Established in 2002, Greenhouse Sports is a youth charity specifically using sport to support social change. Sport is our hook to engage young people and one of the vehicles through which we support youth development. But our purpose is not to create elite athletes or address physical inactivity. We work across London, Portsmouth, and Leicester, specifically in areas of high deprivation. We embed evidence-based positive youth development programmes into primary and secondary schools. The Opportunity
Building on an incredibly successful match-giving campaign last November, we are looking to grow our fundraising programme, and are searching for a passionate and relationship‑driven Supporter Engagement and Events Officer to help us deepen supporter connections and deliver exceptional experiences.
This is a fantastic role for someone who loves building relationships, delivering high‑quality events, and inspiring people to fundraise or donate to a mission that changes young people’s lives.
The Role
You will play a key part in engaging our community of supporters, from marathon runners to monthly donors to guests at our bespoke events. You’ll lead on mass‑participation challenge events, support the development of our membership/regular giving programme, and help plan and deliver creative, impactful experiences that bring supporters closer to our mission. Working across the fundraising team, you'll help ensure every supporter feels valued, inspired, and connected to the young people we serve.

About The Role
As a new role within our organisation’s structure, the Head of Programmes position will be varied and evolving, with a strong focus on the line management and support of our front-line team, ensuring high-quality, consistent delivery across programmes. This role will line manage our Senior Employability & Engagement Officer and Programme Support Officer, and eventually lead on the recruitment and management of a dedicated Resettlement Officer role as funding allows. In the meantime, the Head of Programmes will provide our front-line resettlement support to beneficiaries.

Our Second Home (OSH) is the UK’s youth movement for people with refugee backgrounds. We support young people to build community, become leaders, and flourish into adulthood in the place they call home.
Each year, hundreds of young people from dozens of countries and living in London & Bristol take part in our residential programmes, leadership training and youth hubs. Our residentials are often the first step – immersive, relationship-rich spaces where young people connect, reflect and begin to see themselves as leaders. From there, many move into leadership training and take on volunteer roles within the movement.
Our work is youth-led and rooted in lived experience. We are now implementing our 2025–2028 strategy, focused on strengthening quality, embedding learning and ensuring our growth is sustainable and safe.
The Head of Programmes is a senior leadership role, reporting to the CEO and managing two senior colleagues. You will hold responsibility for the quality, coherence and safeguarding of all programme activity.

The Community Engagement & Participation Coordinator will support SLRA’s participation work to ensure that the migrant individuals and communities we work with influence the decisions that affect their lives. About the Role
As a passionate professional in the identification, development and management of a wide range of relationships in support of our programme partnership, you will ensure the Career Ready programme in Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire continues to thrive, which includes securing charitable donations from supporting partners.
