Stewardship:
Monitor and help deliver the multi channel supporter enquiries process, ensuring response rate is in line with CALM’s SLA and fundraisers are directed to the appropriate support.
Proactively support fundraisers, when directed, throughout their journey, to support with the effective planning and delivery of supporter activities.
Support with the planning, set up and delivery of stewardship events (both CALM owned and supporter led), assisting with logistics, supporter communications and delivery as required.
Support the wider team in the development, optimisation, testing and ongoing maintenance of stewardship journeys, including carrying out key messaging updates to core email journeys across all Fundraising streams when needed.
Support on the maintenance, optimisation and creation of relevant pages on the CALM website.
Support the fundraising and Marketing & Communications team to identify supporters we can profile and champion by regularly checking fundraising pages, social media and event registrations.
Support the Social Fundraising Manager with ad moderation where required
Operational and administrative support:
Carry our regular, financial and administrative processes to a high standard with the Salesforce CRM
Act as first point of contact for individual donors via email, phone and post, processing office donations and completing payment runs to the bank.
Support retention activities, including upgrade, reactivation and loyalty journeys.
Provide administrative support for acquisition and retention campaigns
When relevant coordinate mailing logistics (briefing agencies, checking proofs, managing print and fulfilment)
Work with the Fundraising team to continuously update and maintain fundraising documentation, processes, templates and procedures, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and supporter experience.

Support the Head of Public Fundraising with month end financial reconciliation processes
Identify and code income across various fundraising platforms.
Preparing data and uploading into CRM Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and quality are maintained by identifying improvements to process and working with the CRM team to deliver
Fulfilment:
Work with the Product team to maintain the supporter merchandise online portal, reporting on sales of merchandise and managing kit restock and reordering processes across fundraising.
Act as the main point of contact for the relationship with our fulfilment partner, managing enquiries and escalation issues.
Oversee stock management, ensuring our supporter store availability reflects current stock levels and being responsible for co-ordinating timely restocking.
Run daily checks of the supporter store to ensure order fulfilment can be carried out.

Role Purpose:
The Fundraising & Marketing team’s purpose is to advocate for and raise flexible and unrestricted funding to enable Womankind to deliver it’s 2030 organisational strategy.
The Fundraising and Marketing Officer supports the growth of Womankind’s fundraising income by delivering engaging, donor-focused fundraising and marketing activity across online and offline channels. Areas of responsibilities:

Work with IGM and Fundraising & Database Officer (FDO) to ensure our supporters receive excellent supporter care through planning and implementing donor journeys.
Storytelling – Co-ordinate the fundraising team’s approach to storytelling in line with Womankind’s funding charter by working closely with the Communications team and wider organisation to gather information, updates, video content & images that demonstrate Womankind’s and our partners work and impact on women’s lives. Work closely with the Communications Officer to plan and deliver compelling fundraising and marketing content across social media channels, identifying new opportunities and approaches to improve our online presence and respond to supporter queries.
High value donor fundraising – Working closely with the Philanthropy Manager – Corporate Partnerships, implement Womankind’s high value donor plan, using the CRM to identify high value donor trends, cultivate prospects, and tailor communications as required.

Person Specification
Essential Experience:
• Experience of developing and implementing online and offline fundraising marketing campaigns, delivering them on time and on budget
• Excellent written communication skills with consistent attention to detail and experience of writing engaging, inspiring and persuasive copy for a range of media
• Experience of using Beacon or a similar fundraising CRM for marketing and collecting data, and for monitoring and analysing data to report against KPIs and inform future plans

1. Income Generation
· Maximise fundraising and revenue opportunities through community engagement delivering a number of community based initiatives to generate income over the year.

About the role
Fundraising plays an important role in the sustainability of The Brilliant Club, and this is only set to grow in our next strategy. The new Fundraising Officer will be responsible for building relationships and creating excellent experiences for a portfolio of supporters and prospective supporters, to help us raise over £1.4 million each year.

The Fundraising & Marketing team's purpose is to advocate for and raise flexible and unrestricted funding to enable Womankind to deliver it's 2030 organisational strategy.
This post will support the growth of trusts and foundations income by carrying out prospect research, preparing proposals and reports for small and medium-sized donors, and cultivating and stewarding new and existing donor relationships to secure long-term income for Womankind.
Areas of responsibilities:
Prospect research – Co-ordinate the prospect research requirements for trusts and foundations, working closely with the Philanthropy Manager – Foundations, produce clear and relevant donor profiles and where relevant, make recommendations for donor cultivation and development
Proposal and report development - Produce and send high quality, engaging and relevant applications and reports to trusts and foundations and develop and maintain efficient ways of keeping existing and prospective donors up to date and engaged on the work of Womankind.
Donor relationship management - Establish and manage long term, effective and values-aligned relationships with existing and prospective trust and foundation donors by providing excellent donor and supporter care. Maintain prompt and personalised thanking to donors.
Event management support - Work with the Philanthropy Manager – Foundations and Philanthropy Manager – Corporate Partnerships to coordinate a range of cultivation and engagement events for key donors including researching venues, co-ordinating invitation process and guest list management, liaising with relevant staff and post-event follow up.

Person Specification
Essential Experience:
• Minimum of two years experience in a fundraising role, with a focus on relationship-based fundraising, ideally trusts and foundations
• Experience and a proven track record of growing income from trusts and foundations
• Demonstrable experience of prospect research
• Proven ability to write compelling proposals and reports communicating complex project information to donors
• Proven ability to form good working relationships with colleagues across the organisation
• Proven experience using a fundraising database (ideally Beacon) to maintain accurate donor records, manage invitation guest lists for events, and extract data for donor reporting and prospect tracking
• Experience of fundraising for a UK based organisation
Essential Travel requirements: the role requires a willingness for occasional overseas travel. This may involve an overnight stay.

Role purpose
The Senior Challenge Fundraising Officer will lead the delivery and growth of APF’s third-party and mass participation challenge events portfolio.
This role exists to significantly grow income and participation by managing end-to-end third-party challenge events, developing community-facing charity-owned fundraising products and delivering excellent supporter stewardship

1. Role Purpose
A key element of Trussell’s high value income is from individual donors and Trusts, who support our work and mission. The Philanthropy Officer is accountable for managing a caseload of trusts and major donors who are giving up to £10k annually, stewarding them effectively to help secure income to fund Trussell’s work.
The Philanthropy Officer is responsible for developing appropriate engagement and stewardship journeys for this group of donors, with the aim of retaining and increasing financial support for Trussell.

Manage a caseload of c.150 major donors and c.600 trusts (c. £5k-£10k per annum giving levels). 2. Deliver high‑quality stewardship communications
Produce personalised thank‑yous, updates, impact reports, and tailored asks, and developing some one-to-one relationships to ensure donors and Trusts receive timely, meaningful engagement that demonstrates the impact of their support and inspires them to continue giving.
3. Develop and submit funding applications
Prepare and submit bespoke applications to trusts when required, in order to secure additional income through compelling funding applications. Opportunities to secure income and cultivate relationships are maximised.
4. Maintain accurate supporter records
Maintain accurate records on our database; facilitating accurate data management and effective stewardship. Delivering analysis, forecasting and segmentation for mailings, to enable compliant, insight‑led fundraising activity.

We are looking for a part time Senior Philanthropy Officer for a 12 month contract, to identify, develop and manage a portfolio of funders and donors including trusts, foundations and major donors, maximising income through the development of co-ordinated stewardship and relationship management.

About the role
This is a varied, entry-level role offering hands-on experience across programme delivery, fundraising, communications and administration.
