This is an exciting administration role with Army Cadet Charitable Trust UK (ACCT UK) responsible for the administrative support to the Northern Ireland branch of ACCT UK.
We are looking for a professional to bring their skills, enthusiasm, and personal credibility to the team. This role is key to ensuring The Northern Ireland branch runs smoothly and efficiently, following required process and procedure.

The Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) is a charity dedicated to the promotion of the ideals and activities of the Combined Cadet Force in schools. About the Role
The Director of Programmes is a new senior leadership role responsible for ensuring the integration, effectiveness, and evidence-based delivery of Screen Share's sector-leading programmes. The role sits at the heart of the charity and will oversee the development and execution of programmatic plans that deliver our new organisational strategy. It will oversee and advance our key programme areas, including digital access, digital skills, digital connectivity and IT repair.
The postholder will be responsible for the smooth running of our charitable programmes, managing staff and ensuring our monitoring and evaluation and safeguarding is of a high quality. They will work closely with the Head of Operations to ensure a high-quality and multi-faceted support product for thousands of refugees across the UK, managing risk and budgets accordingly. They will also work closely with the Head of Outreach to ensure we are communicating our social value proposition effectively.
The Director of Programmes will play a crucial role in translating strategic objectives into clear operational outcomes, overseeing the performance of programme managers, and leading a collaborative approach to programme delivery across the organisation. They will also deputise for the CEO, ensuring strong organisational leadership as the charity continues to grow and mature.
The Director of Programmes will also champion the integration of lived experience leadership throughout the organisation, ensuring that the perspectives and expertise of refugees and those with lived experience of digital exclusion are embedded within programme design, delivery, decision-making and strategic direction at Screen Share.
The postholder will also serve as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring that safeguarding practices are fully integrated into all programme strands and that our safeguarding process and practices are up-to-date, understood and activated in an inclusive and trauma-informed way.

Following on from a strategic review, the charity is now building a new Income Generation Directorate, to enable them to transform many more lives across the UK. This role will be critical to help Hearing Dogs reach their goals to significantly grow and diversify income.
The Major Gifts Manager will be part of the charity’s high-performing Philanthropy team, personally managing a portfolio of high-value donors and projects, and cultivating long-term relationships that lead to increased giving. Reporting to the Major Gifts Team Manager, the postholder will oversee major donor stewardship journeys and the strategic delivery of the charity’s successful VIP Name a Puppy scheme, as well as developing compelling cases for support.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience securing major gifts and managing high‑value relationships in a similar field, including five‑ and six‑figure contributions, as well as a strong track record in cultivating and stewarding donors. Job Purpose
The Charity General Manager is the Charity’s senior operational lead, responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day management and administration of Two Rhythms, ensuring the charity operates effectively, efficiently and professionally. This is an opportunity to join Refuge as a Deputy Service Manager to support survivors who have been impacted by domestic abuse. We are recruiting for a Deputy Service Manager who is passionate about supporting survivors who are impacted by domestic abuse. In this role you will provide line management and support to community-based staff who support survivors of domestic abuse across Derby City. This will include providing supervision on complex casework, overseeing operational emergencies and ensuring high standards of casework.
The Deputy service manager will join our management team to assist the service manager in the delivery and development of high-quality support to survivors accessing our community-based services in Derby City. In this role you will ensure the smooth running of high-quality service to support survivors of domestic abuse. This will include managing staff teams to ensure effective advocacy is provided to survivors who are at medium/standard risk and their children.
A key requirement is to provide personal welfare support and to ensure that survivors are provided with a safe, supportive outreach service
Suitable candidates must have proven experience of providing direct emotional and practical support, and of managing case work. In addition, you must have experience of managing and motivating staff, knowledge of domestic abuse issues, experience of providing support to survivors, and experience of working in community-based services
As a member of the management team, you will be required to participate in an out-of-hours on call service, on a rota basis, responding to out of hours emergencies.

We are looking for a talented and driven Special Events Manager to lead, shape and grow our portfolio of high profile events. From elegant gala dinners and supporter receptions to new and innovative fundraising opportunities, you will be at the heart of creating experiences that make a meaningful difference.
Core Purpose
To lead the delivery and growth of Make A Wish’s programme of Special Events, maximising net income, strengthening donor and supporter stewardship, and identifying new opportunities across the organisation and beyond to enhance and expand our events portfolio. This role also supports wider departmental events, including those connected to Art of Wishes, while inspiring and managing supporters, committee members, suppliers and volunteers. In addition, the role oversees the stewardship events programme delivered by the Events Officer, ensuring exceptional experiences for all involved.

Key Responsibilities:
Event support
- Own and develop relationships with key Make-A-Wish event supporters including committee members, suppliers, speakers and donors.
- Project manage and/or provide event support to key Make-A-Wish flagship and high-value supporter events.
- Generate income and gift in kind for Make-A-Wish owned and high value third-party events.
- Oversee the stewardship of high value third-party events by the Events Officer.
- Be the day-to-day contact for Special Events agencies and third-party suppliers, attending and leading meetings to ensure each event is executed as smoothly and successfully as possible.
- Manage internal and external event stakeholders including Make-A-Wish BCE and volunteering teams, committee members and event suppliers in relation to their role at the event.
- Attend all the Special Events and represent Make-A-Wish in a professional manner.
- Support on the development of the special events strategy with Art of Wishes & Special Events Lead and Philanthropy Director.
- Create and manage event budgets with a focus on reducing costs and maximising net income/budget relieving GIK.
- Complete event performance evaluations including wrap-up analysis, measure against KPIs and review if goals were achieved.
- Oversee the post-event financial administration and processes with Supporter Care Team and Philanthropy Team to ensure a positive guest experience.

Line management

- Lead committee meetings.
- Develop relationships with event supporters to increase support and GIK donations.
- Oversee the supporter journey of prize donors, prize winners and wish sponsors, including but not limited to thanking and providing feedback post-event, prize fulfilment, building long-term and sustainable relationships through correspondence.
- Work with the Volunteering team and Special Events Officer to manage volunteers including recruitment, pre-event briefings, communications, on the day and post-event thanking.
Communications and Internal Collaboration
- Take responsibility for maintaining and updating the supporter database with any event and guest details ensuring it is GDPR compliant.
- Leading and supporting on events and projects across the organisation as required.
