Role Requirements
As the House Coordinator, you will have direct contact with children and their families, often during challenging times. This role therefore requires a level of empathy and the ability to communicate effectively in emotionally charged situations, which is not typically expected of other administrative roles within the organisation.

The Children’s Trust is the UK’s leading charity for children with acquired brain injury, providing expert rehabilitation, education, therapy, and care at our national specialist centre in Tadworth, and to children and their families across the UK, via our Brain Injury Community Service.

About you

If you have a background with a membership, charity or campaigning organisation, so much the better, and knowledge of an Enterprise CMS (Squiz Matrix, Sitecore, Umbraco) plus HTML and A/B testing, CRO, UX, AI and analytics tools would be very useful. The role directly manages CLAPA's Communications Officers, embedding effective planning, briefing and workflow processes that enable the team to deliver proactive, creative and high-quality communications.
Acting as the primary operational lead for communications delivery, the postholder will ensure colleagues across CLAPA receive responsive, well-planned communications support while maintaining clear priorities and protecting the team's capacity to deliver its best work.

What You'll Do
As Senior Remediation Operations Manager, you’ll lead Peabody’s customer facing fire remediation function and its communications with residents and leaseholders, owning the strategy, standards and outcomes for every household affected by remediation works.
This role is accountable for delivery of the Code of Practice for the Remediation of Residential Buildings across all buildings in the programme and for meeting the leaseholder and resident engagement requirements of Homes England Cladding Safety Scheme grant funding. The successful candidate will be leading two Customer Fire Safety Operations Managers and a wider team of 17. They will set direction, assure quality and evidence compliance at senior leadership, funder and regulator level.
