Northampton Town Football Club has been a central part of life in Northamptonshire since 1897 – a source of local pride, identity, and connection.  The club inspires passion, brings people together and plays a powerful role in uniting communities across the county.

As Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Northampton Town FC Community Trust, you will provide visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational excellence to drive the charity’s impact in leveraging the power of football for social change and community development across Northamptonshire.

You will develop, lead and deliver the NTFC Community Trust Strategy, increasing the Community Trust and Football Club’s brand, impact and reputation locally and nationally.
