The role
As Training Programme Lead, you will be responsible for:
Growth: Owning the programme's growth strategy, including building an institutional offer for think tanks, foundations, funders, and NGOs.
Marketing: Running the promotion of our public courses across social channels and professional networks to hit recruitment targets.
Operations: Managing the student journey, from onboarding and payments to platform management (LMS).
Development: Working with our course leaders to spot new opportunities and expand what we offer.
Community: Keeping our alumni community engaged and supported alongside the wider team.
This is a 2 day per week commitment (with opportunity to increase the time as the programme grows).
Who you are
You’ll be someone who knows the world of foundations and non-profits well, you’ve probably worked in a few. Ideally, you’ve got a sense of the kinds of skills that these organisations need to develop (and that a communications consultancy could train on). You’ll also be comfortable in a marketing and sales context, able to argue why an organisation should invest in our training platform, and what benefit it will provide to them.

Overview of Role:
Church Army is looking for an experienced ‘Apprenticeship Programme Lead’ to implement, support and develop our Youth Ministry Apprenticeship Programme, focusing on developing practitioners to inhabit the qualities outlined in the Ministerial Formation Framework.
Church Army has been awarded funding by the Church of England’s Resourcing Ministerial Formation Innovation Fund and the 30K Project to develop a three-year pilot project to develop Level 3 Apprenticeship Training for Church Based Youth Workers. This is part of the Church of England’s 30K Project, to raise up 30,000 new children and youth ministers (both voluntary and employed) by 2030.
The postholder will manage programme delivery, resources, quality assurance, assessment, and reporting, and will act as the main liaison with dioceses, training providers, and National Church Institutions, including using the Church of England grant management system. You will contribute to the design and review of training pathways, teach and assess apprentices, and oversee Ministerial Formation Tutors. You will ensure that training is aligned with emerging practice and national strategy.
Salary: £46,085 per annum

The People team at The National Lottery Community Fund is looking for two credible, confident and highly skilled People Business Partners to join us on six‑month fixed‑term contracts.

What You’ll Do
Join us in a pivotal role where you will operate as a true strategic partner to senior leaders, bringing insight, constructive challenge and practical solutions that drive directorate and organisational priorities. You’ll build strong, influential relationships across all levels, becoming a trusted advisor known for your credibility and impact.
You will work collaboratively in a small team to embed meaningful people initiatives and frameworks that deliver consistency and organisational value. This includes providing expert guidance on organisational change, workforce planning and leadership development, helping to shape a high‑performing, future‑ready workforce. Using data, insight and evidence, you will influence decisions and steer people strategies that make a measurable difference.
You will confidently manage complex employee relations matters, ensuring outcomes are fair, consistent and legally sound. You’ll partner with leaders to unlock talent, identify development needs and create clear progression pathways. Alongside this, you will lead and deliver impactful people projects that enhance the People offer and elevate the colleague experience.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for experienced People Business Partners who can operate with confidence, credibility and strategic insight. You’ll bring strong generalist HR expertise, excellent judgement and the ability to influence senior leaders while acting as a trusted advisor. You’ll be proactive, solutions‑focused and comfortable navigating complexity, using data and evidence to shape people strategies that support organisational priorities.
You’ll build strong relationships, role‑model inclusive behaviours and bring a thoughtful, people‑centred approach to organisational change, leadership development and colleague experience. With a solid foundation in employee relations and employment law, you’ll provide expert guidance across a wide range of people matters while contributing to longer‑term workforce planning and organisational effectiveness.
Location: UK wide - Hybrid working. Our offices are based in Belfast, Birmingham, Cardiff, Exeter, Glasgow, Leeds, London, Manchester, Newcastle and Newtown.

Position: Major Donor Lead

About You
You will have a proven track record securing five-, six-, and seven-figure gifts from high-net-worth individuals and running sophisticated donor stewardship programmes. With strong financial monitoring and reporting capability, you will have had experience collaborating across programme and communications teams to develop compelling cases for support and ensuring donor compliance and impact reporting.
You will be an exceptional relationship builder and natural networker with Strong strategic thinking and pipeline management skills and excellent communication skills. Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment you will be entrepreneurial and self-directed and comfortable representing the organisation at high-level events.
