About the role

As Fundraising & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and delivering our Fundraising strategies, to secure appropriate funding to ensure the sustainable delivery of high-quality services by Home-Start Elmbridge.
• Leading on submitting grant applications, tenders and bids for existing and new services and develop new partnerships to support delivery.
• Ensuring the successful delivery of the Fundraising plan through the coordination of fundraising activities (including events, campaigns, and sponsorships) and managing donor relationships.

• Proven experience in a Fundraising & Marketing management or leadership role, ideally in the voluntary or community sector
• Strong people management skills, including supporting staff and volunteers

Join and support in leading our brand new Mental Health Service which is due to go live April 2026! The service is a step-down service, which provides short-stay, trauma-informed alternative to hospital admission and facilities. The service forms part of a wider integrated initiative for urgent and emergency care. The team will support our residents who are at risk of admission but can be supported outside of mental health hospital settings, by providing tailored support to them to help them overcome their personal barriers, and achieve their goals, to live more fulfilled lives and independent living. 

In this role, you will support in leading the team by providing overall leadership to the service and line management responsibilities to support, enable, and empower your team to deliver high quality support to our residents. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of victim services and community safety. You’ll play a central role in delivering a forward-thinking commissioning and income generation strategy, ensuring services are impactful, innovative, and aligned with the Police and Crime Plan.

You’ll manage a substantial portfolio of grants and contracts, influencing how public funds are invested to deliver meaningful outcomes. General Overview

FearFree delivers services across the Southwest for victims, children and perpetrators of domestic abuse, sexual violence and stalking with the aim to break the cycle of abuse and supporting all to live free from fear. We provide trauma responsive support, and this post will be fundamental to ensuring service users, stakeholders, and partners experience this in our daily delivery.

As the Devon Service Manager, you will oversee all the adult ITRS team and be instrumental in developing and sustaining networks, partnerships and new networks across Devon.  You will be responsible to the Head of Service and be part of the service manager team working closely alongside the other service managers.

Alongside your service manager colleagues, you will play a key leadership role in the delivery, development, and oversight of high-quality services for individuals impacted by domestic abuse, sexual violence and stalking, as well as for those who use harmful behaviours. You will be part of a team managing a diverse portfolio of services spanning prevention, crisis intervention, behaviour change, survivor recovery, and professional training. These include in-person interventions and digital platforms, therapeutic services and outreach across all age groups and communities.

You will be responsible for ensuring that our services are trauma-responsive, culturally competent and inclusive, with a strong focus on safeguarding, survivor voice and best practice. You will support teams to deliver consistently excellent support, ensure contract compliance and drive continuous improvement and innovation in a changing landscape.

As part of the Service Manager team, you will also hold strategic responsibility in scoping new projects, supporting research and business development opportunities. You will also ensure that the wellbeing and development of our people is at the front of our management and leadership priorities.

As the Devon Service Manager, you will have experience working with health professionals in a management or training capacity, and a comprehensive understanding of trauma-informed practice and managing risk. This service takes an innovative approach to both delivering training to GP surgeries and providing therapeutic support to patients referred to us via surgeries who have received our training.

FearFree is committed to flexible and hybrid working and this role will be a mix of home based and office based, alongside requiring travel for multi-agency meetings and other deliverables.

This role may include evening and weekend work when required.

Operational Responsibilities

• Service Delivery Oversight: Ensure the smooth and effective daily running of services across all areas—domestic abuse, sexual violence, stalking, behaviour change, survivor recovery, and training—delivered both in-person and digitally.
• Leadership and Management: Role model trauma responsive and inclusive leadership. Ensuring all staff and volunteers are effectively performance managed and live the charity’s values and have all appropriate resources to achieve excellence in their field. Overall Purpose of the Role

Youth Action Alliance (YAA) is seeking an enthusiastic, committed, and values-driven Support Youth Worker to support the delivery of two key strands of our youth offer: the Girls Project and the Youth Advisory Board (YAB).

This is a varied and rewarding role combining hands-on youth work with project support, centred on empowering young people aged 11–19 (and up to 24 where appropriate). Youth Advisory Board (YAB) (Friday)

The Youth Advisory Board is a group of young people aged 11–19 who act as advisors to Youth Action Alliance. YAB members amplify youth voice across YAA’s work, contribute to decision-making, attend meetings and events, lead consultations, and develop skills in leadership, communication, and civic engagement.

Are you an experienced Fundraising Manager who can help us manage an exciting and developing direct marketing programme for our amazing supporters?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Supporter Involvement Manager to join the St Mungo’s Fundraising department for a 6 month fixed term contract until 1 October 2026, where you will cover an internal sabbatical and help to oversee our Supporter Involvement Team.

We are looking to recruit an experienced, innovative legal manager for our international Environment and Sustainable Development Programme. The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with deep enthusiasm and in-depth knowledge of how our partners could use the law to achieve environmental justice. Working as part of a small but dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to learn at close hand what it means to work for an international NGO focusing on how the law can be used to fight corruption and achieve environmental and economic justice. You will develop projects with a range of partners, including international agencies, NGOs, CSOs and governments. The role will involve outreach to new partners, programme management, supporting the drafting of fundraising applications and donor reports, tracking impact, as well as evaluating and learning from projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement the strategic vision for ILP’s Environment and Sustainable Development (ESD) programme, in conjunction with the ESD Programme Director, Legal Fellows, Executive Director, partners, staff and Board;

2. Develop an understanding of the most effective environmental policy tools and legal interventions to deliver the programme’s objectives, through engagement with volunteer lawyers, ILP partners, ILP’s ESD Advisory Committee, staff, Board and others;

3. Support the ESD Programme Director to build and maintain ILP’s Environment and Sustainable Development (ESD) programme. This includes:

   • liaising with partners to identify legal/policy needs and offer potential legal and/or policy reform solutions, including through conducting legal analysis;

     identifying and engaging in regular outreach with potential new partners to build the project pipeline;

   • identifying, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new highly experienced volunteer lawyers;

   • mapping and developing relationships with regional and international development entities and other technical assistance providers to identify potential partners, needs and focus countries;

   • representing the programme in external fora and events.

4. Support the Programme Director in ensuring effective project delivery and evaluation of impact including:

   • managing and coordinating project implementation through the full project cycle;

   • delivering financial management for assignments including accurate budgeting, forecasting, accounting and reporting;

   • Supporting the development and maintenance of strong programme management and knowledge management systems and processes, including regular updating of ILP’s online internal database (GRID).

5. Support the Programme Director’s fundraising efforts to finance both the programme and organisational overheads, including working closely with the Programme Director to identify opportunities for potential funding with partners, liaise with and nurture donors, design funding applications and create relevant budgets;

6. Deepen ILP’s knowledge and understanding of the situation in developing economies, including engaging in relevant research alongside ILP partners (pro bono lawyers, NGOs, CSOs and others) and sharing findings via written reports and output;

The Events and Fundraising Manager is one of four key Manager roles in the Development Team, responsible for providing excellent stewardship for our supporters, donors and sponsors, whilst generating six-figure income targets that underpin the charity’s impact.

This role works closely with the other fundraising colleagues, Volunteer, Communications, and Finance teams, to deliver unrestricted income, and growing a loyal supporter base across an annual calendar of exciting events and opportunities

About You

• Knowledge of best practice and regulatory guidance for charity fundraising in an events and community setting
• Awareness and compassion to the needs of people living with mental and emotional health problems

• Delivery and management of similar scale of income from charity events (five and six-figure fundraising income)
• Experience in events fundraising or similar roles, with demonstrating interest and understanding of fundraising principles and techniques
• Experience with using CRM systems, email software, websites and social media platforms to nurture income
• Line management of individuals, or small teams and/or experience of managing teams at events, including volunteers
• Able to work collaboratively with other teams and create joint solutions
• Ability to travel extensively throughout Oxfordshire and Berkshire
• Good relationship building skills, to effectively engage with donors, volunteers and event participants
• This role involves out of hours working and a willingness to work flexibly is required
• Event management, team resourcing and scheduling skills
• Attention to detail and proofing skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Recovery Navigators (Mental Health) – Intensive Community Rehabilitation Service

Salary: £24,570 per annum

Location: Small Heath, Birmingham

37.5 hours per week – flexible shift patterns to include weekend and evening working. Part time roles will be considered.

We have been able to diversify our services over recent years resulting in our offer to the citizens of Birmingham being expanded to include prevention and community-based asset services, crisis intervention, a Birmingham and Solihull wide Mental health Helpline as well as workplace wellbeing support.

You will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary clinically led Community Intensive Rehabilitation Team within Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust and as such although the service manager employed by us will be your line manager you will be working as part of an integrated medical and psychology team. You will be working in partnership with people who are experiencing mental health difficulties who are currently living in their own accommodation within the Birmingham area and require a period of intensive rehabilitation. Your support of individuals will be a person-centred recovery approach that focuses on developing, maintaining, and strengthening individuals’ skills, abilities, and personal resilience.

Ideally you will be QCF/NVQ level 3 qualified or have a willingness to work towards this qualification. It is essential that you have an empathy for people experiencing mental health issues and are committed to service user involvement and empowerment. You will have a good understanding of equal opportunities, confidentiality, safeguarding and health & safety.

You will need to be flexible due to the shift patterns which include evenings and weekends. Shift patterns include 9.00am - 5.00pm and 12.00pm to 8.00pm.
