The role of the Senior Digital Marketing Executive is to ensure we provide a great supporter experience to any person, company or organisation who donates to the Epilepsy Society and to help the fundraising and marketing teams increase our number of supporters and fundraisers through digital acquisition.
As part of the Charity’s in-house marketing agency, you will support in responding to briefs from other departments and work closely with their teams to create and deliver marketing plans which deliver on revenue and strategic priorities. You will also work closely with multiple stakeholders, including our digital agency and the other teams within the Fundraising and Marketing Department and the wider organisation.
This role involves supporting various digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content creation, and data analytics. The postholder will be responsible for a range of tasks to support the efficient and effective running of a fundraising and marketing team dealing directly with donors at all levels to ensure they have the best donor experience. We need someone to help us to reach new people online, drive income and build an enhanced online supporter experience.
There is flexibility within the role; with a hybrid working approach of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. About the Role:

The role will be split 80/20 with a majority focus on executive support for the Executive Director, ensuring they are well organised and briefed and supported to maximise her capacity to lead WaterAid effectively. In this role, you'll:
A) Provide professional, timely and proactive support to the Executive Director of International Programmes, including:

- General administrative support
B) Operations for the department
- Oversee departmental operations to ensure compliance with wider WaterAid processes as well as championing, innovating, or streamlining the department's process and procedure.
- Maintain effective filing systems ensuring archive material is safe and can be retrieved in line with Data Protection Regulations.
- Organise and lead logistical planning for any departmental events that take place in either the UK or Country Programme locations, as necessary.

About You:
- Proven successful track record of being a Senior Administrator or Personal Assistant in a global organisation, including exceptional diary management;
- Effective time-management, organisation and prioritisation skills, including ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and to keep track of high volumes of information within a busy environment;
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including ability to assimilate information quickly and produce accurate minutes, clear PowerPoint presentations and written briefings;
- Integrity and the ability to act with discretion and respect confidentiality.
- Digitally literate with excellent IT skills, particularly for setting up virtual meetings and effectively using Microsoft Office tools, with extensive experience of using PowerPoint and creating simple and compelling presentations;

Your new company
HAYS are working with a leading authority [charity] who provide advice and support to organisations and councils to decrease energy consumption and create cost-effective energy solutions.
Your new role involves providing comprehensive support to members of our leadership team - a total of 4 Directors with the help of their current EA.
This position has come up due to an unexpected change and needs to be filled ASAP!
Your responsibilities
- Comprehensive, proactive diary and schedule management for senior leaders - arranging meetings, planning tasks, arranging
travel. - Managing email and Teams correspondence efficiently - bringing urgent/business critical matters to attention, responding and
categorising as appropriate. - Supporting senior leaders with key tasks - e.g. creating presentations and papers, proof-reading work, organising team
events. - Completing administrative tasks efficiently and accurately - e.g. processing invoices, payment/expenses sign off, submitting
recruitment paperwork, arranging interviews, maintaining files and document records. - Supporting senior leaders with people management - booking performance reviews, approving leave where appropriate.
- Administering board/senior team meetings to facilitate their smooth, effective operation - scheduling meetings, producing
agendas, forward planners and minutes, distributing papers, following up actions. - Act as the point of contact between leaders and internal and external stakeholders when needed, ensuring effective relationships are built/maintained.
Essential
- Advanced MS office
- Interest in the mission, vision and strategy of the Charity
- Knowledge of company governance and business administration matters
- Shorthand / speed-writing
