The Youth Involvement Lead is focused on ensuring that youth voice and lived and living experience is integrated into work across the Charlie Waller Trust. The exact focus of the work will shift over time in line with the interests of each cohort and needs of CWT, but is likely to include: supporting the Youth Ambassadors both operationally and pastorally to contribute to our Charitable Activity at varying levels of lived and living experience engagement (e.g., coproduction, participation, involvement and consultation); developing and improving our internal processes and outputs including our communications work, fundraising work, equity, diversity and inclusion, and sustainability agendas; and supporting the CWT staff team to better understand lived and living experience perspectives so they can carry out their roles more effectively.
This role would suit an individual with a strong commitment to maximising the impact of this work. We are seeking a proactive and motivated person who is skilled at developing and nurturing relationships with partners, supported by excellent interpersonal abilities.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to provide proactive advocacy and support services to people who have experienced sexual violence/ abuse. The CYP ISVA provides practical and emotional support to children and young people who have experienced sexual violence or abuse. The role focuses on delivering age-appropriate, trauma-informed support that reduces distress and supports informed decision-making. You will work with children and young people who may not be ready for counselling, offering accessible support while guiding them through the criminal justice process and advocating on their behalf. The role also involves supporting parents and carers, ensuring the young person’s voice is heard and their needs are met.
We are looking for individuals who have experience of working within an advocacy role, preferably within domestic or sexual abuse or related fields such as mental health/social care/justice roles. You will have a sound understanding of risk assessment alongside experience of managing diverse caseloads and working pro-actively within multi-agency partnerships to support victim-focused outcomes. The successful applicants will have effective communication and advocacy skills and knowledge of the impact of sexual violence/abuse.

We are seeking an exceptional individual to provide strategic, enterprise-level GRA support across the organisation. The position is offered on a permanent, three-day-per-week basis, with one day in the office (ideally Wednesday).

The Role
This is a broad, hands-on role that plays a key part in ensuring Shell Foundation operates in a well-governed, risk-aware, and accountable way. You will work closely with the GRA Manager and colleagues across the organisation to coordinate governance processes, contribute to enterprise risk management activities, and support assurance and compliance frameworks.
Your work will span board and committee coordination, enterprise risk activities, assurance planning, and policy and compliance processes—helping to ensure that information is accurate, processes run smoothly, and priorities are clearly tracked and delivered.
This role is well suited to someone who operates comfortably at a strategic level, works across multiple areas, and thrives on collaborating with stakeholders to provide advice while bringing structure and clarity to complex challenges.
About You
The successful candidate will be a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a track record in governance, risk control, and assurance at the enterprise level. You will bring a methodical approach to your work, with the ability to manage multiple processes and stakeholders effectively.
You will be confident working with a range of stakeholders, able to communicate clearly, and comfortable exercising judgement when supporting risk and assurance activities. Essential to this is the ability to build strong relationships that enhance collaboration and successful GRA outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have gained experience in ESG, financial, professional, or legal services, or a similar environment that demonstrates holistic portfolio oversight and enterprise risk management.
Familiarity with governance requirements in the charity or not-for-profit sector would be beneficial but is not essential.
