We’re looking for an Operations & Office Manager to help establish and run the organisation’s administrative, contractual, and operational foundations.

About the role

As Operations & Office Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day management of the office, oversee administrative systems, and act as the key point of contact for operational matters. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to ensure compliance, effective coordination, and strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

You’ll also take responsibility for HR and recruitment support, financial administration, and charity compliance, making sure policies, contracts, and records are maintained to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the day-to-day running and initial set-up of the office, working closely with our architects, Counterspace.
• Acting as the first point of contact for operational queries and supporting the senior leadership team.
• Managing contracts, procurement, and supplier relationships, ensuring all deliverables and payments are tracked.
• Providing HR support across recruitment, onboarding, and policy maintenance.
• Supporting finance processes, including expenses, invoices, and compliance reporting.
• Developing and improving operational systems, processes, and data management tools.
• Ensuring charity and GDPR compliance and maintaining up-to-date organisational documentation.

About you

We’re looking for a professional with 4+ years’ experience in operations, administration, or office management. You’ll have a proven track record in managing contracts and suppliers, excellent organisational and communication skills, and strong proficiency with Microsoft 365.

An understanding of HR processes, charity governance, and financial administration would be an advantage. Most importantly, you’ll be proactive, collaborative, and excited by the opportunity to help shape a new and inclusive arts organisation from the ground up.

What is the overall purpose of the role?

At Youth Action Alliance (YAA), our mission is to support the personal and social development (their values, beliefs, ideas and skills) of the young people living in Kensington and Chelsea, enabling them to increase their resilience and skills in the present and promote their ambitions for the future.

About the role

The Customer Insight and Analysis team champions insight-led decision-making at British Heart Foundation (BHF). As our Research Manager, you will act as a strategic insight partner to teams across BHF including brand and marketing, fundraising, retail and medical. Working Arrangements

We are recruiting two roles: one permanent and one 12-month fixed term contract.

About the role

In this post you will be responsible for the implementation, management, and delivery of all electrical, fire detection, door entry, lifts, CCTV and digital TV installation utilising the Council’s supply chain partners. This includes repair, maintenance, and major projects of existing and new installations to Council housing stock.

About you

You will take full responsibility for managing works and projects from the start to final delivery working on your own initiative and with minimal supervision. This will include budget management, preparing specifications, drawings, the procurement of contracts, supervision of electrical related programmes of works to the Council’s housing stock.

Ideally you should have a degree in Building Surveying (or equivalent work experience in a similar Mechanical and Electrical role with a HNC/HND in Building Surveying/Construction, or a specific qualification within the Electrical field). HR ASSISTANT

The Human Resources Assistant is a vital cross-functional role at the intersection of HR, finance and administration. This position plays a key part in supporting RAP’s global operations team by supporting core people operations processes, including recruitment logistics, new hire onboarding, global payroll coordination, and employee benefits administration. The assistant ensures smooth, compliant and welcoming processes that reflect RAP’s values of equity, inclusion and operational excellence. This position is ideal for a bilingual (English/French) HR or people operations professional with 3+ years of experience in a globally distributed, mission-driven environment. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and thrive in an environment where collaboration and initiative are valued.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Recruitment & Hiring Support

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews and candidate communication.
• Support hiring managers with recruitment logistics, interview guides, and communications templates.

Onboarding & Orientation

• Prepare onboarding materials, including employment contracts, first-week schedules, and welcome kits.
• Coordinate technology and systems setup in collaboration with IT and operations team.
• Facilitate onboarding checklists and pre-boarding communication, including payroll enrollment and benefits documentation.
• Support new hire surveys, buddy program logistics, and ongoing onboarding feedback loops.

Payroll & Benefits Support

• Coordinate RAP’s payroll submission workflows across multiple countries, including liaising with external payroll vendors and accounting providers (UK, EU, India, China, US).
• Collect and verify payroll inputs (timesheets, new hire data, leave balances, salary adjustments).
• Track employee benefits enrollment, liaise with providers, and ensure documentation is current and compliant.
• Maintain secure and accurate records related to compensation and benefits in shared HR and finance systems.

People Operations & HR Administration

• Maintain internal people operations documents and templates (e.g., offer letters, onboarding plans, SOPs).
• Assist in contract tracking, records management, and file organization across RAP’s personnel systems. Respond to employee inquiries and redirect complex matters to HR or Finance leadership.
• Support staff experience initiatives and DEIB efforts aligned with RAP’s core values.
• General Operations Support
• Special Projects as needed and assigned
• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of experience in people operations, HR administration, or payroll coordination roles, preferably in a nonprofit, consulting, or international context. Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) required.
• Familiarity with European and UK employment and payroll practices; additional knowledge of other jurisdictions is a plus. Experience supporting onboarding, recruitment, and payroll coordination in distributed work environments.
• CIPD Level 3 or higher strongly preferred.

About the role

The Administration and Facilities Assistant role at Crisis Skylight Croydon is varied and fulfilling. As the Administration and Facilities Assistant, you will assist with the day-to-day administrative tasks, health and safety and facilities management of a busy Skylight centre ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office and member areas. You will assist with purchasing, stock control and deliveries as well as liaising with contractors. You will use internal systems to record client information. You will also help promote the Skylight internally and externally by collaborating with others and producing impactful designs.

About you

• In this role you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills and be competent using Microsoft applications including Excel.
• You will have experience of supporting a team in an administrative role with proven organisational skills.
• You will have excellent interpersonal skills, possessing the ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships within the team.
• You will be confident in financial matters such as administering petty cash and raising purchase orders.
• You will have an interest in facilities management and health and safety.
• You will have the ability to undertake manual handling tasks and to support with processing and storing deliveries.

Akshaya Patra is one of the world’s largest school meals charities – nourishing 2.35 million children in India every day and now expanding our impact across the UK.

We’re looking for a Senior STH Practitioner who can manage the delivery of high quality and effective Social and Therapeutic Horticulture (STH) programmes in London for adults and young people with a range of disabilities and health conditions.

We’re looking for candidates who have proven experience of managing a team and an understanding of how STH programmes can benefit individuals and improve lives.  We need someone with horticultural knowledge and experience to plan the seasonal horticultural resources required for our programs and delivery spaces.

Based at Thrive’s London centre in Battersea Park. Some days will be spent at outreach centres within London, requiring some travel. The role will involve occasional travel to the Thrive Centres in Reading and Birmingham.
