ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to support some of our academies with clear financial insight, smart budgeting, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll work closely with Principals and senior leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and helping drive efficiencies across our schools.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Your responsibilities will include:
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- In-depth Financial Analysis
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to assess business performance against targets and trends.
- Perform analysis to guide strategic decisions.
- Analyse margin performance, cost drivers, and overheads, recommending opportunities for efficiency and savings.
- Produce and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports submitted to stakeholders
- Reporting & Commentary
- Prepare accurate and insightful financial reports including dashboards, variance reports, and commentary for business reviews.
- Translate raw financial data into actionable insights tailored to specific audiences (e.g. operations managers, Principals, department budget holders).
- Identify data anomalies and validate results by reconciling figures with source systems.
Business Partnering
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a financial advisor to various departments/Schools, supporting them in managing budgets, understanding performance, and planning.
- Build trusting relationships with stakeholders by being approachable, knowledgeable, and supportive.
- Decision Support
- Provide financial modelling to support business cases, changes in trends, and contract negotiations.
- Assist managers in interpreting financial outcomes and guide them on how to improve profitability and efficiency.
Risk Management & Compliance
- Regulatory & Policy Compliance
- Ensure adherence to relevant UK financial regulations, such as HMRC requirements, Companies Act, and internal financial controls.
- Monitor adherence to internal financial procedures, policies, and delegated authorities.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
- Commitment to ongoing professional development to remain current with UK financial regulations and best practices.
- A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a finance role, ideally with exposure to financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience in a commercial or multi-site operational environment is advantageous.
- Demonstrable experience working with financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, or equivalent ERP solutions for financial reporting and analysis.

Volunteering Administrator FTC
The Volunteer Management team is responsible for embedding an organisational approach to volunteer engagement which enables volunteers to feel inspired, valued, supported, and connected to the charity, where they are a vital part of our community.
The Volunteering Administrator plays a significant part in contributing to the success of the team to deliver key parts of the volunteer journey (recruiting, induction, training, supporting, and retaining volunteers). The role is key to volunteer experience, maintaining good practice, developing a culture of positive engagement and raising the profile of volunteering internally and externally.
The role will be known internally as Volunteer Executive.
This is a 24-month FTC.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration, customer service and delivery
· Act as the first port of contact for internal and external enquiries, coordinating the shared volunteer email inbox.
· Acting as a key point of contact for the import, maintenance and integrity of volunteering data.
· Publish volunteer recruitment adverts on relevant external platforms.
· Coordinate the administration of volunteer recruitment and selection processes (including paperwork, referencing, ID badges etc) to ensure a fair and consistent approach is followed.
· Share key information, briefings, and timely reminders with volunteers ahead of their scheduled involvement.
· Send thank you messages to volunteers after they have contributed.
· Update Salesforce after volunteer activities to ensure accurate tracking of participation and engagement.
· Process volunteer expense claims in line with organisational procedures.
Collaboration and communication
· Collaborate with colleagues to ensure volunteer applications are responded to within agreed timescales.
· Work with colleagues to ensure accuracy, validity and reliability of volunteer data. Ensuring that it reflects volunteer contribution and delivers reliable insights.
· Take a proactive approach to understand external events and initiatives taking place across the charity, providing support on the requirements for successful volunteer involvement.
· Contribute to the production and distribution of resources for volunteer-involving events, including, but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, and training materials.
· Support the upkeep of volunteering information on internal communication channels, ensuring all relevant policies, reference materials and documents are made available and kept up to date.
· Post updates in our Facebook group, and other volunteer engagement forums, to help build our volunteer community and promote good practice.
· Gather volunteer case studies and testimonials and share them internally to support organisational learning and storytelling.
· Liaise with volunteers when they end their involvement, ensuring they feel supported and appreciated.
· Monitor feedback survey responses and escalate significant insights or concerns to relevant colleagues to support continuous improvement.
· Promote a positive culture that values and embeds the work of volunteers both internally and externally.
Knowledge, skills and experience needed:
· Knowledge of IT packages such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
· Experience of working in a customer-service or people-facing environment.
· Experience of processing and/or handling personal (sensitive) data.
· Experience of working with databases.
· Some understanding of the principles and good practice of successful volunteer involvement including recruitment, selection, induction, training, support, recognition, and retention.

Ways of working:
As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.
Roles that are classed as part of the Agile ways of working are not able to claim any costs for Mileage/Travel on Public Transport, Accommodation and/or Meals. This includes when attending the office for various meetings/events.

Endometriosis UK is the leading UK charity supporting those living with endometriosis. Formed in 1981, we offer information and support to allthose affected by endometriosis, for example through our website, webinars and information leaflets, and via our local support groups, Helpline, webchat and online forum. The NCIs are looking to recruit a Finance Systems Administrator on a one year fixed term contract basis to support business-as-usual systems during a period of significant change. The Finance Systems Administrator will work closely with the Finance Systems Analysts, supporting them as necessary and learning by assisting with support calls, predominantly 1st line, logged via the helpdesk software as well as general systems administration. This will be across all Finance systems including SAP, Credit Cards, BACS and other peripheral applications.
Systems Administration will comprise of:
- Basic user support (password resets, user access administration, systems housekeeping etc)
- The production of regular data extracts and reports
- The update of systems documentation including training materials, user guides and quick reference sheets.
- There will also be the opportunity to support work on small systems projects as they occur including testing, configuration and development as well as learning how to troubleshoot more complex 2nd line support issues.

About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant and Business Coordinator to provide high-level administrative, organisational and governance support to the Director of Membership, Media and Development (MMD) and the wider directorate.
This is a varied and impactful role at the heart of a busy, member‑focused organisation. You will work closely with senior leaders, board members, committees, and cross‑functional teams to support the delivery of key strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Serving as Secretary for the MMD Board; including the relevant Committees and Working Groups; primarily the Nominations Committee, Heritage and Archives Committee, Events and Professional Development Committee and other committees and short life working parties as directed and agreed by the Director

About You
You will bring proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Business Coordinator, with strong capability in supporting senior leaders and committees. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure, and a high level of attention to detail with strong written skills.
You will be confident working both independently and collaboratively, with experience drafting formal correspondence and minutes. An understanding of GDPR, confidentiality and EDI principles is essential, along with strong MS Office skills across Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint. Experience within a membership body or medical education environment is desirable, and you will be educated to degree level or have equivalent relevant experience.
