We are seeking a male flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic Sessional Worker to support the delivery of services for Young Carers aged 5-16. Due to an increase in trips and off-site activities, and to ensure we provide appropriate support for all young people- particularly our male Young Carers - we are particularly seeking a male sessional worker to join the team. The role involves two key parts. The first is helping to deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote wellbeing, reduce isolation, and give Young Carers a break from their responsibilities. The second is supporting with outreach to local schools, colleges, community settings and professionals to identify and engage Young Carers.
About The Role:
You will work across two key age groups- 5-11 and 12–16 - delivering and supervising activities, supporting events and trips, and providing behavioural management where needed. You will deliver awareness training sessions, run stalls and aim to identify and engage Young Carers in the community. You will also help ensure young Carers feel heard, included, and supported as they navigate the challenges of their caring roles. We are particularly looking for a male sessional worker who is available for our upcoming residential trip to the Young Carers Festival on the 26th – 28th June and a day trip to Southend-On-Sea on the 6th June. This is a sessional role, therefore hours are not guaranteed but will be offered based on project need.

About the role
We’re looking for a proactive Project Manager to help deliver key strategic projects that support our mission and improve outcomes for the people and animals we support.
In this role, you’ll support the Senior Leadership Team and report into the PMO Manager in developing, testing and implementing projects within the PDSA pipeline. You’ll lead project workstreams, build clear project plans, and ensure delivery stays on track against timelines, budgets and KPIs. You’ll manage project documentation, monitor risks and dependencies and provide clear reporting in line with PMO and governance frameworks.
You’ll also analyse operational and financial performance to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, recommending improvements where needed. Collaboration will be key, as you’ll engage with a wide range of stakeholders to coordinate activity and maintain momentum
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven track record of delivering business change and technical initiatives while effectively managing multiple workstreams and projects
- Comprehensive understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and influence at all levels.
- Experience working collaboratively across multiple teams or departments to drive shared outcomes.
- Strong organisational skills, with experience in planning, tracking, and reporting project progress this will be completed within PDSA’s governance and delivery framework, risks, and dependencies.

The role will require occasional travel typically a few times per month to PDSA sites for visits or team meetings.

The Purpose of the Role
The Client Voice Officer will support RAI UK’s client engagement and participation agenda, ensuring that refugees and people seeking asylum meaningfully influence programme design, delivery, advocacy, and strategy.
The role will implement client voice related projects and strengthen RAI UK’s client voice systems, including structured feedback mechanisms and the Client Advisory Board (CAB).
The role will support the development of client-led research and evidence generation initiatives to inform programmes and policy positions. The role will also build relationships with migrant-led and grassroots organisations to ensure lived experience meaningfully shapes services, advocacy priorities, and external engagement. This role centres direct lived experience of forced displacement as a form of expertise.
Key Working Relationships:
The postholder will report to the Integration Lead Advisor and work in close collaboration with the Head of Programmes, RAI Director, Programme Managers, Senior Programme Development Advisor, Senior Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer, Senior Programme and Awards Officer, Advocacy and Policy Managers, Communication team and other IRC UK teams.
Scope and Authority
National remit across all RAI UK programmes.
Functional leadership for client voice and engagement across teams.
Matrix working with Programme Managers, Advocacy Manager, M&E colleagues, and the Technical Unit.
Coordination of project delivery staff on the Pinterest project (without formal line management responsibility).
Key Accountabilities
Project Coordination
· Work in collaboration with the Senior Community Engagement and Volunteer Officer to coordinate a new psychosocial education and photography programme for refugee young people (aged 16–19).
· Support the delivery and facilitation of this programme as required.
· Develop the participant outreach plan and support the day-to-day communication with the participants of the project in coordination with the session facilitators.
· Work in collaboration with the Integration Lead Advisor, Technical Advisor for Women and Child Protection and other relevant programme colleagues to ensure that the project curriculum is adapted and delivered to be contextually appropriate, developmentally suitable, and aligned with RAI UK technical standards, with an emphasis on ensuring client voice is strengthened through a person-centred and strengths-based approach.
· Work with the Safeguarding Advisor to ensure full compliance with safeguarding, consent, data protection, and ethical storytelling requirements throughout project delivery.
· Work in collaboration with the Senior Community Engagement and Volunteer Officer and clients to co-create and coordinate two dissemination events showcasing youth photography and lived experience outputs.
· Ensure robust monitoring of outcomes and timely, high-quality donor reporting in line with IRC and funder requirements.
Community Engagement
· Strengthen and coordinate the Community Advisory Board (CAB).
· Provide support and training to CAB members, including organising external trainings as needed.
· Undertake associated administrative and coordination responsibilities related to client, community and CAB work, including meeting organisation, coordination and record-keeping of travel and expenses logistics, documentation including sensitive data management cross-departmentally including facilitation of DBS checks, client communication, and tracking actions to ensure accountability and follow-through.
· Proactively engage migrant-led and grassroots organisations to share best practices.
· Collaborate with the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning team to track quantitative outputs and qualitative outcomes of engagement with community, clients and CAB.
· Ensure engagement approaches are accessible and inclusive to reduce barriers to participation.
Client Voice to strengthen Programme Development and Internal Learning
· Develop and implement a Client Voice framework for RAI UK to embed participatory approaches into every stage of programming from design to delivery.
· Embed client voice into early stages of programming, including needs assessments, service design, and proposals.
· Work alongside colleagues to embed client voice and continuously improve participatory engagement approaches across RAI UK programme delivery.
· Contribute to internal and donor monitoring, evaluation and reporting requirements.
· Collaborate with the MEL team to design tools to capture client voice in our programming and to measure client influence and participation.
· Pilot innovative approaches and build RAI UK evidence base on client and community participatory engagement.
· Contribute to IRC global client & community engagement communities of practice.
· Support delivery of RAI UK capacity building work, delivering trainings as requested to ensure client and community voice is represented, such as Healing Spaces trainings or employer engagement sessions.
External Communications and Advocacy
· Summarise client and CAB insights into briefings to be used in RAI and cross-departmentally, including by Senior Management Team and IRC UK Board of Trustees.
· Collaborate with Advocacy Manager and Policy Manager to reflect and include client and CAB insights and experiences into policy and advocacy calls for action.
· Support initiatives equipping refugees to share lived experiences in collaboration with Communications team, promoting trauma-informed ethical storytelling aligned with safeguarding principles.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
· Solid experience working with refugees or migrant communities.

We're looking for an experienced and ideas-driven Fundraiser to join our dynamic, warm and dedicated team. You will be responsible for the development and delivery of a new Arts for Dementia individual giving strategy. You will lead on campaigns and develop / deliver Arts for Dementia’s supporter engagement journey to develop strong and long-lasting supporter relationships. The role will actively contribute to Arts for Dementia’s overall fundraising strategy and income generation.

Arts for Dementia is an inclusive and dynamic charity, and a leader in our field. We work with artists, galleries, museums and community spaces to offer inspiring arts programmes for people in the early stages of dementia and their companions. We train facilitators from around the country to deliver effective arts-based activities for people living with dementia, and we advocate for the benefits of the arts for people affected by dementia.

Key responsibilities:
Individual giving and supporter engagement
- Lead and deliver individual giving campaigns and appeals
- Build and maintain relationships with supporters and donors
- Support the growth of regular giving and one-off donations
- Help deliver effective donor stewardship through communications and updates
Events and community fundraising
- Plan and deliver fundraising events and supporter-led activities
- Support community fundraising initiatives and challenge events

Developing new fundraising streams
- Assist in developing trust and foundation applications

As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will be joining a supportive and highly ambitious Corporate Partnerships Team sitting within the wider Fundraising Department. CAFOD is seeking an Evidence and Learning Advisor to support International Programmes (IP) during a period of maternity cover. About the role
As our WaterAid UK Head of Legal & Compliance, you will lead the Legal, Data Protection and Fundraising Compliance team in providing advice, support and challenge to ensure WaterAid complies with all applicable regulations and legislation
and follows best practise. You will work closely with Trustees and Directors Team to drive sustainable change.
In this role, you will:
- Provide sound legal support and specialist advice to all levels of the organisation for contracts between WaterAid UK and third parties (including commercial contracts, contracts for services including consultancy contracts, fundraising contracts, donor/grant agreements and agreements with implementing partners, as well as media Intellectual Property and IT agreements).
- Prepare, negotiate and advise on commercial and legal matters relating to complex matters.
- Support the organisation to review contracts, to recognise and respond to risk, especially in relation to restricted income funding contracts.
- Lead and manage the main point of contact for all legal queries across WaterAid, referring to external advice only when necessary.
