About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
The Role
CoppaFeel! is looking for a Head of Partnerships to deliver our Partnerships Team strategy for the duration of a maternity cover at CoppaFeel!. This role is crucial to fundraising at CoppaFeel! due to managing our largest partner, Asda, to an incredibly high level, as well as strategising and supporting the team to deliver all our other partnerships.
The Head of Partnerships will sit within the CoppaFeel! Fundraising Team and will work closely with the Director of Fundraising, other Heads of Departments and Partnerships Team. They will lead this team with their new business and account management.
Partnerships at CoppaFeel! are responsible for more than 50% of the income. Asda is our most valuable partner and requires a high level of attention and professional account management. There is a Partnerships Manager solely dedicated to Asda. There are a large number of other varying types and sizes of partnerships that also need to be overseen and opportunities within them maximised.
We also have an ambition to diversify our fundraising income and seeking new partners through our new business workstream is a priority for the team. Wherever possible, we strive to make our partnerships support our organisational mission of reaching young people with our life-saving message as well as ensuring they are able to raise funds for our work. The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for overseeing the new business efforts, and offering support and direction to the team. .
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.
Duties & Responsibilities
Strategy

Responsible for the management and delivery of the existing partnerships strategy, ensuring to continually review the efficiency of it, and where appropriate, make and implement changes

Create and develop the Partnerships Team workplan for 2027

Identify the key areas for improvement and inspire the team to take our partnerships to a higher level increasing income generation and maximising awareness raising opportunities

Responsible for achieving forecasted targets contributing to the CoppaFeel! fundraising growth plan

Ensure you are up to date with industry norms, fundraising climate and partnership trends

Network in appropriate forums to constantly seek new opportunities that fit with the partnerships strategy

Where possible, strive for partnerships that align with our strategic goals

Use your expertise with our pipelines to forecast accurately and ensure the team are on track to hit target

Ensure ROI and key performance metrics are used to make evidence based decisions

Foster excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders ensuring members of the teams collaborate, for the successful delivery of our partnerships

Ensure the team have a robust plan and focus on both reactive and proactive new business

Ensure the team works efficiently and appropriately with partners based on their value to CoppaFeel!

Create and continually monitor the full budget for Partnerships in agreement with the Director of Fundraising

Responsible for all reforecasting and notifying SMT of notable changes

Coordinate all appropriate members of SMT for partner relations

Ensure the Partnerships strategy and delivery is able to reflect CoppaFeel!’s commitments to EDI and being youth-led.
Partnership Deliverables
-
Support the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager and Corporate Partnerships Manager on key deliverables of high-value partners; including senior stakeholder management, strategic and financial planning and event attendance

Support the development of the new business strategy and securing new partners through attending meetings, participating in pitches etc

Ensure all partners have up to date contracts and review any queries from the team. Work with SMT and external lawyers where required.
Management

Provide effective leadership to the Partnerships Team. Offering guidance and support to ensure high-quality partnership strategy delivery, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Directly line Manage at least two members of the partnerships team, ensuring ensuring they have annual performance reviews, learning and development plans, KPIs, and are supported to meet their fundraising targets

Responsible for the knowledge of regulation relevant to corporate partnerships and fundraising including the Code of Fundraising Practice

Make decisions based on what is best for the department and organisation
Administration

Use Beacon CRM to its full potential to track partnerships progress

Ensure systems are kept up to date including Beacon CRM, and CoppaFeel! shared Google Drive

Keep workplan, diary and shared calendar up-to-date, shared communications across the organisation including admin such as desk booking systems, People HR, Weekly Round Up and contribute to team meetings

Ensure excellent financial and legal records are kept including invoicing, contracts, payment chasing and team expenses, following CoppaFeel! finance policies
Leadership

The Leadership team consists of SMT and Heads of Department, so this role is a leadership role

Work with the leadership team to maintain the CoppaFeel! culture reflecting and championing the organisation’s values of positivity, creativity, community and impact

Lead and inspire the Partnerships Team to meet their objectives and live the full CoppaFeel! values

Work closely with all Heads of Departments to collaborate on projects and stay across the direction of all teams, in order to deliver CoppaFeel!’s organisational strategy

Work with the Director of Fundraising and leadership in fundraising to set the ways of working and high performance of the team

Champion corporate partnerships and fundraising across CoppaFeel! helping to develop a fundraising culture at the organisation

Free To Fly is a registered charity supporting expectant mothers to leave abusive relationships and protect their unborn babies. Following successful fundraising and network-building in Portsmouth, they have appointed Charisma to support the recruitment of a Charity Manager, to lead and launch their Portsmouth project.
As their first paid employee, the Charity Manager, reporting to the Board of Trustees, will lead the day to day operational, strategic and business functions of the charity. You will be agreeing budgets and managing finances (with support and input from our Board and accountants), recruiting and mentoring volunteer teams, ambassadors, and future paid team members, driving fundraising via corporate partnerships, individual giving, events, and other income streams. The successful candidate will be:
- Experienced in charity operations, including finance, HR, marketing, and fundraising, with a strong understanding of policy compliance and development.

Role Purpose:
The Clinical Director will provide strategic clinical leadership to the Restraint Reduction Network, ensuring that all initiatives, standards, and practices align with evidence-based approaches, human rights principles, and the goal of reducing restrictive practices across education health and social care settings. This role will champion best practice, influence policy, and support the implementation of RRN Training Standards nationally and internationally.
This role will also include delivering training, audits, working on projects that reflect areas of expertise and supporting organisations to restrictive practices through six core strategies.
Role Summary
· To be the clinical lead for RRN including leading our work supporting providers to improve via the six core strategies.
· To provide clinical leadership for the RRN Partners Programme through acting as lead RRN consultant and delivering programmes.
· Working with the Director of Organisational and Workforce development to ensure programmes are effective and contemporary and evolves as practice evolves and improves with feedback
· Providing collaborative leadership of RRN in leading a restraint reduction movement across the British Isles and leading our RRN members community.
· Work with members of RRN Senior leadership team and board of trustees to ensure RRN is both sustainable and impactful in line with charities purpose
· Support RRN manager and associates to develop a range of resources ensuring that all RRN resources are:
o evidence based (linking with academics and universities)
o co-produced (with people with lived experience of restraint)
o protects human rights (linking with human rights organisations)
· Support and contribute to the continuous improvement of the RRN training standards and RRN Practice Leadership Diploma
· Act as an ambassador and spokesperson for the RRN, ensuring positive relationships with key stakeholders including charities, civil servants, professionals, academics and people with lived experience

Job Role
Reports to: National Director

Job Purpose
To support Habitat GB’s vision of a decent home for everyone, the organisation has recently completed a strategic review, resulting in a new National Strategy and an organisational restructure, to ensure the organisation is able to deliver the Strategy impactfully, efficiently and effectively.
As a result, a new team has been formed, which will focus on developing and delivering high quality programmes in England, Wales and Scotland. The Director of Programme Delivery will be accountable for consolidating and supporting the new team to flourish. And for co-leading (with the Director of Retail) the development and performance of one out of two Strategic Goals, to: ‘Develop, pursue and share innovative solutions to increase access to decent, safe, affordable homes for communities across Great Britain’.
Key responsibilities include the design, delivery and performance of Habitat GB’s domestic programmes and to support the effectiveness of a joined-up UK housing advocacy strategy. The Director of Programme Delivery will also act as an external representation on behalf of Habitat GB, working with the National Director, Housing Advocacy Manager and others on influencing & engagement opportunities, including the development of thought leadership to increase Habitat GB’s influence on policy & decision makers, increasing credibility with partners, communities and other collaborators. The role will also work collaboratively across Habitat GB and the Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) network, including working with the Fundraising & Partnerships team to support high quality partnerships and strategic relationships.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Strategic development and programme delivery:

Accountable for co-leadership (with the Director of Retail) of the strategic leadership, development and performance of Habitat GB’s Strategic Goal: ‘Develop, pursue and share innovative solutions to increase access to decent, safe, affordable homes for communities across Great Britain’.

Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the high-quality design, delivery and performance monitoring of programmes under this strategic goal, including Habitat GB’s flagship Empty Spaces to Homes programme which aims to provide solutions to Great Britain’s critical affordable housing need through the conversion of empty commercial and retail properties into homes and through researching, advocating and collaborating in coalition with others to foster a wider uptake of the Empty Spaces to Homes approach.

Working in collaboration with other teams, responsible for the delivery and performance of other GB-based programmes and the development of new strategic initiatives.

Source and manage contractors/consultants to work on individual projects in line with our procurement and finance policies. Be responsible for effective contract management including quality assurance of their work and ensuring value for money. As Partnerships Manager: Grantmakers, you will lead the development and delivery of HOST’s Hosted Grantmaking service — ensuring that funders can move resources quickly, safely, and transparently to the people driving change.
You will oversee funder relationships and hosted grantmaking delivery, building systems that ensure clarity, compliance, and care at every stage. In order to respond to growing demand, you will build and manage the Hosted Grantmaking Community Support Team and liaise and coordinate with the Delivery Team, ensuring HOST has the capacity and expertise to meet growing global demand for hosted funds.
This role is central to HOST’s ambition to become a trusted backbone for civil society infrastructure — connecting funders and change-makers through integrity, efficiency, and shared purpose.
Core Responsibilities
1. Hosted Grantmaking Leadership
Lead the delivery and growth of HOST’s Hosted Grantmaking service, working closely with the Executive Director, Operations Director and other Partnership Managers, ensuring alignment between funder expectations, hosted partner needs, and internal delivery capacity.

Support the Partnership Team to manage relationships with key funders and philanthropic partners, ensuring HOST is recognised as a trusted, transparent delivery partner.

Identify new funder opportunities aligned with HOST’s mission and facilitate introductions for the Partnerships Director and Executive Director.

5. Reporting and Communications

Maintain clear funder and grant records across ClickUp, Zendesk, and CRM systems.

7. Risk, Compliance, and Escalation
Identify and escalate financial, operational, or reputational risks associated with hosted grantmaking or funder engagement.
Collaborate with the Legal Lead, Delivery Team, and Executive Director on mitigation actions and documentation.
Contribute to HOST’s monthly organisational risk report.
Reporting cadence: Real-time escalation; monthly consolidation.
8. Collaboration and Cross-Team Development
Work with the Partnerships Manager: Funders to align Hosted Grantmaking within HOSTs wider donor engagement.

Collaborate with the Training Lead and Data Analyst to integrate learning, performance, and impact insights into service design.

About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Systems, Data and Insights to drive digital innovation, champion evidence-based decision making, and lead a high-performing team.
This is not a role for someone who only wants to sit back and strategise. It’s for a leader who thrives on combining strategic vision with hands-on delivery. You’ll set the direction for data, systems, and insights, while also rolling up your sleeves to design processes, deliver technical solutions, and unlock the power of supporter insight.
You’ll be the technical lead for Advancement, owning our alumni database (Raiser’s Edge NXT) and related systems, and ensuring they are optimised to support smarter fundraising, deeper alumni engagement, and more efficient operations.
In this role you will:
- Lead and inspire a team of data and systems professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Own and optimise Raiser’s Edge NXT and related platforms, ensuring compliance with UK GDPR and other regulations.
- Deliver insights and reporting that empower colleagues across the institution to make strategic, data-driven decisions.
- Champion governance and compliance, ensuring data quality, security, and resilience.
- Collaborate and influence across the University, representing Advancement in cross-institutional initiatives and equipping colleagues to self-serve data and insights.
- Balance strategy and execution—from setting long-term direction to personally delivering high-impact technical projects.

About you
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Extensive experience with relational databases (Raiser’s Edge knowledge is a plus).
- A proven track record of delivering complex IT and change management projects.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and developing strategies.
- Expertise in data protection, compliance, and governance.
- Technical fluency in business intelligence platforms (Power BI experience an advantage).
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Salary
The salary for this position is £52,526 per annum and we operate a hybrid working policy of a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a personal fundraising target of £1.5m+, securing six- and seven-figure gifts and multi-year commitments from high-net-worth individuals and charitable trusts.
- Lead the £20m Tick Tock Club appeal, shaping strategy and driving one of GOSH Charity’s flagship philanthropic initiatives.
- Recruit, inspire and collaborate with senior volunteers, campaign boards and influential supporters to accelerate high-value fundraising.
- Manage a portfolio of donors and prospects, using insight-led approaches to build long-term engagement and maximise impact.
- Oversee campaign events, communications and tailored proposals, ensuring activity aligns with income targets and delivers an exceptional supporter experience.
- Provide motivating line management to a small team, fostering professional development, wellbeing and high performance.
