As our HyPE Manager you will set up, embed and lead the implementation of Voyage’s Horizons Youth Programme for the Environment, a pioneering employability, mentoring and wellbeing programme combining a weekly Job Club, renewable energy and green-skills training, construction pathways and embedded therapeutic support linked to employment opportunities delivered in partnership with Repowering London, New city College and Talking Quest. 

The postholder will oversee recruitment, delivery and progression impact and outcomes for young people (16–21) from New City College, PRUs, Youth Offending Teams, courts, social workers and local schools, ensuring they are supported into education, apprenticeships, training or work. About the role

Procurement plays a critical role at Centrepoint, supporting services across England and managing relationships with over 1,100 suppliers. As Procurement Officer, you’ll work closely with the Head of Procurement and Procurement Manager to translate Centrepoint’s procurement strategy into practical, value-driven outcomes.

You’ll deliver end-to-end procurement activity across a range of categories, including Direct Marketing, Facilities Management and Services, influencing spend decisions, driving value for money, and ensuring compliance with procurement policy and regulatory requirements.

Centrepoint operates a hybrid working model

The requirement is a minimum of 50% of your working week in the office. What you’ll be doing

• Delivering end-to-end procurement activity, including market analysis, supplier sourcing, tendering, evaluation, negotiation and contract award
• Acting as a category lead across key areas of spend, working closely with stakeholders to embed procurement early in project planning

What could my day look like?

The Education Worker role is a frontline, fast-paced and rewarding role where no two weeks will look the same. A typical day will have different activities, possibly spread between the IntoUniversity centre, partner schools and the offices of a corporate partner.

In the morning, you might be setting off with resources to run a workshop for sixth-form students in their secondary school. In the afternoon you may be setting up the classroom ahead of running Primary Academic Support for young people in your IntoUniversity centre. The programme aims to improve the young person’s wellbeing and mental health while supporting them with employability skills and self-confidence. The young person is supported by a dedicated youth worker as part of their placement.

Planning is now underway for the 2026 programme, which aims to support a further 860 young people through placements across England and Wales. The initiative draws inspiration from successful programmes in the US and builds on the achievements of the first two years years. The Summer Jobs Programme has engaged over 800 young participants since its inception in 2024

Key responsibilities

Programme delivery

• Support the delivery, governance and evaluation of Year 3 of the Summer Jobs Programme through effective coordination, administration and process management

• Act as the central point of contact for the Summer Jobs Programme inbox, developing and maintaining systems to manage queries efficiently, forward requests appropriately and onboard team members to agreed processes

The Senior Evidence & Evaluation Manager sits within the Impact & Evidence directorate at the heart of Youth Futures Foundation.

You will play a central role in building the evidence base on what works to support young people into good jobs.

Working with three Heads of Evaluation, the Deputy Director and the Director, you will help ensure our evaluations are designed to generate credible evidence of what works.

• You will work closely with independent evaluators and delivery partners and colleagues in our Programmes & Grants and Policy & Communications directorates, you will assess the evaluability of interventions, and lead the design and delivery of large-scale, complex impact evaluations.
• You will manage a portfolio of projects, leading some directly, and overseeing others while supporting more junior colleagues.
• You will also contribute to strengthening our ‘evaluation architecture’, leading projects that enhance data infrastructure and access to administrative datasets, and set standards for methodological rigour in the sector.

This role can be based at our Birmingham, Leeds or London hub. We currently operate a hybrid model of two-days per week in the office and three-days from home.

The Senior Finance & Operations Manager is a multi-functional role at the heart of Peer Power Youth. You will ensure that the charity is well-run, financially sound, compliant, safe, and operating in line with our mission and values.  This role oversees our core business functions: finance coordination, HR processes, charity governance, risk, compliance, systems, facilities oversight and office management, with some support from external contractors e.g. for HR and IT.

A key part of your role is supporting the CEO and the Board. You will prepare meeting papers, ensure timely management accounts and reports, maintain compliance calendars, and help ensure trustees have the insight they need to make strategic decisions. Your work will enable the Chief Executive, senior leadership team and youth engagement teams to focus on delivering impact for children and young people.

In this pivotal role, you’ll identify and secure high-value corporate partnerships, craft compelling proposals, and lead pitches to senior decision-makers. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Communications, Programmes, and Operations to create multi-year partnerships that combine funding, programme support, and brand alignment—helping us reach more young people than ever before. The role is home-based, but you’ll have opportunities to travel across the UK (primarily London, Manchester, and Edinburgh) for meetings, events, and networking opportunities (expenses covered), giving you variety and the chance to build relationships face-to-face.

We’re seeking someone with a proven track record of winning significant corporate partnerships (five-figure or ideally six-figure), excellent communication and influencing skills, and a strong understanding of CSR/ESG trends. Voyage is seeking a part‑time, income‑focused and results‑driven Head of Fundraising and Strategic Partnerships to help secure long‑term, diversified investment for our youth leadership programmes, with a particular emphasis on trusts and foundations, business development and strategic partnerships in the CSR youth, heritage and environmental space.

We are therefore seeking an experience professional who has a great production understanding of the role fund raising plays in shaping applications and grants.
