About the role
This position involves supporting the Finance team by providing financial assistance to the Head of Finance in maintaining the organisation’s financial records and internal controls.
You will utilise your finance skills to ensure that transactions are accurately and promptly recorded, and you’ll assist in preparing high-quality month-end reports. You will also collaborate closely with the Finance Officer and wider teams to contribute to the organisation’s financial reporting and planning.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and internal reports for departmental managers and participate in regular review meetings; conduct variance analysis against budget and forecasts and provide commentary for senior management.
- Prepare, check, and submit end-of-month financial data to external accountants.
- Respond to internal and external finance queries in a timely and professional manner.

As a specialist charity supporting survivors of sexual violence across twelve South London boroughs, we provide counselling, group therapy, advocacy, prevention education, and professional training. With an annual income of approximately £4 million, we are growing and strengthening our infrastructure to better serve survivors and communities.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and committed Deputy Children and Young People (CYP) Lead to support the development and delivery of our therapeutic services at a pivotal time of growth and transformation.
Reporting to the CYP Clinical Lead, the successful candidate will play a key role in providing day-to-day leadership and guidance to CYP counsellors and therapists. You will help ensure that services for children and young people are consistently safe, effective, trauma-informed, and survivor-centred.
This is a varied and impactful role that combines clinical leadership, safeguarding oversight, service development, and line management. It offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to shaping, strengthening, and expanding high-quality CYP services.
What You’ll Do
- Support the CYP Clinical Lead with assessments, allocations and case distribution across CYP pathways
- Provide clinical guidance and day-to-day support to CYP counsellors and therapists
- Line manage allocated CYP staff and contribute to recruitment, induction and staff development
- Oversee group work programmes, including family support groups
- Undertake the role of Designated Safeguarding Officer for the CYP team

About You
- Degree-level qualification in counselling or psychotherapy (or equivalent experience)

At least 3 years’ experience working with children and young people affected by rape and sexual violence
Experience leading or supporting a team
Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation (children and adults)
Completed Level 3 safeguarding training
Experience in the Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) sector
Understanding of trauma-informed, survivor-centred and feminist practice

Primary Responsibilities
Salesforce Platform Management
· Day to day management of the Back Up Trust Salesforce system

About The Drive Partnership
The Drive Partnership, established by Respect, SafeLives, and Social Finance in 2015, is working to end domestic abuse and protect victim-survivors by disrupting, challenging, and changing the behaviour of those who are causing harm. The Drive Partnership does this through the development of innovative perpetrator responses and advocating for systems and policy change to develop sustainable, national systems that respond more effectively to all perpetrators to increase the safety and freedom of all adult and child victim-survivors.
Purpose
Following a four-year investment from the Home Office announced in July 2025, the Drive Project – the Drive Partnership’s flagship intervention for high-risk, high-harm and serial perpetrators of domestic abuse – will expand across all areas in England and Wales, with the vast majority of funding flowing directly to local perpetrator services and victim-survivor services by nature of the Drive Project’s model.
To support the safe implementation of the expansion of the Drive Project intervention, we are seeking a proactive, solution focused individual to work with Drive Partnership and SafeLives, and our delivery sites to ensure our Data Protection policies and practice are up to date, and being consistently adhered to.

Role Purpose
As Payroll Lead, you will manage HOST’s global payroll operations — ensuring that all staff, contractors, and hosted partners are paid accurately, compliantly, and on time.
You will bring structure, care, and precision to one of HOST’s most essential services: ensuring the people driving climate and social action receive the financial stability they need to do their best work.
This role supports both internal HOST staff and hosted partners, liaising across HR, Finance, and Community Support to deliver secure, compliant, and efficient payroll management. You will also help develop new systems and processes as HOST expands internationally, ensuring our operations remain smooth, transparent, and aligned with local legislation.
Core Responsibilities
1. Payroll Management
- Manage all aspects of monthly payroll for UK and international employees, contractors, and hosted partner staff.
- Prepare and process payroll changes (new hires, terminations, pay adjustments) in line with internal procedures.
- Ensure timely submission of payroll information to Finance and external providers.
- Reconcile payroll each month, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.

The Woodland Trust is looking for an experienced Conservation and Wildlife Officer to join the Snaizeholme Project team, supporting the conservation and long-term management of the Snaizeholme Estate. The role will focus on conservation-led wildlife management, including protecting and enhancing local Red Squirrel populations, habitat and species monitoring, and delivering practical land management across a diverse landscape. Working closely with landowners, partners, volunteers and local communities, the successful candidate will combine strong ecological knowledge with excellent communication and public engagement skills to help create a thriving, resilient landscape for wildlife and people.
A company vehicle will be provided for this role. Please note that out Company Vehicle Policy is also under review as part of our Job Families and Contract Review project, so the eligibility criteria therein are subject to change in due course.

The Role:
- Coordinate stakeholders across the Northern Dales to deliver joined-up, evidence-led wildlife management, with a focus on Grey Squirrel control to support Red Squirrel populations.
- Lead ecological surveys and monitoring to inform habitat management, including grazing impacts, vegetation change, bird activity, ground-nesting productivity and invasive species.
- Produce reports and contribute to conservation research in collaboration with colleagues, agencies and external partners.
- Manage and support wildlife contractors, volunteers and controllers, delivering evidence-based squirrel and deer management across the estate and wider landscape.
- Support delivery of the Snaizeholme Estate project, providing specialist input into woodland, peatland, wetland and farmed habitat management.
- Deliver public engagement through presentations, events, site visits and volunteer coordination, ensuring safe and effective conservation activities.
- Ensure wildlife management complies with best practice, environmental legislation and regional/national partnership frameworks.

- This is a homebased role, requiring regular travel to locations within the Snaizeholme landscape and wider area, sometimes to remote locations. You would be expected to live within reasonable travelling distance of your area of responsibility. Occasional travel to regional offices and overnight stays will be required.
The Candidate:
- Experience assessing, monitoring, and managing wildlife and habitats to deliver conservation objectives, particularly in upland environments.
- Skilled in wildlife and habitat surveying, species identification, and practical conservation management.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building experience with farmers, land managers, ENGOs, local authorities, volunteers, and community groups.
- Confident in public engagement, including presentations, guided walks, and volunteer coordination.

Purpose of This Role:
This key support role will work with colleagues across the organisation to ensure NASP’s data and key systems, including our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365), dashboards and databases, are effective, accurate, and useful. This includes improving data capture, enabling consistent reporting, and ensuring that quality data can be used to support organisational priorities.
The role will support colleagues to use systems confidently and understand data requirements, providing analytic solutions that meet the needs of the organisation, and identifying where practices and systems can be improved.
The role will sit within the wider Operations team who oversee the core business and operational functions of NASP, including Finance, HR, Governance, Project Support, Administration, and Logistics. As NASP continues to develop its membership and training offers, the Data and Systems Officer will support the growth of this work, ensuring that systems and data flows are aligned, and leading on the technical management of data within these systems. The role will also support teams with reporting and evaluation, making effective use of NASP’s data.

About the role
You’ll be accountable for managing all areas of corporate governance relating to our Board of Trustees and related committees. This will include providing general advice on corporate governance matters, as well as drafting, updating and advising on corporate governance policies, documents and processes. You’ll organise recruitment of new trustees, induction and onboarding, preparing, editing and circulating agendas and papers as well as management of a plan of corporate meetings.
You’ll manage our register of interests, coordinate the risk register, report on this and provide advice as required, such as around conflicts of interest, while also supporting internal audit and working closely with the CEO and Director of Finance and Corporate Services.
You will work with senior colleagues to ensure regulatory requirements are met including submissions to relevant bodies and support board and committee projects, including Charity Governance Code compliance.
The role is London based at our office at 10 Lower Thames Street, London EC3R 6EN and may involve some travel in the UK.

About you

Overall Purpose of the Role:
- To effectively manage and provide strategic and operational oversight of the Rainbow Mind counselling service and development of service provision.
- To ensure delivery of consistent, high-quality counselling across the client cohorts, supporting and empowering our service users, whilst ensuring clinical work is carried out in accordance with BACP ethical guidelines and Rainbow Mind protocols.

Main focus of the role:
- To lead, develop, coordinate, and represent Rainbow Mind’s counselling service internally and externally at Senior Management level.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant recognised qualification(s) at a minimum of Level 4 Diploma in the field of Counselling or psychotherapy with A minimum of 300 clinical client hours completed. The Therapeutic Services Manager will ensure high quality and consistent delivery within the counselling service, provide service-wide clinical oversight including safeguarding and risk monitoring and manage and lead a safe, professional, sustainable, and accessible counselling service consistent with Rainbow Mind’s vision, ethics, policies, and objectives.
They will line management of associate therapists, provide a number of weekly assessment/1-to-1 counselling slots, ensure service outcomes are effectively monitored and evaluated, promote the profile of Rainbow Mind and lead on the review and update of clinical literature, assessment processes, outcome measures, and clinical policies.

1- Purpose:
The Finance and Operations Manager ensures the effective financial, administrative, and operational functioning of Right To Play UK and support the establishment of Right To Play Ireland by overseeing accurate financial records, coordinating people and legal processes, and continuously improving business systems and practices to support and enable successful fundraising outcomes.
2- Accountability & Responsibilities:
Finance (90%)
- Lead financial management, compliance, budgeting and reporting for Right To Play UK and Right To Play Ireland by ensuring accurate and timely recording of all expenses and revenue connected with the operation of the offices
- Ensure revenue is appropriately captured and coded and reconciled with bank.
- Oversee liquidity/cashflow, procurement, payroll, audits, tax reporting, and external financial relationships
- Deliver reliable management and statutory reports to leadership, Boards, HQ, and authorities.
- Lead for staff payroll and benefits, HRIS data accuracy, payroll coordination, contracts, insurance and benefits administration, and employee records to ensure compliance, efficiency, and strong organisational support

4-Leadership and Staff management
The role exercises functional and collaborative leadership with no direct reports, providing guidance and influence across Right To Play UK and Right To Play Ireland. Leadership is demonstrated through setting standards and supporting teams to work effectively within organizational policies and financial controls, by providing authoritative guidance to the offices on financial policies, internal controls, and risk management; escalating material risks and recommending mitigation actions to the Executive Director and HQ Finance. The incumbent is expected to operate effectively in a low segregation environment due to small staff size by implementing and monitoring compensating controls (spot checks, reviews with Executive Director, exception reporting) to maintain strong control integrity.

The incumbent requires secure access to accurate financial, donor, and operational data - primarily through the MCRM and ERP systems - which is already identified and readily available and applies established analysis and reporting methods as a super-user to interpret information, ensure compliance, protect confidential constituent records, and support informed financial and operational decision-making.
