Role Responsibilities:

4. Providing clear visibility of relationships and performance, alongside managing and monitoring the performance of suppliers.
5. Ongoing attrition and KPI monitoring, evaluation, and improvement planning to maximise new donor acquisition and growth VSO’s donor files.
6. Initiate and proactively help identify new (market appropriate) audiences, campaigns, and acquisition products to engage and acquire new donors and income for VSO.

Role Summary
This new role is responsible for supporting and developing our research, reporting and evaluation function. Our ambition is to provide accurate reporting to our funders, supporters and education and sector partners and high-quality insights and data about the important role that film and screen culture plays in the educational and personal development and future career aspirations of young people aged 5-19. About the role
As Perinatal Peer Support Service Lead, you will take responsibility for the effective day-to-day delivery of our local perinatal peer support service. Working closely with peer supporters, volunteers, health and social care professionals and community partners, you will help ensure families receive safe, inclusive and high-quality support when they need it.

Leading and supporting the local peer support team, providing line management, supervision and operational oversight to ensure a consistent and high-quality service.
Overseeing the day-to-day delivery of peer support groups, including volunteer recruitment and support, rotas, venues, resources and training coordination.
Managing referrals into the service, assessing individual needs and suitability, providing appropriate signposting and coordinating onward or alternative support where needed.

The role
At Cruse, our strategy, sets out our charity’s plans to grow our income and build on our expertise and unique position in the sector. We provide expert bereavement and grief information and support, and our charity has been supporting people for over 65 years. We support adults, children and young people across England, Wales and Northern Ireland, through our national services, over 80 local branches and online information about grief and bereavement.
To lead and grow Cruse’s community fundraising and events programme, maximising income from existing activities/events while developing new fundraising opportunities. The postholder will take ownership of event planning and delivery, supporter engagement and volunteer and Branch fundraising coordination, helping to increase unrestricted income. This role is responsible for the planning and delivery of major events such as Cruse walks, whilst also creating new fundraising events for supporters to engage with us.
