Job role:

The Digital Engagement Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping how people discover, experience and connect with Ronald McDonald House UK.

Working closely with the Head of Brand, Communications and Digital Engagement, you'll lead the development and delivery of an audience-led digital engagement strategy that helps us reach more people, build stronger relationships and create meaningful opportunities for support. You'll bring together social media, email, website content and user experience, paid social media and analytics into a clear, joined-up approach that delivers measurable results.

This is a role for someone who can see the bigger picture whilst remaining close enough to the detail to make things happen. You'll lead and develop a talented digital team, set clear direction and priorities, and create an environment where people feel supported to do their best work. At the same time, you'll work across the organisation to build understanding, confidence and enthusiasm around digital engagement, helping colleagues see how it can support their goals and strengthen our impact.

You'll also play an important role in strengthening the foundations that underpin our digital performance, from supporter journeys and content strategy to analytics, testing and optimisation. Through thoughtful leadership, strong collaboration and a focus on continuous improvement, you'll help ensure our digital channels work harder for the charity and ultimately help us support more families when they need us most.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational leadership and team development

• Provide clear leadership across the Digital Engagement function.
• Line manage the Digital Marketing Manager, Social Media Officer and Website Content & UX Officer.
• Set clear objectives, coach through regular one-to-ones and support professional development.
• Build a collaborative, high trust culture that values inclusion, curiosity and accountability.
• Ensure the team has clear backlogs, roadmaps and ways of working that keep delivery smooth and focused.

Digital strategic approach and planning

• Shape and deliver an integrated, audience-led digital engagement strategy.
• Define the strategic role of each channel for priority audiences, with objectives, KPIs and success metrics.
• Set channel-specific plans across paid social, organic social, content creators engagement, email, paid search and website content/UX.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning, translating organisational goals into clear digital roadmaps with budgets, testing agendas and resourcing.
• Monitor sector, platform and audience trends, advising on where to pivot, invest or pause.
• Guide the Digital Engagement team to deliver effective programmes with clear targeting, creative variants and measurable outcomes.

Digital Marketing ownership

• Oversee a balanced mix of paid, organic and earned activity, ensuring they work together to drive reach, community and conversion.
• Set standards for community management, social listening, risk protocols and out of hours response where required.
• Define our approach to engaging content creators.
• Strengthen the organisation’s approach to paid social, building capability, confidence and performance.
• Set the strategic approach for paid social campaigns, with a clear pathway towards delivering a high‑quality, scalable campaign in Q4.
• Oversee paid search and Google Ad Grant activity, ensuring compliance, relevance and strong conversion tracking.

Email and supporter journeys

• Oversee performance and growth across paid and owned channels.
• Lead the development of a clear email strategy, starting with strong foundations for best‑practice journeys
• Oversee the design and implementation of core email journeys
• Ensure email activity is insight‑led, tested and aligned with wider supporter journeys across channels
• Maintain a practical test plan covering audiences, messaging, creative and landing experiences.

Website content and user experience

• Lead the long term development of the charity’s website.
• Set the content and UX strategy with audience needs at the centre, ensuring information is findable, inclusive and persuasive.
• Oversee page governance, templates and information architecture to support both storytelling and conversion.
• Prioritise UX improvements using evidence from analytics, user feedback and best practice.
• Ensure the site reflects our brand voice and values, with accessible content and clear journeys.

Innovation, creative approach, testing and optimisation

• Embed a culture of smart experimentation and continuous improvement.
• Champion creative exploration across formats, storytelling and interaction design, while setting clear hypotheses and guardrails.
• Maintain a cross-channel testing backlog, with transparent prioritisation, timelines and owners.
• Ensure rigorous measurement: define success criteria, document results, share learning and scale winning variants.
• Encourage responsible adoption of new features and tools where they solve real audience problems.

Data, tracking and reporting

• Ensure decisions are grounded in accurate data and meaningful insight.
• Set the strategic direction for digital analytics and performance measurement.
• Oversee GA4 tracking, analytics and reporting frameworks across channels and key journeys, working with external agencies or specialists to establish robust reporting foundations
• Commission accessible dashboards and provide narrative context so stakeholders understand performance and next actions.
• Promote outcome-focused reporting that complements top of funnel/brand metrics.

Stakeholder and partner collaboration (internal and external, including suppliers)

• Lead strong, respectful collaboration that gets the best from people and partners.
• Partner with fundraising, family services, brand, and data & insight teams to shape clear briefs and deliver impactful digital work.
• Manage agencies, creators, platform reps and technical suppliers: set scopes, deliverables, timelines and KPIs, and review performance against objectives.

Budget and resource accountability

• Hold responsibility for digital engagement budgets and resourcing.
• Oversee budget planning, forecasting and in‑flight reallocation to maximise value.
• Track spend, approve invoices and maintain strong financial governance.
• Assess capacity and recommend when to use external support, with clear cost–benefit rationale.

Our Interim Executive Director will lead JustMoney Movement into the next chapter of our exciting story. The primary focus for the role will be to develop and implement a sustainable future strategy, while providing transitional leadership. 

The JustMoney Movement is a small organisation with a big vision. We are living in turbulent times where we face interconnected, systemic crises in inequality, nature and the climate, driven by our financial and economic system. We believe our movement building approach, technical expertise, and wide range of collaborations across church, other faith and secular groups, enable us to play a vital role in confronting these crises.

At the same time, small charities face unprecedented challenges at this current moment, and require bold and innovative approaches in order to navigate this context. We are looking for an Interim Executive Director to help us build on this legacy, to secure a sustainable long-term future, while remaining agile and able to seize opportunities as they arise.The role will need to establish a sustainable future strategy and develop our funding strategy, while overseeing the delivery of our current workplan and ensuring sound governance of the charity.

We have a small, dedicated and talented team of staff and contractors delivering the work and a strong, diverse and experienced board, with a new incoming Chair, Simeon Mitchell, who has served as a trustee for a number of years.  We have welcomed four new trustees this year, bringing a wealth of skills, knowledge and enthusiasm.

Interim Executive Director (0.8 FTE, 6 to 12 months)

Salary: £49,493 for 4 days per week (pro rata from FT £61,866).  We have some flexibility to consider 3 days per week.

Location: Hybrid, based at home with option to work 1 day a week in London office. Some travel within the UK.

Contract: 6 to12 months

There is the possibility of a permanent role becoming available at the end of the Interim Executive Director role appointment, subject to funding.

An early, flexible start would be desirable from September/ October 2026.

Given the nature of the role, we are very open to discussions with the right candidate to identify mutually acceptable arrangements for the appointment.

Role description

· Partner with the Board, to develop and deliver JustMoney Movement’s strategy and objectives, rooted in our movement-building theory of change, and our Christian identity, culture and values.  This may include identifying and implementing change, as needed.

· Lead on the creation and delivery of our fundraising strategy to ensure JustMoney Movement’s financial viability for the long-term.  This will build on our current mix of grant funding, alongside our small but long-standing and loyal donor base of individuals and organisational supporters. We need to explore and grow alternative opportunities such as paid services and corporate funding.

· Oversight of operations and finance management, delivered by the Head of Operations.

· Support and empower the JustMoney Movement staff team in the delivery and monitoring of the 26-27 action plan for our education, campaigning and influencing activities. 

· Alongside the Director of Movement Building, represent the organisation externally, seeking opportunities to raise the profile and demonstrate the impact of the organisation, positioning JustMoney Movement as a leading voice on issues of faith and finance.

· Work with the Director of Movement Building to identify and lead on strategic relationships and collaborations with stakeholders, including funders and key partners, in order to achieve our objectives. 

· With the support of the Head of Operations, oversee a strong governance framework to ensure we meet external, legal and regulatory requirements and guidance (including the Charity Governance Code).

Person Specification

Experience:

· Management at board or management level of a charity, and the understanding of the governance requirements this brings

· Developing and implementing a fundraising strategy with a proven track record of raising funds

· Interim or change management, ideally within a small organisation

· People management, ideally within a small organisation, and through change processes

· Strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation for impact

· Working with UK churches (desirable)

· Engaging with questions of economic justice, Christian ethics and/or ethical investment (desirable)

Levenshulme Good Neighbours, (LGN) is a local charitable incorporated organization (reg 1163827) offering befriending services to socially isolated and lonely over 55-year-olds members of the Levenshulme local community. The Marketing and Support Administrator will be tasked with creating newsletters, data entry, management of client files, dealing with invoices, receipts, social media campaigns, attending promotional and communal events, creating board meeting agendas and other vital tasks to keep the charity running smoothly. Brief role description

The young people programme supports young people from Forces families aged 16 to 24, particularly those who are disadvantaged, affected by mobility, at risk of becoming NEET or who have Special Educational Needs (SEN). The programme aims to broaden horizons, raise aspirations and build skills and confidence. It connects young people with meaningful employment opportunities through a combination of one-to-one mentoring and employment support, group workshops, employer events, digital training, work experience and apprenticeships. 

As part of a small team, the Education and Skills Liaison will lead on engaging, developing and managing relationships with schools, youth and community groups, military charities, the MOD Education Team, the SCiP Alliance, Families Federations, HIVE and other key stakeholders to advocate for children and young people from Forces families.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for someone with a background in education and/or experience supporting young people to overcome challenges. You will have experience in a customer-focused environment and a track record of delivering to SLAs. You will also be a strong collaborator and team player, with demonstrable influencing skills and coaching or mentoring experience. 

You will be a self-starter with confidence to use your own initiative and a passion for supporting the Armed Forces community. You will have an understanding of the challenges faced by forces families in finding appropriate and sustainable employment. In addition, you will have strong operational and administrative skills, knowledge of GDPR and experience using CRMs. 

The ideal candidate will have lived experience of the Armed Forces lifestyle, a background in secondary or further education and a NVQ Level 6 in Advice, Information and Guidance.

This position is remote; however, candidates must be based in Hampshire to support local engagement activities and demonstrate knowledge of regional authorities and organisations.

Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to serve as Coordinator, leading the mission of Street Pastors in Kingston. The ideal candidate for this role will be a person of integrity who is able to demonstrate experience and potential in leadership of Christian outreach and mission. Context

Kingston Street Pastors is a churches initiative which has been operating since 2006 deploying Christian volunteers in the town centre in the night time to Care, Listen and Help. We enjoy excellent relationships with key stakeholders in Kingston’s night time economy including our local council, police and businesses. Within the wider Street Pastors movement we have made significant contributions over the years to develop policy and practice and have worked closely with neighbouring Street Pastors initiatives and with the Ascension Trust. For governance purposes Kingston Street Pastors operates as an affiliated project of Oxygen, a Kingston based youth work charity.

Our key strategic priorities are to maintain and build on the positive relationships we have with our local council, the police and businesses in the night time economy, taking advantage of opportunities for collaboration, accessing funding and other forms of support. We are perennially focused on the recruitment of new volunteers to serve as Street Pastors and Prayer Pastors to sustain and grow our capacity to deploy teams to the streets.

About the Role

This role has a Genuine Occupational Requirement for the post holder to be a practicing Christian (as outlined by 2010 Equality Act, Section 9)

Our new Coordinator will work closely with the Street Pastors Deputy Coordinator, leading the regular operations of Kingston Street Pastors and the deployment of teams while also overseeing the strategic development of the initiative in response to emerging needs and opportunities. 

Applicants should have people skills and demonstrate an ability to solve problems using a range of creative solutions including working with volunteers or using technology in new ways. The ideal candidate will have an ability to work flexibly and manage their time and resource effectively amidst competing priorities.

• A good understanding of the work and ethos of Street Pastors and how this resonates with your approach to Christian mission.

• A passion for the role the Church plays in our local community and an ecumenical ethos which is appreciative of a diversity of Christian traditions.

• A high level of proficiency in project management with competent administrative and IT skills.

• A good understanding of the night time economy, its users and key stakeholders.

• An understanding of monitoring and reporting on the impact of charitable work.

Relevant experience in fields such as youth work, homelessness support, drug and alcohol services and promotion of community safety are also highly desirable.

This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references including at least one reference from a church minister.

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and inquisitive Data Analyst to join our Translational Research team.

This role will support the generation, interpretation, and communication of research insights derived from a range of healthcare, clinical, patient-reported, and real-world datasets. Job purpose

To provide high-quality, intensive support to young dads and expectant fathers (aged 25 and under) across Tees Valley; to lead and coordinate peer support activity; to manage allocated budgets and contribute to funder reporting; and to take an active role in the development of NEYDL’s commissioned services in the region.

Hours - Full-time (35 hours per week). Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with some evening and weekend working expected to meet the needs of the charity.

Key responsibilities

1. Direct support

•Provide in-person and online 1-to-1 support to young dads and non-birthing people, helping them address key challenges and achieve personal outcomes

•Assess new referrals and manage a complex caseload, prioritising according to need and risk

•Support young dads to attend key meetings with professionals (including child protection, child in need, family court and multi-agency forums)

•Help young dads to access wider opportunities including volunteering, employment, education and community activities

•Support young dads and their families to engage in father and child activities, stay and play sessions, and peer supported recreational activities

•Promote and support access to DigiDAD, NEYDL’s free e-learning platform, and other training and information resources

2. Peer support and group work

•Establish, coordinate and co-facilitate in-person peer support groups for young dads in Tees Valley

•Support the development and delivery of parenting, relationship skills and employability sessions in response to community-identified needs

•Support peer moderated video gaming groups as part of DigiDAD Gaming where relevant

3. Induction, onboarding and milestones

•Ensure every young dad is effectively inducted onto the NEYDL service, completing key onboarding steps and baseline self-evaluation measures

•Track and record progress against key milestones throughout the support journey, in line with NEYDL’s evaluation framework

•Ensure all relevant data is recorded accurately and on time in NEYDL’s data management system

4. Budget and targets

•Take ownership of allocated project budgets, monitoring expenditure and liaising with the Programme Manager (Commissioned Services) and Finance Officer as required

•Work proactively to achieve agreed referral rate targets, taking responsibility for building pathways and relationships that generate consistent referrals

•Contribute to the preparation of funder reports under the oversight of the Programme Manager and Fundraiser, providing accurate data and case study material

5. Specialism

•Take on a designated area of specialism within NEYDL, agreed with the Senior Leadership Team (for example, volunteering, safeguarding or environmental programmes)

•Take a lead role within the team in relation to your specialism, contributing expertise and supporting colleagues

6. Management of staff and volunteers

•Line manage junior staff, project workers and/or volunteers as required

•Support staff and volunteers with operational queries and day-to-day delivery

•Support the recruitment and progression of young dads into volunteering roles, including as DigiDAD content creators, peer researchers, DADvocates, AmbassaDADS and community leaders

7. Monitoring and evaluation

•Support the effective recording, monitoring and reporting of programme performance via NEYDL’s data management system and evaluation framework

•Comply with all monitoring, evaluation and reporting requirements, both internal and funder-related

•Support the work of NEYDL’s research partners and independent evaluators as required

8. Collaboration and partnerships

•Work in partnership with key stakeholders in Tees Valley to improve the service offer for young dads, including Family Hub teams, social care, health, housing, education and voluntary sector organisations

•Build referral pathways and maintain strong working relationships with local services and networks

•Develop and build effective relationships with principal stakeholders, supporters and referral partners

9. Advocacy and engagement

•Represent NEYDL at external events and meetings to raise awareness of the service and influence other organisations

•Promote, campaign and advocate with and on behalf of young men, ensuring NEYDL continues to be a leading voice for positive change

•Work proactively to enable young dads to influence the design and delivery of the service, including supporting their participation in community leadership programmes

•Support the charity’s communications and engagement activity, including contributing content to annual reports, social media and local media

10. Other

•Deputise for the Programme Managers as required

•Report to the Board of Trustees in person or in writing on a quarterly basis as required
