This role offers an exciting mix of strategy and getting stuck into the day-to-day operational needs of a small organisation, so the ability to balance strategic vision with operational implementation is a must. You'll be brilliant at managing and leading your team while demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of achieving results and solving problems innovatively, while being confident in budgeting and financial management.
