PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Reporting to the Membership Manager, the Corporate Membership Officer – Commercial Relationships and Fulfilment will:
- Manage and grow relationships with corporate and university members.
- Drive new partnerships, membership sales, and sponsorship opportunities, with clear revenue targets, while maintaining strong long-term relationships with existing members.
- Identify and convert opportunities that enhance IWA’s profile and support membership growth.
This is a dynamic role for a confident, articulate account manager who thrives on building relationships. The successful candidate will combine strong customer service skills with proven B2B sales and account management experience, excellent time-management/organisation, cultural awareness and sensitivity when working across regions, and excellent communication abilities.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management
- Act as the dedicated account manager for IWA’s portfolio of over 400 corporate and university members.
- Deliver expert advice, support, and engagement to maximise member value.
- Manage the end-to-end membership cycle (prospecting → onboarding → renewal), ensuring timely renewals and accurate CRM record-keeping.
Business Development
- Drive growth by identifying and securing new members, sponsors, and revenue opportunities.
- Own and report on a personal sales pipeline; meet or exceed agreed sales/retention targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant services to both new and existing members.
- Promote IWA by developing a network of influential contacts within political, economic, social, and water sector communities.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including membership engagement, marketing, and IT teams to deliver the corporate membership strategy.
- Manage member queries and administrative processes, including billing and invoicing coordination, in line with the company’s SLA guidelines.
- Ensure a seamless client journey from prospecting to onboarding and retention.
- Represent IWA at events (where required), both within the UK and internationally, to promote membership and build commercial relationships.

REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Skills & Knowledge
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a persuasive communicator with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Have proven success in B2B new-business sales (meeting or exceeding targets) and account retention.
- Be an experienced account manager, confident in engaging senior business leaders.
- Demonstrate the ability to research, identify, and approach decision-makers independently.
- Bring marketing skills, with experience using diverse channels to attract and retain members.
- Have professional CRM experience (required), ideally with Salesforce (strongly preferred).
- Possess strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Show respect for cultural differences and the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders/time zones.
- Show creativity and analytical ability in problem-solving, with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
- Ideally, have experience within a membership body, or charity organisation.
- Proficiency in additional languages beyond English would be an asset.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in relevant areas (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, International Relations).
- A Master’s degree in a similar area would be plus.
- Formal training and certification in sales and account management (preferably Salesforce Administrator) would be a strong benefit.
Experience Required
- 3+ years’ work experience in sales and account management.
- Experience working in membership associations and/or international organisations would be a strong benefit.

The Education Team works as part of the Global Save the Children movement and the wider sector to drive long lasting systems changes at the global and country levels. The team's purpose is to drive impact to deliver equitable rights (outcomes) in education for boys and girls through participatory, inclusive and collaborative thought leadership and technical expertise to influence financing, policy and practise.
About the Role
Working 3 days a week and reporting to the Head of Education, you will work closely across the teams in SCUK and the wider movement in line with our strategy and policies in our global education priorities.
As a Senior Education Policy & Advocacy Advisor, you will provide global leadership within your area of expertise (Education) to shape and drive shared advocacy and impact agendas across Save the Children and the wider sector. You will develop and deliver high-quality policy and influencing strategies, fostering innovation and inclusivity and contributing to systemic change. In this role, you will build strategic relationships with key decision-makers, lead capacity strengthening for colleagues and partners, and champion equality, inclusion and the shifting power agenda.
Key Accountabilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Being our key representative in the Send My Friend to School coalition, including being an active member of its Policy and Parliamentary Working Group and potentially its Steering Group dependent on your experience. This the UK's global education coalition of international development NGOs and teachers' unions, bringing together young people, politicians, teachers, civil society and the media to campaign for quality education for all children across the globe. Its focus is to influence the UK Governments financing and policies related to global education.
• Lead the movements influencing in support of the Global Partnership for Education replenishment campaign which aims to raise $5 billion from donors in 2026, as well as partner government commitments on domestic education financing. You will work closely with colleagues across the movement to influence their governments, as well as lead the work to ensure a significant pledge from the UK Government.
• Provide global leadership in other areas of global education to shape and drive shared advocacy and impact agendas across Save the Children and the wider sector.
This is an important time to take up this role. The UK Government has stated that it plans to deprioritise its work on global education as part of its significant aid cuts in 2027. The inspiring Send My Friend to School coalition has developed an impactful UK schools campaign, youth campaign champion network and strategic policy and advocacy approach aiming to protect the education aid budget. Similarly a successful replenishment campaign for the Global Partnership for Education is vital for maintaining multi-year, transformative investment into education systems.

About You and the Role
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the management and delivery of the organisation’s marketing work spanning advertising, social media, print, content creation, data capture and intelligence gathering, evaluation and reporting.

Role Overview
upReach is seeking to hire an Organisational Initiatives and Governance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with upReach’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) on strategic projects, internal communication, governance, and other internal and external initiatives.
The role will provide direct support to the SLT, building their capacity and enabling the charity to continue to grow and increase its impact. They will support the collection of key data for strategic decision making and take responsibility for regular and accurate reporting to our Boards, whilst also leading on the planning and delivery of several key projects. Projects they work on will include exploring how to best expand our work in Scotland and coordinating the cohesive delivery of work that falls under the umbrella of our ‘Double Benefit’ approach.
Whilst Governance and the support provided to the SLT will remain consistent in this role, organisational initiatives will change over time, depending on where it is agreed with the SLT that the ROI is greatest and can best achieve upReach’s overarching mission.
Core Responsibilities
The Organisational Initiatives and Governance Manager will report to the Director of People and Strategy and work on initiatives and projects that the SLT believe will help us to best achieve our mission. In addition to this, the Organisational Initiatives and Governance Manager will also work closely with the SLT to provide governance and operational support. This will include coordinating with Trustees to organise the yearly calendar of governance events and preparing papers for Trustees, Advisory Board and Services meetings, including the Annual Report.
This role will require influencing and collaboration in order to deliver upReach’s mission through a range of stakeholders across the team.
Core responsibilities will include:
1) Strategic Projects & Organisational Initiatives

Be the operational driver of organisational initiatives, as agreed on by SLT, that have an impact on the success of upReach’s mission and our impact on Associates across the country.

Drive plans regarding how best upReach can expand its work in Scotland. Having recently successfully registered as a Scottish charity we are exploring what expansion could and should look like, and this role will work on the practicalities regarding how upReach can sustainably support more students in Scotland. Pending approval of plans from the SLT and Board, the role would lead on enacting the agreed upon approach.

Have oversight of a cohesive, deliberate programme of Double Benefit effective practice at upReach, working across teams to do so. This will include:

As a Community Fundraising Manager for Dementia UK, you will lead a team of regionally based fundraisers to grow income across community fundraising streams, with a strategic focus on high value supporter acquisition and engagement across regional corporates, organisations and individuals.
You will collaborate with the Head of Community Fundraising and Senior Relationship Fundraising Manager to deliver the community fundraising strategy and develop annual budgets.

SUMMARY OF ROLE
The PR & Marketing Manager is a specialist media and storytelling lead within RABI’s Marketing and Communications team, with a core focus on strengthening the charity’s voice across agricultural, regional and national media. This pivotal role requires a journalistically minded communications professional with a strong track record in media engagement, story sourcing, and reactive PR. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PR and Media Relations
- Lead the delivery of RABI’s press office function, including proactive media outreach, reactive response, and managing journalist relationships.
- Continually scope, plan and deliver media engagement activity to secure positive and frequent press coverage across agricultural, health, regional, and national media.

¨ Develop and maintain strategic community engagement relationships across the county, in collaboration with Senior Managers, including those with Local Area Committees (LAC)/Neighbourhood Area Committees, and with the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise sector infrastructure organisation in each area (for example, Voluntary Action Surrey East) as well as those working across the county including Surrey Community Action, Surrey Youth Focus, Surrey Minority Ethnic Forum, and Surrey Coalition of Disabled People.
¨ Organise and facilitate our Breaking Down Barriers Workshops, and other similar initiatives inspiring change and inclusion across Surrey.
¨ Drive forward our volunteering and engagement strategies—shaping policies, streamlining processes, and ensuring our work reflects best practice and legislation.
¨ Working with colleagues in other teams to create a culture where community engagement is at the heart of everything we do.
¨ Using innovation and creativity to design and deliver new projects focussed on community engagement, and maximising community participation for those we support.
¨ Promoting and demonstrating a strengths-based, asset based community development approach, to ensure the people we support have the opportunities to be involved in all aspects of our work and in the community.
¨ Ability to work flexibly according to the business need, which will include organising and attending community engagement events during the evening and at weekends.
We’re seeking someone who has the following skills:
- Direct experience of line managing a team of staff and providing team leadership
- Relevant experience in the management of a volunteering programme, or extensive experience of directly managing volunteers with the ability to step up into this role
- Knowledge and understanding of volunteering best practice, strategy and policy
- Demonstrable experience of community engagement projects, working directly with beneficiaries and in building relationships with partner organisations
- Planning and organisational skills, including ability to plan, prioritise and deliver a complex workload
- Strong presentation skills, sufficient to deliver engaging training to staff and volunteers
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written, and ability to relate well to people from all backgrounds
- Experience using Microsoft Office and confident in using a database
- Understanding of data protection requirements and confidentiality
- Able to champion the role and contribution of volunteers
- Ability to engage and influence colleagues

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Young Adult/Paediatric healthcare professional with Neuro-Oncology or Oncology experience to work with our Healthcare Engagement Manager and Senior Paediatric Healthcare Engagement AHP
You’ll support healthcare professionals in providing high quality patient care in the Young Adult/Paediatric Neuro-Oncology field which will make a real difference to patients’ lives.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
You’ll bring your experience of Young Adult/Paediatric Neuro-Oncology/Oncology to help us realise our vision of bringing together this professional community and help improve outcomes for patients.
This is primarily a remote working role and we are seeking someone who is self-motivated, with the ability to work unsupervised and manage their own workload and diary.
You’ll be someone who enjoys getting out and about all around the UK to meet people, including overnight stays. You’ll regularly visit all 19 of the Paediatric and 30 Adult neurosciences centres, attend conferences and be welcomed to our head office in Fleet (Hampshire).
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience of collaborative working across multiple sectors. Using these enhanced communication skills, you will develop further the existing network which promotes Young Adult/Paediatric Neuro-Oncology best practice and fosters peer networks and support. You’ll influence service improvement and patient care to achieve better outcomes for patients’ quality of life.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop new opportunities to work in partnership with Young Adult/Paediatric neuroscience centres, treatment centres and hospitals to drive best practice in Young Adult/Paediatric brain tumour care which focuses on improved outcomes and quality of life
- Further develop the Young Adult/Paediatric healthcare professional network, ensuring we develop and maintain productive relationships.
- Work collaboratively internally & externally to understand the needs of different healthcare audiences. Work with teams across the organisation to develop engagement tools & activities to increase knowledge & confidence in brain tumours
- Help build new networks to allow us to actively influence service improvement and patient care to achieve better outcomes for the patient’s quality of life
- Coordinate & facilitate engagement activities with healthcare professionals to gather actionable insights, develop surveys and produce hospital reports
- Work in conjunction with the Tessa Jowell Centres of Excellence and other external professionals to support the development and delivery of continuous professional development. Ensure the delivery of this programme of work reaches our target audiences and enables sustainable improvements to the delivery of patient centred care
- Keep and maintain high quality records for reporting on key performance indicators and other methods of evaluation
- Network widely through attending meetings, conferences and external events which may require overnight stays. Keeping up to date with research in the field as well as changes in the healthcare and regulatory environment
