We’re looking for a hands-on and adaptable IT professional who combines strong technical expertise with a commitment to social impact. This role blends operational IT leadership with vocational training support.

You will take ownership of technical quality across our charitable refurbishment programme while working alongside teaching staff to support vulnerable adults in developing practical industry standard IT skills. Your contribution will directly support our mission to reduce the digital divide and create pathways into employment through technology.

Key Responsibilities

1. Refurbishment, Training & Technical Quality

• Act as the technical lead for all refurbished devices, ensuring consistently high standards for resale or donation
• Support teachers in delivering hands-on training, guiding learners through disassembly, diagnostics, repair, and software installation
• Carry out final quality control checks before devices enter the sales or donation pipeline
• Identify faults early and ensure devices are fully functional to minimise post-sale issues
• Evaluate incoming donations from corporate partners to determine refurbishment viability and processing requirements.
• Manage software installation and licensing (Windows/Office) across refurbished and internal machines

2. eCommerce & Sales Support

· Work closely with the Multi-Channel Sales Executive to support online sales activity

• Provide accurate technical specifications and condition assessments for listings
• Advise on pricing based on performance, battery health, and hardware configuration
• Help identify which devices are suitable for eBay versus community distribution
• Liaise with donor should there be any technical issues with devices
• Develop and implement ‘after-sales’ support for sold and donated devices.

3. Systems, Data & Infrastructure

• Oversee secure data wiping processes, ensuring full compliance with GDPR and data protection standards
• Manage the flow of devices through our CRM and inventory systems from donation to final use
• Maintain internal IT infrastructure, including network (Unifi Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN), patch panels, and server environment (IIS)
• Support hardware and systems including AWS environment, desktops, CCTV and display equipment
• Manage user accounts, backups, and disaster recovery processes to ensure continuity
• Provide general internal IT support across our systems

What We’re Looking For

Technical Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Hardware to include laptops, desktops, tablets and smartphone hardware repair, diagnostics, and refurbishment
• Experience managing small networks (Unifi, LAN/WAN, patch panels)
• Familiarity with server environments and server management (IIS, SQL), CRM systems, and business tools such as Xero
• Solid understanding of data security, GDPR, and secure data sanitisation
• Comfortable managing both infrastructure and day-to-day IT support

Soft Skills

About MAP

Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. For more than 40 years, we have been delivering essential health and medical care to those most affected by conflict, displacement and occupation in the occupied Palestinian territory (oPt) and Lebanon.

About the role

As Senior Supporter Retention Officer (Loyalty and Regular Giving), you will lead the development of supporter-led, multi-channel fundraising campaigns. You’ll design bespoke supporter journeys that build loyalty and develop regular giving campaigns, including upgrade, conversion and reactivation. You’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships with both long-standing and new supporters of MAP, helping to grow sustainable income from existing audiences to fund vital medical aid.

In collaboration with the Supporter Retention Manager, you will help shape the Individual Giving strategy, with a focus on regular giving and loyalty. You’ll also work closely with our Supporter Retention Officers, providing guidance and support while delivering impactful campaigns, supporter journeys and stewardship touchpoints.

This is an important and exciting time to join MAP. As we grow our supporter retention programme, you’ll play a key role in enhancing supporter experience, developing our testing approach, and delivering high-performing campaigns.

Are you looking for a role where you can use your fundraising experience and expertise to support an end to homelessness through community engagement fundraising?

We are looking for a Community Fundraising Coordinator to join the Mungo’s Community and Events team. This new post will play a vital role in managing, developing and growing community engagement, awareness and fundraising.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing and developing the community fundraising portfolio for St Mungo’s on a national scale. This will include working alongside community groups, clubs and associations, schools and faith groups as well as individual fundraisers. You will also lead on new projects attached to community fundraising which can increase our profile and income levels. Key responsibilities include:

• Design and develop our community fundraising programme, taking ownership and managing new community fundraising initiatives.
• Lead the development and implementation of a range of fundraising activities, whilst nurturing current supporter relationships and developing new fundraising opportunities and networks.

Where you’ll be working

In this role you will work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in London. Travel across London and regions in the South of England is also required.

The role

As Care Operations Manager you will oversee the delivery of consistently high-quality support across Keychange care operations. Working to the Senior Operations Manager you will be accountable for the implementation of quality standards in all Keychange care communities, making recommendations for improvement of service delivery, and among other areas of remit will be responsible for the implementation and administration of the resident safety and incident reporting as part of our safeguarding framework.

Share is seeking an Executive Assistant to our Senior Leadership Team. In this role you will support Share’s four-person SLT to work effectively by assisting with the administrative aspects of their work and liaising with Share’s trustees.

You will manage diaries, collate information for reports, support them with data collection and organise trustees’ meetings and events. Main responsibilities

• Provide high-level and comprehensive executive support to the SLT (CEO, Head of People and Culture, Head of Wellbeing and Training, Head of Volunteering and Community Services), including efficient coordination of meetings, monitoring of actions for / relationships with trustees, and other administrative tasks;

This role will support the development and delivery of our services and resources for young people born with a cleft lip and/or palate. Working closely with the Engagement & Services team to help us achieve our mission. 

The Youth Engagement Coordinator will sit within the Engagement & Services Team. They will join a friendly and supportive team of seven colleagues who, together, are responsible for the delivery of CLAPA’s adult, family, children and young people and involvement services. The post holder will develop and deliver services for eight- to seventeen-year-olds, which will enable the young cleft community to connect, share experiences and access guidance and emotional support. Shaping what support looks like, creating positive impact and strengthening reach, this new role for CLAPA will make a real difference to the lives of children and young people born with a cleft.

• Support Year 1 clubs to become fully sustainable and independently run

You will:

• Grow and manage Special Funds, our named funds created in honour or memory of someone affected by primary bone cancer.

• Meet a regional income target of approx. £300,000
