Job description

Bradford and Airedale Citizens Advice and Law Centre is a leading provider of legal advice and information, supporting thousands of clients every year. We are a busy, client focused and dynamic service with a track record of delivering high quality advice.

This voluntary role is a great opportunity to make a difference to people’s lives 

As a Data Volunteer you will: 

  • Analyse a range of data including demographic data, client data, financial data and client feedback  

  • Produce a range of reports as required both for the organisation itself and our funders  

  • Use data to identify any gaps in our service provision to help us develop future projects and services.   

  • Contribute to any funding bids, funder reports or awareness campaigns which require data to support the work being produced.  

  • write information for the local Citizens Advice website or newsletter 

  • Raise awareness with staff and volunteers about the importance of data.  

  • Help provide information and evidence to contribute to reports 

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will self-motivated, with strong research numeracy and IT skills and have the ability to contribute positively whilst having a flexible approach.
