About the role
As Awards Finance Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of award data, timely donor audit financial compliance, and donor confidence. Reporting to the Awards Finance Manager and working alongside 2 other Awards Finance Analysts, you'll be supporting the management of around 400 active awards, ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust reconciliations and compliance with donor and audit requirements.
This is a varied role that combines award management knowledge with strong financial analysis and controls. You will work closely with finance, award management and programme colleagues, supporting donor audits, validating donor reports, tracking award income and debt, and helping drive process improvements and automation across the Awards Finance function.

Hope for Justice is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic professional to join our team as an Independent Modern Slavery Advocate® (IMSA®) (Trainee) to join our Advocacy team and work within the IMSA® model pilot. This is an in-role trainee position which requires successful completion of the IMSA® PG Certification in order to progress to the full IMSA® role.
Since September 2025, the IMSA® Model Development Project has been pioneering a national pilot. Hope for Justice is working in partnership with 14 other organisations, together employing 28 IMSAs® and Senior IMSAs® who are working alongside adult survivors of human trafficking. Hope for Justice leads the central IMSA® Model Hub within the pilot, supporting IMSAs® and their employing organisations throughout the UK.
To achieve our collection aim of a standardised national model of accredited independent advocacy for adult survivors of modern slavery, all IMSAs® are required to successfully complete the IMSA® PG Certification with St Mary's University. This opportunity will fully fund and support you to complete the IMSA® PG Certification, whilst working as a Trainee IMSA®. Upon successful completion, you will progress into the full IMSA® role. Throughout your training we will support you in the following ways:
·Released in-work time for PG Certification attendance and study
·Reduction in caseload and/or complex cases
·Additional supervision and support for casework

This role forms part of Southwark’s commissioned Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) and Domestic Abuse (DA) service, delivered through a consortium partnership led by Bede.
The post holder will coordinate and deliver structured group-based interventions for children and young people affected by domestic abuse, alongside partnership working and service development. Boaz Trust relies on the generosity of trusts and foundations to provide accommodation and support for people seeking sanctuary, and to challenge and change the unjust systems that cause destitution, both locally and nationally. We are looking for a Fundraising Officer (Trusts) who can help us sustain and grow this vital income by building positive, long-term relationships with funders, delivering high quality applications and reports as needed.
The money raised through this role will support Boaz’s work with people who are facing or experiencing homelessness because of their insecure, changing or uncertain immigration status. Our work includes providing safe accommodation and person-centred support, while working towards our mission of ending destitution among people seeking sanctuary.
Day to day, you will research prospective funders, prepare persuasive applications and cases for support, and produce accurate, engaging reports showing what funders’ support has achieved. You will manage a pipeline of applications and reporting deadlines, keep our fundraising database up to date, and work closely with colleagues across Boaz to best communicate the stories, outcomes, and impact from our work. You will communicate directly with existing and potential funders by email, telephone and, where appropriate, in meetings.
We are looking for someone who enjoys building interpersonal relationships with both funders and supporters and team-mates, is skilled at communicating through writing, can turn detailed information into a clear and compelling case for support, and is organised enough to manage several deadlines at once. You will already have experience of trusts fundraising or bid writing. The Crisis & Resilience Fund Team Leader will lead the delivery of the Exeter Crisis & Resilience Service, providing operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, person-centred support to residents experiencing financial hardship, crisis and multiple disadvantage. The postholder will line manage Navigate's Client Liaison Officers and the Money Advice Caseworkers employed by partners Churches Housing Action Team (CHAT) and Encompass Southwest to ensure a seamless, coordinated service that supports individuals from immediate financial crisis through to long term resilience. Following the success of our day visits, our residential programme will launch in January 2027. More about the role: This is not a formal therapy or counselling position. As Therapeutic Coordinator, you will coordinate the therapeutic input for up to four school or partner organisation visits each month, holding personalised conversations with young people, facilitating reflective group discussions and working closely with visiting staff to ensure each child gets the support they need during and after their time on the farm.
You will also write personalised reports, contribute to daily farm life through walks, meals and shared activities, and act as the farm’s Designated Safeguarding Lead, helping ensure safeguarding practice is followed confidently and consistently.
About you : You’ll bring strong professional experience of working with young people facing challenging circumstances, with the warmth, curiosity and patience to build trusting relationships. You may come from youth work, education, mentoring, social care, pastoral support or a similar field, and will be confident supporting young people through reflective and relational approaches. You’ll be organised, collaborative and flexible, with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to Jamie’s Farm’s values and the communities we support.
