We’re looking for a highly organised administrator to support our global and membership activity. With responsibility for organising events, meetings and supporting senior staff, you’ll have initiative, great attention to detail and the ability to juggle a varied workload, often to tight deadlines.

As the Global Administrator, you’ll play a key role in delivering our international strategy, supporting global engagement, and helping our growing global membership community thrive. You’ll work with colleagues across the College and external partners worldwide to ensure smooth delivery of our global events, travel, and partner liaison activities.

What you’ll do

• Lead the organisation and coordination of the RCR’s global events and activities.
• Arrange travel, accommodation and logistics for senior staff and elected Officers.
• Prepare briefings, itineraries and event materials for global meetings and conferences.
• Act as a liaison point for international partners, maintaining positive and professional relationships.
• Coordinate meetings, networking events and follow-up actions with global stakeholders.
• Support the wider Membership Team on recruitment and retention initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records, databases and website information.

Your role

The fundraising and communications group at CMS has ambitious goals and targets and you’ll play a key role in helping successfully deliver on these. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Lead Trusts & Grants Officer is responsible for developing and delivering income from mid-value grant making funders, notably trusts and foundations. The role involves managing a dedicated pipeline of opportunities, writing and submitting compelling applications, and stewarding funder relationships. This position works closely with service teams to understand project needs and create accurate budgets and impactful funding proposals. This role will also provide direct line management to the Trusts & Grants Officer, supporting their professional development and ensuring the team's overall success in meeting fundraising targets.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Fundraising and Grants Management

• Pipeline Management: Lead on prospecting, developing and managing the mid-value trusts and grants pipeline, focusing on bids around £20,000 - £70,000, including multiyear grants, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities to meet team income targets. Developing the skills and ability to manage higher value and more complex strategic bids.

• Application Writing: Develop and submit compelling, high-quality grant applications and proposals for mid-value funders, working closely with service teams, ensuring accurate budgets and income against Adoption UK’s strategic priorities.

• Stewardship: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of new and existing mid-value funders, providing timely and impactful reports to secure renewed funding, and developing relationships with key external contacts through excellent communication.

• Reporting: Oversee the accurate tracking of all applications, reports, and communications using team tracking methods, and the CRM database, providing regular progress updates to the Senior Trusts & Grants Manager.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Trusts & Grants Manager, the Trusts & Grants Officer, and service teams, to align fundraising activities with the organisation’s strategic priorities and annual income targets.

• Undertake other duties and projects as directed by the Senior Trusts & Grants Manager and Director of Fundraising, Marketing and Communications.

Team Management and Development

• Line Management: Provide line management and support to the Trusts & Grants Officer, including regular one-to-ones, appraisals, and professional development.

• Training and Mentoring: Guide the Trusts & Grants Officer on best practices for researching, writing, budgets, and stewarding of small-value grants.

Job Description

This is an exciting and varied role, and we are looking for a proactive post holder who will manage three key aspects of CARA’s service provision:

- Manage new referrals into our service, overseeing the work of our team of First Contact Navigators and our Information and Referrals Co-ordinator.

- Manage our counselling waiting lists and the allocation of clients to a counsellor, overseeing the work of our Allocations Team.

- Act as the main lead and point of contact for managing CARA’s client database and resolving any data queries.

This role will lead a talented and committed team of six, supporting their work and assisting them to develop their key roles. As well as overseeing day-to-day operations of the team, the post holder will be part of CARA’s management team and will have the opportunity to play a key role in CARA’s wider development, working closely with CARA’s Senior Leadership Team and Team Managers.

The First Contact Navigator project is a shared project with our sister centres, SERICC and SOS Rape Crisis, so the post holder will liaise closely with colleagues in those centres.

Main Responsibilities

Line management and team support

· To line manage CARA’s Information and Referrals Co-ordinator, First Contact Navigators and Allocations Co-ordinators, providing day-to-day support, monitoring performance and identifying training and development needs. This will include keeping up to date notes of line management meetings and conducting and recording annual staff appraisals.

· To support CARA’s Information and Referrals Co-ordinator, First Contact Navigators and Allocations Co-ordinators, working alongside them where necessary, and covering these roles during annual leave and other absences.

· To work with CARA’s Head of Operations to recruit and train new staff and volunteers, as required.

· To liaise with CARA’s other teams and more widely with Synergy East teams, resolving problems and ensuring good communication and mutual understanding of respective roles and ways of operating.

· To be part of the CARA management team and attend regular management team meetings, contributing to CARA’s ongoing development.

Service development

· To work with CARA’s Information and Referrals Co-ordinator, First Contact Navigators, Allocations Co-ordinators, Head of Operations, CEO, and our four team Managers to refine and develop CARA’s referrals and allocations processes.

· To oversee and update CARA’s counselling waiting lists, working with the Allocations Co-ordinators, and leading regular meetings to review waiting times, pushing forwards actions to reduce these wherever possible.

· To oversee and update the CARA map of service delivery ensuring we have an accurate picture of client sessions across our therapy teams.

· To develop expertise in our purpose-designed client database, ensuring the team are fully trained in its use and working with the Senior Leadership Team and Synergy Partners to ensure client data is kept up to date.

· Working with the CEO, Head of Operations and Information and Referrals Co-ordinator to represent CARA at meetings, making presentations about our work.

General 

· To work flexible hours, including some evening work and occasional weekends.

· To participate in CARA team meetings, supervision, training and development. 

· To provide specialist advice to other workers and agencies, including participation in delivery of training sessions.

· To raise awareness of sexual violence and its impact in the community and within other agencies.

Clinical Services Coordinator (Mental Health Talking Therapies) - Maternity Cover Contract

Evolve Counselling is looking for an efficient, qualified and experienced mental health counselling manager, to take charge of our service while the postholder takes maternity leave in January 2026. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity with a supportive employer, who offers a flexible approach to working time, benefits and options for the future. 

The post is: 

• Fully remote, part-time hours between 16-21 hours per week.

• Highly flexible arrangement of core working hours across 4/5 days each week.

Evolve provides a wide range of therapies to people experiencing mental health difficulties. We work with private individuals and organisational/ corporate clients (via employee wellbeing programmes) mainly through remote video calls but with a good deal of face-to-face work. We have over 45 BACP registered counsellors on our team and our mission is to deliver the lowest cost counselling to those who need it most. As a charity, our surpluses are reinvested to deliver this mission. 

Our ideal candidate for this temporary cover is a BACP registered member counsellor, with strong managerial and administrative skills and experience, confident at handling the working needs of a large remote team and delivering a detailed and personal service to our larger contract clients as well as private individuals. Good record keeping, communications skills and familiarity with confidential client record management systems are a must. 

The key aspects of the CSC job are to: 

• Be the first port of call for all clinical queries.

Because of our services being spread across West Essex we would require you to be a driver and to have a car available for your use.

Our head office team is based at the Uttlesford District Council offices in Saffron Walden.  We are looking for someone to work with us at least 30 hours per week; and who is flexible in how those hours are worked – most of our clubs operate outside the usual working day and whilst you will not be delivering the clubs routinely it is important you spend time with the teams on site, actively supporting and developing the services you are leading.

We are offering a salary of upto £38,000 FTE dependent on experience and qualification, and in addition we offer 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a contributory pension scheme and the opportunity to join a strong management team who are committed to making a difference in our local communities.

Reporting to the Senior Supporter Care Manager, you will deliver excellent customer care to supporters and potential supporters of Operation Smile UK. As an integral part of the Supporter Care team, you will successfully support the Individual Giving programme and wider fundraising activities, providing support to ever-increasing income and supporter stewardship for the delivery of increasing levels of unrestricted income for Operation Smile UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for existing supporters and new supporters who respond to our fundraising activities by phone, email, letter or in person, letter, or email delivering outstanding supporter care
• Liaise with supporters in timely communication via email, phone, and mail, with excellent customer care
• Prioritise answering incoming phone calls and escalate any difficult situations/complaints to the Senior Supporter Care Manager
• Support processing incoming phone and postal donations
• Assist with banking and processing incoming/outgoing post
• Be responsible for thanking our supporters, including by letter, email and phone, dispatch of information and fundraising materials
• Enter and maintain accurate records on our Database
• Maintain and assist with all types of donation processing, administration and Database record amendments/records being kept up to date. This will include Gift Aid status and contact consent requests
• Assist with cancelling and amending all types of regular gifts and sending out appropriate letters
• Manage the removal process and consent process
• Assist with sending out problem payment letters
• Following up cancelled regular payments as part of the winback process

About The Role

As a Grants and Learning Officer, you’ll be helping us to deliver our ambitious, nationwide grants programme. We currently support over 500 grassroots organisations and 18-30 year old creatives, and have a busy grants cycle to manage, alongside ever-increasing numbers of applications. 

This year, we’re building and migrating to a new grants database and you’ll play an integral role on the project team. In addition, you’ll manage an assigned portfolio of grants, and help with all aspects of the funding cycle. You’ll support applicants and funded partners, make funding recommendations, administer grants, provide feedback and support, and visit projects. 

About You

First and foremost, you’ll be passionate about the work that Youth Music does. As a skilled administrator, you’re not fazed by planning, monitoring, reporting, and spreadsheets. You have an eye for detail. You’ve got good IT skills and working knowledge of how databases operate. With the development of our new database this is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys developing processes and working with data and detail.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative and organised Events & Fundraising Officer to join our small, dedicated team. Working closely with the rest of the Events & Fundraising team, you’ll help deliver and grow LLST’s fundraising events across London and the South East, including the London Legal Walk, Regional Legal Walks, Great Legal Bake, and Great Legal Quiz, as well as manage our third party challenge events. You will help to engage our supporters and large database in the legal community to generate fundraising.

You will play a vital role in the planning and organising of LLST’s flagship London Legal Walk, bringing together over 19,000 members of the legal community to walk 10km through central London and raise vital funds for over 100 free legal advice charities.

The role involves coordinating event logistics, managing supporter journeys and communications, maintaining our online presence, spreading the word about the importance of the work we do, and helping to develop our fundraising strategy. You’ll also line manage the Events & Fundraising Assistant and play a key role in maintaining LLST’s excellent reputation.
