The Social Media Executive is a brand-new role to the organisation, offering a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to make the role their own. You will help raise the profile of the Leadership Skills Foundation and engage audiences through social media, supporting our objectives to build visibility, credibility and engagement.
This flexible role is ideal for someone looking to apply and expand their social media expertise. Previous experience of producing social media campaigns and content that delivers results is particularly important to the role, along with a growth mindset and the ability to foster innovative ways of working.

The Social Media Executive role will be key as we drive towards our objective of being recognised as the trusted voice of leadership skill development for all young people and communities by 2033.
Role purpose:

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Planning: Develop and deliver comprehensive social media plans across platforms. Assist with social media strategy and execution to support organisational objectives. Support with the integration of plans into wider communication planning and needs. Integrate key business intelligence and context provided by colleagues and teams into plans.
- Content creation: Develop and schedule engaging content applying broad platform experience (including LinkedIn, X, and Facebook, with the potential to expand to other platforms)
- Community management: Monitor channels, respond to comments, DMs, and mentions, foster positive interaction and manage the brand’s online reputation.
- Performance analysis: Track and analyse social media performance using data insights, and present results, learnings and recommendations. Refine plans based on performance.
- Relationship management: Build positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners, supporting collaborative content creation and delivery.
- Research and insight: Monitor trends, audience insights and competitor activity to inform content and continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supporting the CEO
- Assist and support the CEO in the fulfilment of his/her responsibilities, including (but not limited to):
- Diary and other contact management, meetings booking and confirmation, including judgement on the level and appropriateness of engagement.
- Assist the CEO to prepare slide decks and other materials for presentations.
- Liaise with the Travel Officer and other departments to ensure all travel arrangements are made for the CEO as required. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to schedule meetings with the CEO and to ensure venues and arrangements are well prepared.
- Meeting, greeting and booking rooms for any external visitors, acting in a friendly and professional manner.
- Circulating the agenda, booking rooms and capturing notes for Executive Team meetings.
- Ensure stakeholder contact details are kept current on ParalympicsGB’s contact database.
Supporting the Board and ParalympicsGB’s governance
- In collaboration with the Chair and the Head of Governance and Compliance:
- Agree timings, locations and logistics for Board meetings, including booking rooms and providing refreshments.
- Ensure agenda and Board papers are uploaded to the Teams channel for Board members to access and assist with issues Board members may have accessing Teams.
- Prepare email responses, letters, briefing papers and other documents as required by the Chair in connection with BPA business.
- Support Board members in arranging meetings in connection with ParalympicsGB business
- Plan for Board members attendance for the Games, being the key point of contact sharing information with both the Board and internal planning teams.
- Support the Head of Governance and Compliance in preparing and managing member meetings, including NPC meetings, Election meetings and Annual General Meetings. Leading on:
- Ensure timings, venues and agendas are communicated to members and papers are made available to members.
- Book rooms for member meetings and arranging refreshments.
- Send out invitations and papers, collate the guest list, confirm numbers, accessibility & dietary requirements
- Ensuring changes in member contact details are kept current on the BPA’s contact management database.
- Support the Head of Governance and Compliance in processes around electing and appointing Board members, including appointment letters and induction information.
Events
Working closely with the Events and Projects Manager and internal event leads, help to coordinate the planning and delivery of the entire portfolio of ParalympicsGB external events. Ensure all events are planned and delivered to a consistent high quality.
- Ensure planning deadlines are met in a timely manner and that internal and external stakeholders have been consulted with as required.
- Provide expertise to event leads to ensure ParalympicsGB events address accessibility in the planning and delivery, and that all events have a consistent look and feel.
- Ensure all Health & Safety risk assessments are done and risks are being managed.
- Coordinate all room/venue bookings and catering arrangements
- Support with venue research and recces and attend venue planning meetings
- Send invites, manage responses and FAQs.
- Coordinate any additional logistics required e.g. gifting, branding, movement of equipment
- If required, provide event support on the day and/or arrange colleague support on the day.
- Work with colleagues to ensure lessons learnt from previous events are embedded into future planning.
Other
- Project Lead for Games Time Ticketing ensuring the successful delivery of this complex Games workstream.
- Support on the planning of major projects, such as Team Lodge and leading on the planning of project workstreams as required

West Midlands Heritage Trust is seeking a skilled and motivated Finance Officer to join our small, dedicated team working to safeguard historic buildings across the West Midlands. This newly created, permanent role offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement, primarily home-based, with one day per week in a shared office (currently Worcester), bi-monthly evening board meetings, and occasional regional travel.

Overall Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to manage great quality, high impact marketing, brand and communications to support our funding, fundraising and supporter goals liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
To effectively project manage the marketing and communications outputs across one or more of our three charity brands: Guy’s & St Thomas’ Charity, Evelina London Children’s Charity and Guy’s Cancer Charity - amplifying our need for charitable funds and the impact of these for the patients, families and staff of Guy’s and St Thomas’s NHS Foundation Trust.
- Project manage a number of marketing, design and communications activities from brief to evaluation that support the delivery of our ambitious ten year fundraising plan
- Contribute to income generation in support of the fundraising objectives and fundraising targets
- Contribute to increasing the number of supporters, increasing levels of awareness, reaching and engaging new audiences and existing audiences in fundraising and funding

Campaign project planning and implementation
- Lead the delivery of marketing materials and campaigns from brief to evaluation using project management tools to set, monitor and evaluate progress
- Develop and implement plans for marketing and communications activities, using a wide range of tactics to reach target audiences, setting objectives, KPIs and making the best use of tactics.
- Use a wide range of tactics to reach our audiences, making the best use of digital and social-media marketing, e-comms, Trust internal communications channels, events, PR, celebrity supporters and other relevant tactics.
- Collaborate with the Evelina London and Guy’s and St. Thomas’ Trust Communications Teams to agree plans and look for opportunities to work together to maximise impact.
- Act as main point of contact for Evelina London Trust Communications team, building strong relationships and specialist knowledge to best support future campaigns and objectives
- Act as a business partner to fundraising and funding teams to influence their marketing plans and support delivery, providing expertise on the Charity brands and expertise on a wide range of marketing tactics, including digital marketing, internal comms, PR and communications, events and collateral development.
- Work with the Senior Brand and Content Manager to support with content production, eg copywriting content and working with external suppliers on video and photo production.
Delivery
- Delivery across brands, through effective end to end project management and prioritisation as well as ensuring alignment of stakeholder expectations. This could include managing the delivery of the following –brand awareness and fundraising campaigns, impact reports, branded merchandise, case studies, challenge event collateral, digital assets, hospital onsite collateral, pull up banners, posters, leaflets, DM packs, fulfilment materials, digital assets including videos, photography and animations for social media

Work environment
The post holder should expect to:
- Work in a hybrid hot desk environment, generally working 2 days a week in the London office and three from home.

Salary and benefits
You will be joining and fully participating in a unique and inspirational community of changemakers and storytellers, active across London and increasingly around the world. We pay all of our staff at least the London Living Wage.
This is a permanent role and the salary range is £30,000 to £34,000 dependent on experience. This may be a part or full-time role and we are open to applications for flexible working arrangements.

The Innovation, Development Fundraising Manager is a new role within the charity. The purpose of this position is to work with the Senior Leadership Team and other staff members to:
· Help develop and fund new activities in our existing services.
· Through the development and modelling of pilot projects, help the SLT with the implementation of our three-year strategy and seek funding through trust and grant foundations for the delivery of the above.
· Collaborate with the Chief Executive to identify and apply for new funding streams that support the work and growth of the charity and build on our current service delivery.
You will seek to develop and diversify the base of supporters and to achieve fundraising targets working with the CEO and SLT, supported by the board of trustees. About the Role
As a Senior Community Link Worker, you will have a developmental role as well as providing on-going support. You will be responsible for developing positive, working relationships between the Community Link Worker team, Primary Care and local community resources. You will work to ensure that people referred from Primary Care to the Community Link Worker service benefit from community resources which can contribute to improvement of their mental and physical health outcomes. You will contribute to community development in your local area of work by working with community organisations
You will carry case loads for on-going work with specific individuals for developing and reviewing personal support plans, and provide oversight of personal support plans designed and implemented by Community Link Workers. Working closely with Community Link Workers in a guidance and/or support and supervision role, you will promote good working practice and staff development.
You will also ensure that the Community Link Worker service provides an environment where people can improve their health outcomes, establish improved connections in their communities and enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work autonomously being able to judge when I refer to your manager and take a lead role in developing the service.
- Working closely with the Project Manager and Locality Manager to achieve strategic outcomes
- Working closely with colleagues in Primary Care
- Working to develop improved, working links between Primary Care and local community resources
- Identify gaps in the service where they arise and implement solutions in partnership with your line manager
- Linking service users to appropriate resources in the local community
- Compiling and reviewing service user personal support plans ensuring outcomes are being achieved, including ensuring people are connected to their community
- Oversight of personal support plans developed and implemented by Community Link Workers
- Overseeing Community Link Worker workloads
- Ensuring continuity of service within the context of change MH values and strategic outcomes
- Ensuring that careful and ongoing review systems are in place and maintained
- Building positive working relationships with Primary Care and other local partners to better support our service users and to promote the work of the Community Link Worker service
- Collating information and prepare agency reports for line management as required
- Contributing to Research and Development at a local level in support of National objectives to promote service improvements
- Travelling throughout the geographic region covered by the service as required
Essential Criteria:
- Educated to SVQ 3 level or have experience working in the social care sector.
- Work well in a team setting but can also work autonomously
- Have a sound theory base of social care interventions including risk assessment
- Have a value base consistent with the aims and objectives of Change Mental Health
- Able to apply an analytical approach to problems in order to find solutions
- Competent in planning and reviewing development plans and taking appropriate action if needed
- Good Standard of I.T skills
- An understanding of the importance of providing professional support and supervision to practitioners
- Sound knowledge of Health and Social care policy in Scotland and can apply this to my role
- Desire to develop my knowledge and skills and attend training as required
- Ability to travel throughout the geographic region covered by the service as required
Desirable Criteria
- Experience of working with people affected by mental or physical health issues
- Experience of community-development work
- Experience of working in a SSSC Registered Service
- A learning and development portfolio which evidences your skills and knowledge
General Duties:
- Act in accordance with Data Protection legislation. Ensure all records, personal, staff and client data are managed in line with Data Management and Information Governance policies
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements such as provisions set out in the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974

Responsibilities:
- Lead the business performance of the home alongside the Registered Manager, delivering agreed income, occupancy, cost and surplus targets
- Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness and hospitality through effective leadership of housekeeping, catering and maintenance teams
- Work in partnership with the Registered Manager to maintain quality standards, prepare for inspections, and meet regulatory requirements
- Oversee the administration of the home, including staffing, rotas, payroll information, recruitment, training records and compliance
- Contribute to a well-led, positive and values-driven culture, promoting Pilgrims’ Friend Society’s ethos and “The Way We Care”
- Support staff development, wellbeing and morale through effective supervision, appraisal, performance management and engagement
- Manage resident applications, fees, contracts and family communications, ensuring excellent customer care and responsive complaint handling
- Take responsibility for health, safety and compliance matters when on duty, including fire safety and liaison with external bodies
- Oversee property, maintenance and supplier relationships, working with Property Services to ensure the home is safe and well maintained
- Provide visible leadership in the pastoral and spiritual life of the home, supporting devotions, community engagement and relationships with local churches.
Skills/Experience:
- Willing and able to take a lead in maintaining the Christian ethos of the home;
- Management experience in a business setting;
- Comfortable with writing business communications to staff and residents as well as authorities etc;
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels whilst maintaining confidentiality;
- Ability to lead, motivate and encourage staff to give of their best, and have people-leadership and management experience;
- Able to work under pressure and provide calmness in all situations;
- IT literate ( including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet);
- Willing to be flexible in the working pattern and are prepared to participate in training and attend relevant staff meetings.
