline for carers Monday to Friday. Helpline opening times are subject to change, based on the needs and requirements of carers using the service.
The aim of this role is to be part of a team providing a comprehensive information, advice and support to carers in Manchester. The post holder will work alongside colleagues from Gaddum and potentially other organisations to be the first contact in a busy service providing advice via a telephone advice line and managing referrals made through digital sources. They will provide information and advice and refer more complex issues to the appropriate agencies delivering the Manchester Carers Pathway.
Key responsibilities
Advice giving
· Answering telephone calls into a central helpline offering support and guidance to unpaid carers in Manchester.
· Provide relevant and meaningful support and information to unpaid carers utilising internal and external resources.
· Inform carers about carers assessments and refer where necessary.
· Inform carers about emergency grants available and refer where necessary.
· Ensure all advice and support given is delivered in a timely manner to suit the needs of carers calling the helpline whilst balancing waiting callers.
Follow-up support
· Refer unpaid carers to local services to access local and culturally appropriate support in their area.

We provide tailored support to tens of thousands of stroke survivors each year. This support includes one-to-one and group support, funding vital scientific research into stroke prevention, acute treatment, recovery and long-term care, and campaigning to secure the best care for everyone affected by stroke.

About the role:
Join our Wandsworth accommodation service as a Day Concierge and be right at the centre of the day-to-day running of the building. This is hands-on, front-of-house work where you’ll be the first face people see and the steady presence that keeps things running smoothly. From managing access and responding to day-to-day issues, to working with colleagues, contractors and partner agencies, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, calm and well-run environment where people can begin to settle and move forward.
You’ll be working alongside people experiencing homelessness and multiple disadvantage, building professional, respectful relationships while maintaining clear boundaries. It’s a role that blends practical problem-solving with people skills; no two days are the same, and your ability to stay organised, observant and approachable will make a real difference to how the service feels and functions.
At Single Homeless Project (SHP), this role is a strong starting point if you’re looking to build a career in the sector. You’ll gain exposure to frontline services, develop confidence in managing a busy environment and be supported to grow your skills and progress in a way that works for you.
The working rota for this role is 25 hours per week 8am - 4:45pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
