About the role:
You will manage and develop a team of Business Development Managers, Business Development Officers and a Business Development Coordinator, creating a high-performing culture that promotes accountability, continuous improvement and learning.
You will play a critical part in driving excellence in the quality of bids, tenders and proposals. The Role
