What you will do:
- Contribute to the internal and external development of volunteering at PAPYRUS, including the enhancement of our volunteering offer.
- Recruit, engage, develop and support our volunteers.
- Coordinate volunteers and support them at community events and the delivery of PAPYRUS talks/training delivery.
- Contribute to the generation of online/face to face volunteer-led events within local communities.
- Support volunteers to make local links and engage with projects and organisations that are in line with PAPYRUS values.
- Develop and maintain partnerships to enable and enhance volunteer recruitment.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- GCSE English Language & Mathematics Grade C or above (or equivalent).

- Previous experience working in a community setting, delivering information and training sessions, leading workshops or educational activities.
- A proven track record of networking, building and managing effective relationships, tailoring the approach to meet the differing needs of the audience.

8. Update and maintain records of all business and corporate approaches, communications and agreements on the CRM and appropriate files.
9. Advise Branch volunteers where they seek to establish business support for their activities.
10. Where required, develop and/or follow policies and procedures on due diligence, data management, account management, stewardship, and reporting.

About the role:
The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Drive Data Team Manager and Senior Managers within the Drive Partnership to ensure data and reporting remains rigorous and robust, and informs recommendations across the Drive Programme and partners. You will do this by taking a lead role on the ongoing data collection, analysis, research design and delivery of our work across the Drive Programme workstreams. The Senior Data Analyst will also act as a liaison between data teams within Respect and Safelives where there is identified workstreams that cross over.
The Senior Data Analyst will manage the Drive Data Analysts to ensure high quality data collection, reporting, quality assurance, analysis, and maintenance of Drive programme data, including data collected via the projects Case Management Systems you will use data and information to influence policy and inform practitioners, commissioners, and government about the sector. This is a great opportunity to see our data and research inform and improve the response to domestic abuse.
About you:
- Experience of analysing and drawing meaning from large quantitative data sets, including the advanced use of Excel
- Experience of developing and managing Case Management Systems and the reporting from the system

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience at presenting to boards, public and professional audiences
- Experience of implementing new technologies or digital developments in service delivery settings
- Experience with financial modelling and pricing strategies

Desirable Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Qualification in business or strategy management

The role
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for working with Cruse in partnership with SGN to support people experiencing a bereavement, with help and information to alleviate fuel poverty, enabling them to maintain a safe and warm home.
The Project Coordinator will work collaboratively across Cruse with our communications team, finance team, data team and service teams, to help extend the reach of these valuable services to bereaved people. This includes upskilling staff and volunteers with regard to fuel poverty, with training information and resources. Develop and support drop-in sessions, groups and community events. Raising awareness through communications / digital / newsletters etc and Providing monitoring reports to evaluation the services provided.
