Volunteer Opportunity: Administrator

Are you organised, reliable, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a Volunteer Administrator to support our day-to-day operations and help ensure everything stays on track.

Role Overview:
As a Volunteer Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the team, helping with a variety of tasks that keep the organisation running efficiently. This is a great opportunity to gain practical office experience and develop transferable skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team

  • Manage emails, documents, and filing systems

  • Maintain accurate records and databases

  • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars

  • Support internal communications and documentation

  • Help with data entry and basic reporting tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Good attention to detail and accuracy

  • Confident written and verbal communication

  • Basic IT skills (e.g. email, word processing, spreadsheets)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
