The Pelham Road Service is for people with learning disabilities, Autism and Complex needs, and we are looking for someone to support an existing staff team with an excellent value base to support the customer to build their life and develop their skills as an independent person.

Support Workers will provide support to customers to help them develop the life skills they require to meet the assessed needs of the customers of the service. At Pelham Road this includes providing physical, domestic, emotional and social care. They will work with customers to promote social inclusion and alongside other members of the team to promote independent living, encouraging customers to maximise their skills and choices.

The shift patterns for this role include 7am-10pm, 1am-2.30pm, 2,30pm-10pm.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive and impactful copy.

A full driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.

About the role

We’re looking for someone who has experience in marketing, communications and engagement for events, gala lunches, fundraising products and campaigns. We want you to bring creativity, insight and energy to help drive the income of the Charity from your marketing and engagement perspective. This could look like selling tickets for events, running campaigns or increasing sign ups to Legacy.

You’ll oversee and be responsible for executing the marketing plans to support events, partnerships, music services, education and our annual campaigns, where you will get support from, and line manage a Marketing and Communications Officer and an Events Marketing Officer.

This role sits within our Engagements and Communications (E&C) team, which is under our wider Income Generation directorate, (other teams include partnerships, events, trust and foundations and business development) which has ambitious fundraising targets as part of a new 5-year strategy.

You’ll be working closely with and leading on projects between teams within Income Generation, such as our award winning Events team and our hugely successful Partnerships team. The Role

Team Administrator

Overview

Watford and Three Rivers Refugee Partnership (WTRRP) provide services to refugees, asylum-seekers and other vulnerable migrants in our area.

We are looking for a part-time Team Administrator to support us with administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of services we provide as well as support with the volunteer recruitment process. This post is funded by the National Lottery grant until February 2027 with possibilities of being extended. This is a part-time post of 18.5 hours a week and is office based in Watford.

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and administrative skills who understands the needs of our clients and partner organisations. In return we can offer you an interesting and rewarding role that enables you to give back to your community. We run a successful drop-in service every Tuesday from 11.30-1.30pm, a Social Hub for clients, as well as a number of ESOL classes. We have a full-time Caseworker and a part-time volunteer co-ordinator as well as over 60 volunteers.

Salary: £13,668 (£27,336 FTE)

Working hours: 18.5 hours per week, there is some flexibility regarding working days but must be available on a Tuesday.
