We’re looking for a CRM Product Owner to take ownership of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensuring it runs effectively day to day while continuously improving how it supports the organisation. You’ll oversee integrations and data flows across systems, maintain high standards of data quality, and make sure teams across fundraising, digital and finance can rely on accurate, accessible data to deliver campaigns, track income and engage supporters.

We’re also looking for someone who can lead the ongoing development and prioritisation of CRM improvements, working closely with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes and solve problems. You’ll support and guide CRM team members, ensuring work is delivered against priorities and that the system continues to evolve to meet the needs of a fast-paced, insight-driven organisation.

This role requires regular travel to our London office, typically once per month or as the role demands.

You don’t need charity experience, but you will bring strong stakeholder management, a collaborative approach and the ability to influence at all levels. The Woodland Trust is looking for a Site Manager - North East. This role will be responsible for Woodland Trust Sites in Durham and wider north-east England. This includes Low Burnhall a woodland creation site in the heart of Durham, Ragpath Wood a Plantation Ancient Woodland Site in the Deerness valley, several woodlands around Washington and other Woodland Trust sites across north-east England.

• Manage a diverse portfolio of high-profile woodland sites in line with the UK Woodland Assurance Standard, including ancient woodland, designated sites, veteran trees and high-biodiversity areas.

The Candidate:

• You’ll have experience in forestry, conservation, land or woodland management, including sites of high conservation value.
• A background in strong project and contract management skills, including budgeting, tendering, monitoring and coordinating multiple workstreams.
• Knowledge of woodland ecology, legislative requirements, H&S procedures and safe working practices in varied and remote environments.
• Experience working with stakeholders such as government agencies, contractors, and deer managers to meet conservation and statutory objectives.
• Ability to manage tree safety inspections, tree pests, diseases, and invasive species.
• Leadership or people-management experience.
• Understanding of Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC) certification or willingness to develop this knowledge.
• Possess a HND/Degree in forestry, land management or related field (or equivalent experience) and a full driving licence with ability to travel.

Context of Job

AFK is a national charity creating opportunities for children and young people who are disabled or neurodivergent, to increase their independence, reach their individual potential and remove the barriers they face.

The Self‑Employment Programme is a growing initiative designed to help 18–25‑year‑olds transform their passions, skills and talents into real income‑generating opportunities. Through coaching, group delivery, mentoring, and practical business development activities, the programme provides accessible, person‑centred support to young people who want to pursue self‑employment as part of their pathway to independence.

The Self‑Employment Coach plays a key role in delivering high‑quality, empowering support to young people, working alongside the Self‑Employment Programme Manager to co‑design, deliver and evaluate a dynamic, inclusive and impactful programme.

Overall Job Purpose

To provide structured, person‑centred coaching to young people exploring or preparing for self‑employment. This includes delivering 1‑2‑1 and group sessions, supporting beneficiaries to develop viable business ideas, and helping them access tools, resources and opportunities needed to succeed. The role also contributes to the programme’s administrative, monitoring, partnership and outreach activities.

Working Conditions

The post is 21 hours per week, typically worked between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Contracted working days will be agreed with the Self‑Employment Programme Manager; however, Tuesdays are a mandatory working day. The post holder may occasionally be required to work evenings or weekends depending on programme needs.

The role includes 16.5 days of annual leave, in addition to public holidays.

Working Relationships

The Self‑Employment Coach will work closely with young people, their families, education professionals, and colleagues across AFK to deliver tailored coaching and support.

The post holder will report regularly to the Self‑Employment Programme Manager and work alongside the Executive Director of Services as required, while actively engaging with external partners to ensure positive and sustainable outcomes for young people.

Principal Responsibilities

Coaching & Programme Delivery

• Deliver 1‑2‑1 coaching, small‑group sessions and workshop activities to support young people’s business development, confidence and skills.
• Work with young people to identify their aspirations, needs and goals, and translate them into practical action plans.
• Support trainees to develop essential components of their business ideas (e.g., value proposition, customer identification, pricing).

• Support trainees to understand and test their business ideas, including conducting simple market research and exploring feasibility.

Programme Co‑ordination & Administration

• Maintain accurate records, including session notes, trainee progress, KPIs and monitoring data.
• Contribute to evaluation processes, including collecting feedback, tracking impact and supporting continuous programme improvement.
• Support with scheduling, communication and preparation of delivery materials.

Outreach & Partnerships

Sight Scotland is Scotland’s leading charity providing specialist care, education and research for people with vision impairment. The charity has been in existence for over 230 years, and offer a variety of services in the community as well as education, transcription into alternative formats and residential care for adults and children. The Trusts and Grants Fundraiser is a new role brought in to support with this growing income stream. This is an initial 2 year fixed term contract with the potential to become a permanent position.

The fundraiser will work beneath and with the Fundraising Manager – Trusts to develop trust income. Specifically the post holder will manage the small trust portfolio, support with reporting on KPIs and impact, create engaging cases for support, and support the Manager with various tasks, freeing them up to develop larger, strategic bids.

About Us 

Wintercomfort works with people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or with a history of homelessness. We provide services to aid every stage of recovery -from immediate basic welfare needs to long term help in identifying and dealing with the problems which are undermining their stability, and enabling them to engage with education, employment and specialist health services.  National statistics rank the numbers of rough sleepers in Cambridge within the highest 20 UK local authorities. 

Wintercomfort is the only day-time service in the city, providing year-round advice and support for homeless or vulnerably housed people. Over the past three decades Wintercomfort has continued to grow and adapt to meet the needs of the homeless community. 

Our specialist Housing Team provides expert advice and support to help people successfully navigate the search for housing and crucially, support them to sustain life away from the street. 

About you and the Role 

As a member of Wintercomfort’s Project Worker Team, reporting to the Senior Tenancy Support Officer the Tenancy Support & Financial Wellbeing Project Worker is responsible for delivering Wintercomfort’s specialist range of 1:1 Pre and Post Tenancy Support, implementing proactive, holistic strategies designed to prevent people from losing their homes, whilst simultaneously providing them with the financial tools and capability needed to sustain stability, aimed at empowering Service Users to move out of the spiral of homelessness and back into mainstream society, preventing homelessness and foster financial inclusion.

Key Responsibilities 

• To provide emotional and practical support and assistance to prepare and assist Service Users to move into accommodation once a placement is confirmed, working with internal and external colleagues. To work in a flexible manner within Wintercomfort and the wider community to provide outreach and support services in person, occasionally in exceptional circumstances this could include in their own home when accompanied with external partners also includes via text, email, telephone and video calls.   
• To provide a wide range of resettlement-based support along with the Senior Tenancy Support Officer to ensure Service Users access the most suitable housing pathway for their individual needs. To take the lead on all housing related referrals for Service Users. To ensure all suitable Service Users are registered and supported on Homelink. 
• To provide crucial assistance to tenants, focusing on maintaining tenancies, managing money and debt and improving overall financial stability – including, signposting, budgeting, welfare benefits checks, rent arrears support, setting-up and managing utilities, housing related life skills, offering guidance and support to enable Service Users to maintain their own homes, aiming to prevent eviction and enhance quality of life. 
• To provide on-going long term tenancy support to Service Users moving into independent living, this includes private rental housing or alternative housing pathways without any on site support. To assist with hand over post tenancy support to accommodation providers at a suitable point in the Service User support pathway, with the aim of enabling long-term independence.
• To ensure all Service Users have access to external grants and any available funding to support their individual needs to maintain their accommodation. Signposting and assisting with applications for funding to assist people moving into accommodation are supported with the appropriate items: floor coverings, white goods, basic furniture and home furnishings. 
• To support residents to keep their current homes, including mediation with landlords, accessing legal support on evictions, addressing anti-social behaviour, identifying high risk groups targeting support towards vulnerable groups such as those fleeing difficulties, leaving prison, hospital or care systems.

You will be delivering high-quality support and creating opportunities for children and young people living with spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus and their families/carers. Supporting Shine members to lead healthy, independent, and fulfilling lives by improving condition management and fostering connections within the Shine community. 

This role will focus on children and young people (0–25), you will be primarily working within the Children, Young People and Families team. However, there will be occasions when you will work across age groups to ensure the best outcomes for our members. 

The role is home-based but you will be required to attend regular clinics in London including GOSH (Great Ormond Street Hospital). Other travel across Southern England including Bristol, Devon and Hampshire may be required. There will be occasional travel required across wider areas and nationally including attendance at events, conferences and meetings at our head office in Peterborough.

About the role

The Employment Adviser provides specialist, client‑focused support to refugees and people seeking asylum within Doncaster’s Integrated Refugee & Asylum Services. Working under the direction of the Project Manager, the Adviser delivers employability interventions including assessments, workshops, and one‑to‑one guidance. They prepare clients for competitive employment, support progression into training, volunteering, and work placements, and help secure sustainable jobs.

The role manages a defined caseload, tailoring support plans to individual needs, and contributes to project outcomes by meeting agreed targets for client progression. The Adviser collaborates with employers, training providers, and community partners to create opportunities, while maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to the Project Manager.

As Legacy Case Manager, you will: 

• Manage a caseload of residuary, pecuniary, life interest, discretionary, and high-value legacies, including contentious cases
• Lead on the preparation, monitoring and reporting of the legacy income budget and mid year forecasts, working closely with Finance and Fundraising colleagues to provide accurate, timely projections and variance analysis

Essential skills and experience:

• Substantial experience in charity legacy and estate administration, both contentious and non-contentious

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities Manager to lead and oversee the housekeeping, laundry, portering, gardening, catering, and maintenance teams at Royal Trinity Hospice. This role involves ensuring a safe, compliant, and compassionate environment for patients, staff, tenants, and visitors by maintaining high standards of facilities management.

Overall purpose of the role

• Lead and deliver an effective housekeeping operation ensuring systems and processes are efficient and aligned with organisational goals.
• Deputise for the Head of Facilities when needed to
• Support the delivery of the annual health & safety audits, working collaboratively with consultants and staff to achieve high standards of safety at the hospice.
• Ensure all estates infrastructure work efficiently and effectively, meet the required Trinity standards and fulfil all statutory and regulatory obligations
• In conjunction with Health and Safety Consultants, to ensure the internal and external environment is safe and that all relevant risk management activities (including incident management system) are completed to required standards
• Support the procurement of facilities management service contracts including all planned, preventative maintenance (PPM) requirements ensuring excellent supplier relationship management to hold contractors to account
• Manage and develop ten staff members in the housekeeping department.

 Skills and experience required 

• Vocational qualifications in Facilities Management or Health and Safety (minimum IOSHH or NEBOSH General Certificate, IWFM Diploma, or equivalent).
• A minimum of three years experience in facilities, building services, and health & safety management.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams, ideally within a healthcare setting.
• Previous responsibility for fire safety, risk assessments, policies, and audits within a healthcare environment (preferred),
• Comprehensive understanding of health and safety standards, infection control protocols, facilities contracts and budget management. Must stay up to date with current legislation.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365.
• Strong analytical skills for managing records, compliance reports, and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of Healthcare National Cleaning Standards.
• Waste Management qualifications.
• Familiarity with CQC standards for Estates and Facilities Services.
