About the role
The Major Funding Partnerships Directorate is responsible for generating a significant part of AIUK's income, with an ambitious strategy to grow fundraising substantially between 2025 and 2030. The Corporate Partnerships Manager sits at the heart of that ambition - owning a portfolio of high-profile corporate partnerships and prospects, and bringing an entrepreneurial, impact-investing mindset to a competitive market.
This is not a conventional corporate fundraising role. You will develop creative propositions and identify new routes to value - inspiring companies to engage with Amnesty in ways that go beyond traditional charitable giving. Day to day, you'll cultivate senior relationships, shape bespoke value propositions, build and maintain a prospect pipeline worth at least three times your annual income target, and brief the Chief Executive and Senior Management Team ahead of C-suite engagements. About the role:
As Interim Executive Director, you'll be deputy to the CEO and a core member of our Senior Leadership Team. New Forest Disability Information Service provides a range of information, advice and practical support services to people affected by disability across the New Forest and surrounding areas.
Our team currently comprises: CEO, Operations Manager, 6 Welfare Advisors, Administrator and circa 20 Volunteers who staff our shop and provide first line information and support. All paid staff are part time.
In looking to a more secure and sustainable future, these roles are now being complemented by a marketing manager and this fundraising post.
With the exception of proceeds from our shop, our work is entirely supported by grants and service contracts.
Current significant grant funders are:

We also have a rolling annual service level agreement with New Forest District Council for the provision of specific services.
Despite not having a dedicated fundraising function, we have a positive track record of securing such funding and have strong foundations on which to build.
In order to sustain and develop our service offer, we now need to adopt a focused approach to fundraising to both maintain effective relationships with existing funders and to diversify our income streams.
With the support of Lloyds Foundation we have recently benefitted from the contribution of a fundraising consultant. This has included an analysis of our position/needs and the production of a fundraising strategy. It has also included the provision of various tools and templates including an Excel-based CRM should this be required.
With room for some amendment from the successful candidate, this strategy needs to be converted into a SMART work plan and be implemented.
Priority tasks for the first six months would include:
· Engaging with our consultant to finalise the strategy
· Producing a work plan
· Create and secure agreement re our ‘case for support’
· Identify prospect Trusts and Foundations
· Write and submit a volume of applications to be agreed with the CEO
Our broad performance expectations are to secure a 2:1 return on investment in year one rising to a minimum 4:1 return by end of year three.

The Role
The Income Generation Director plays a pivotal leadership role in enabling Devon Air Ambulance to deliver its mission through strong, trusted relationships with the public, supporters, partners and stakeholders. You will be responsible for the strategic leadership of income generation, communications and public engagement, as the Income Generation Director brings together fundraising, marketing, communications and commercial activity to grow support for Devon Air Ambulance and generate long-term sustainable income.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will contribute to the development and delivery of the corporate strategy, providing insight, challenge and leadership across the organisation. You will hold responsibility for public engagement and income generation activity across both the Charity and the Trading Company. The postholder will need to be willing to hold/apply for a Gambling Commission Personal Management Licence for the lottery.
The Candidate
We're seeking an inspirational leader who is collaborative and open, and can provide cross-departmental support to all teams, with the ability to achieve strategic goals. The ideal candidate will be able to role model a culture of integrity, honesty and openness with demonstrable experience of senior leadership within public engagement, income generation communications, marketing or a related field. They will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, being able to influence and have a tangible impact on income generation. The candidate will be able to operate in a dynamic and high-profile environment with the confidence to innovate and take informed risks.
As the role will require engagement with communities, staff and supporters across the county, it is essential that the candidate has a full driving licence.

This is a senior role in our Partnerships team, heading up our newly formed Account Development function and playing a key part in transforming how we grow income from existing corporate partnerships.
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of high‑value, complex partnerships, many of which are moving from lower‑value arrangements into higher impact, mutually beneficial multi‑year partnerships as part of our longer‑term growth strategy. Marine Society have an exciting new role! Help us deliver and expand our core bursary and welfare services and support the needs of seafarers. You will manage our highly renowned Slater scholarship fund and other training bursaries, together with the Coming Ashore mentoring programme and careers advice and guidance resources.
You’ll be expected to have a good understanding of seafaring training and certification requirements and have experience of working in the not-for-profit sector. A background working in the maritime sector is helpful but not essential.

We are currently looking for a Bursary and Welfare Manager to join our team.
About the role
This new role is to manage the bursary and welfare services of Marine Society. This requires an in depth understanding of seafarer’s needs and the training and certification they require to progress in their careers, both at sea and ashore. The manager will also oversee wider aspects of careers information and guidance and assisting with fundraising activity
Responsibilities
· Assess and process all bursary applications, including Slater Scholarships, Worcester, Hanway and Green Skills bursaries against clearly defined eligibility criteria
· Authorise the award of financial bursaries and approve beneficiary claims and expenses
· Maximise the use bursary funding and ensure successful outcomes for beneficiaries
· Identify new bursary funding opportunities and devise bids in collaboration with the fundraising team
· Manage the bursary and Coming Ashore programme restricted funds. Monitor and report on expenditure and activity
· Manage the operation of the Coming Ashore mentoring programme and ensure its sustainability
· Produce statistical reports and analysis pertaining to bursaries and welfare services for internal and external stakeholders.
· Put in place and maintain online and physical resources that provide seafarers with information, advice and guidance and supports maritime career development.
· To lead the annual Matrix accreditation process
· Work with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to ensure the effective marketing of bursary and welfare provision through a range of media and ensure the website remains up to date and relevant to seafarer needs.
· Represent Marine Society on external committees and forums that relate to welfare, including Merchant Navy Welfare Board and Nautilus Slater Management Committee
