Working closely with the Head of Income Generation, you'll lead our events and community fundraising programme, line manage our Community Partnerships function and play a key role in developing one of the charity's most important income streams.

Job Purpose The Customer Services and Purchasing Coordinator will provide friendly, efficient and accurate support across customer service, post, donations, purchasing, deliveries, office supplies and practical administration. Levenshulme Good Neighbours, (LGN) is a local charitable incorporated organization (reg 1163827) offering befriending services to socially isolated and lonely over 55-year-olds members of the Levenshulme local community. We do this by providing local volunteers to match locals struggling from a lack of social companions. We also host Sunday Luncheons and Slow-Moving Exercise classes.

Concern Worldwide operates a growing retail network of eight shops across Northern Ireland, each playing an important role in supporting our work to end extreme poverty. CONDITIONS OF APPOINTMENT
It is the nature of this post that weekend working (Saturday) and occasional additional seasonal hours are part of the normal working week. Working hours will also involve some evening work to meet the needs of the post. Due to the nature of this role, flexibility is required.
We are happy to consider candidates interested in either part-time (28 hours per week) or full-time (35 hours per week). Flexibility required.
