The Policy, Public Affairs and Campaigns team of five works alongside people with lived experience, our campaigners, supporters and volunteers to push for the public policy and legal changes that will help us achieve our vision. We work to achieve system change through our work with the Westminster parliament, UK Government departments, policy makers and service leads, alongside our offices in the nations. This exciting role combines supporting the management of Methodist historic places of worship and other spaces across Britain with interpretation and audience development. We are seeking an experienced Christian heritage professional, who is passionate about the development of Methodist Heritage and its use as a tool to deliver contemporary Christian mission. You will work with our four nationally accredited museums, but also with our many other heritage sites and historic chapels. Working with the expert volunteers in the Methodist Heritage Committee and teams at our heritage sites, as well as Connexional (national) staff team colleagues in archives, property and communications, for example, you will be someone who can ensure coordinated best practice for the Church in heritage management in relation to historic properties, advise on collection care and develop engaging interpretation and outreach.
This role has an occupational requirement to be a practicing Christian in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.

CHOICE IN HACKNEY is looking for an experienced and motivated Disability Employment Coach to support disabled people to move towards employment, volunteering, education and training, while developing the confidence, skills and practical strategies needed for sustainable employment.
You will provide one-to-one employment coaching, helping participants identify their strengths, aspirations and goals and develop personalised action plans. You will support people to overcome barriers to employment through practical coaching, encouragement, problem-solving and appropriate signposting.

Our Administrators are a vital and valued part of our team supporting and enabling the work of our mental health practitioners and the work of the Charity overall. Administrators report directly to the Service Administration Manager and will work collaboratively within a team of administrators covering different services as needs arise.
The post holder will be the predominant point of contact for young people and professionals contacting the services and hence a sensitive and professional telephone manner will be of key importance. However, the post holder will NOT be acting as a mental health practitioner and will be expected to maintain clear boundaries between their role and that of the mental health practitioners.

Job Purpose
