The Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) is looking for a Digital Learning Designer to join our dynamic RCR Learning team. Design & develop digital learning

What you’ll need:

- Experience creating engaging digital and video based visual assets.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), copyright, GDPR and other relevant legislation.
- Ability to collaborate confidently with SMEs and internal stakeholders.

What you’ll do
You’ll be part of the Data team, contributing to the full range of work we do. Most of your time will sit within the team’s shared priorities, but you’ll also be the team’s product specialist - the person we turn to first when product questions come in, and you’ll help to develop our understanding of how users interact with the platform.
Your responsibilities will include:

Understanding how Unifrog is used

Building and deepening the team’s understanding of how students, teachers, and partners actually use the platform: spotting patterns, surfacing what’s working, and identifying where users get stuck.

Acting as the first point of contact for product requests into the Data team - scoping them, working out whether the question is the right one, and then either taking them on yourself or adding them to the team's backlog.

Answering quantitative questions to support product development

Tackling the product questions that need analytical work. For example, modelling how to personalise the order of opportunities shown to students, or evaluating the effectiveness of our assessment practice test questions.

Surfacing opportunities for product improvement

Going beyond answering questions to proactively flagging what the data suggests we should do differently - finding friction points, underused features, or patterns in how students and teachers use our tools.

Bringing platform data to life for partners

As someone who understands deeply how students use Unifrog, you'll help internal teams and external partners - schools, universities, and employers - make better decisions using platform usage data.

Contributing to the Data team’s shared workload

Like everyone on the team, you’ll pick up your share of ad hoc requests and cross-company projects - supporting analysis for school-facing teams, partnerships, marketing, and others as needed.

You're extremely comfortable querying, aggregating, and analysing data using SQL, with experience in other tools such as Python, R, advanced Excel, or similar. You can wrangle messy data into something useful, and you have good instincts for when a result looks wrong.

We’re looking for a Supporter Journey Lead to join our Supporter Experience team.
This is a key role in shaping how supporters experience Help for Heroes across different journeys, touchpoints and moments that matter.
You’ll work with teams across Commercial to map, develop and improve supporter engagement journeys, turning strategy, insight and campaign learning into practical plans that strengthen relevance, supporter experience and long-term value.
About the Role
As Supporter Journey lead, you’ll lead the mapping, development and ongoing improvement of supporter engagement journeys across Commercial.
You’ll work with product owners, delivery teams and enabling colleagues to understand current journeys, define target journeys, identify pain points and opportunities, and turn strategy, audience insight and campaign learning into clear, practical plans.
In this role, you will:

South East London Mind's Queer Minds Programme delivers peer-led mental health support for LGBTQIA+ people (aged 18+) in Lambeth and Southwark through two monthly peer support groups, a trans drop-in, events with partner organisations, psychoeducational workshops, and outreach activities.
The Programme Lead and Facilitator is responsible for coordinating and delivering the various strands of the programme, ensuring all services meet the contractual obligations of its funders. As the Finance Manager, you will support the monitoring and control of Trust spend, working closely with the Finance Director to successfully manage budgets and incoming resources, whilst delivering the highest standards of customer service to the academies in the Trust and other stakeholders.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day finance transactions, including banking, management accounts review and reconciliation, debtor management and reporting, and the administration and development of the finance system. This includes close working with the Accounts Payable team to ensure robust financial control, compliance and efficiency across all academies within the Trust.
You will provide a stable, flexible and resilient service that supports leadership in delivering value for money and strong financial stewardship across all income streams received by the Trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Control & Accounting: Lead month-end close procedures, balance sheet reconciliations, and correction journals. Maintain the fixed asset register and calculate annual depreciation in line with academy financial reporting standards.
- Budgeting & Income Management: Partner with the Finance Director to advise academy budget holders, manage self-generated income streams (including debt management/reporting), and oversee compliance for the 6th form bursary payment process.
- Cash & Compliance: Direct daily banking reconciliations, cash-flow forecasting, and monthly VAT 126 return submissions to HMRC.
- Systems & Operational Support: Act as the super-user and administrator for the Trust’s finance system—providing training to staff and stepping in to support the Accounts Payable team during peak periods.
- Procurement: Oversee the Trust’s centralised contract register to support timely renewals, compliance with procurement policy, and value-for-money principles.
- Audit & Governance: Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and support the internal scrutiny and external annual audit processes by providing clean evidence.
- Academy Partnering: Spend time out at the local academy sites to assist with school trip costings, build visibility, and strengthen financial understanding across the school.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Sector Experience: Prior finance experience within an educational setting, academy trust, local authority, or the wider public/not-for-profit sector is highly desirable but not essential.
- Technical Strength: A strong foundation in management accounts preparation, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial control frameworks.
- System Savvy: Excellent IT skills, particularly with modern finance software/ERP systems, and the ability to train/support other users.
- Communication Skills: The ability to explain complex financial matters clearly to academic leaders and senior trustees who may not have a finance background.

In this role, you will take a leading position within a dynamic mental health crisis and early‑intervention service, managing a diverse caseload while providing skilled de‑escalation, robust risk assessment and coordinated multi‑agency support. You will guide and empower service users to engage with community services, while also offering day‑to‑day leadership to Recovery Workers, Peer Support Workers and volunteers, ensuring consistent, high‑quality practice. Acting as shift lead when required, you will make informed, real‑time decisions to maintain safe and effective service delivery. A key part of the role involves supporting student placements, contributing to learning plans and offering reflective supervision. You will work closely with the Service Manager and Area Manager to monitor performance, contribute to audits and quality reviews, and drive ongoing service development. You will also play an active role in recruitment, onboarding and volunteer integration, and represent the service in partnership forums, strengthening pathways with local crisis teams and community organisations to ensure continuity of care and smooth transitions for service users.
