The Corporate Partnerships team is part of the wider Income Generation Directorate, which brings together Fundraising, Retail, Business Development and Operations into a single, unified function. Together, we share responsibility for delivering sustainable income growth, strong performance and meaningful organisational impact. Everyone plays a role in this collective approach, working across teams to achieve ambitious targets, strengthen supporter and partner relationships, and embed commercially minded, mission-led ways of working.

Key duties and responsibilities

The Postholder will provide excellent relationship and account management to Mind's existing corporate partnerships to maximise mutual value and impact. They will plan and deliver partnership initiatives, in line with the CorporatePartnerships strategy, to achieve ambitious income targets. This role will contribute to the Corporate Partnerships team accountabilities:

-Secure and grow restricted and unrestricted income via out mutually beneficial corporate partnerships

-Develop and enable corporate partnerships that deliver added value benefits to Mind and it's work i.e. gift-in-kind and pro-bono support

-Develop and enable corporate partnerships in support of Mind reaching new audiences

Rugby District Children & Family Centre's are a friendly welcoming service who work together withour partner agencies to support families and young people to achieve the best possible outcomes and improve their life chances.

• Preparing financial information, dealing with income and expenditure 
•  Supervision of a staff team of 5 permanent admin assistants plus As & When Admin Assistants; and there may also be responsibility for supervising volunteers who are assisting with administrative tasks.
• Support the Children's Services Manager in overseeing the health and safety systems and procedures.
• To be responsible for ensuring the administrative support to a service or group of services is provided in an efficient and effective manner.

The job

We're looking for a digital leader. To us, that means you’ll be able to advise clients on how to align their digital presence with their organisational goals. You’ll know what good looks like, and you’ll have the interpersonal skills to explain and convince others of your views.

Ever-curious, you’re the kind of person that is always looking for opportunities to make digital deliver for clients. You'll have an instinctive sense of what will (and won't) work on various platforms (websites, data platforms, Substacks, etc.), how they should complement each other and what it means to build an engaged online audience. 

You'll have that instinct because you've done it before: you know how to set digital/design KPIs and manage a team to meet those targets; you’ve run enough website build processes to do it in your sleep, and you know how to identify things a client should do, and explain to them why they should invest in doing them.

You’ll have a number of responsibilities from day one. You’ll take over advising our largest digital clients and be responsible for supporting them in their mission. 

You’ll be the new business lead for any strategy projects that require digital infrastructure – that means identifying what needs to change, writing those ideas into proposals, and pitching them. And you will own the digital roadmap for client content-led platforms, ensuring that the content isn’t just ‘published’ but drives audience growth.

You’ll be managing a team of developers to ensure the final product delivers on the strategic vision. While you may have a technical background, it’s worth being clear that this is not a technical role and we are not looking for exclusively technical candidates.

The challenge

Our clients work in the front line of campaigning to make the world a better place. Their websites are often the first thing funders and policymakers will check to see how legitimate or credible an organisation is. Nothing kills credibility faster than a website that loads slowly, categorises content in a way that no-one outside the organisation understands, or a site where the design is just… bad.

The challenge is that too many policy websites prioritise internal audiences over external. Rather than thinking “what does policymaker X need to see?”, the question is “what do senior management want to see on the website?” This leads to websites that are an output in themselves, rather than websites that lead to outcomes.

Your job is to ensure that all our digital workstreams avoid that trap; that they prioritise outcomes (hard to do), over simple outputs (anyone can do).

What we are looking for: 

• Someone who prizes outcomes over outputs, and knows how to adapt their approach to achieve best results. 

• Clear leadership of a digital function–in a consultancy, a nonprofit, or another relevant organisation.

• A consultative approach: you’re able to identify problems, solutions and opportunities, and convince others of your point of view.

• Commercial and revenue management experience.

• Experience managing a team, and an understanding of how to get the best out of different types of people in that team.

• An understanding of the policy landscape and know how to use digital platforms to move the needle with policymakers, media, and other stakeholders.

We are looking to appoint a Family Support Worker for a fixed term period of up to 12 months, on a full-time basis (35 hours, 5 days per week) to deliver a high-quality family support service as part of our Kentown Team to families in the local area, at a time where they need it most.

Role Purpose

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) provides strategic and operational leadership across all frontline services, accommodation provision, organisational infrastructure, and compliance functions within the charity.

The COO is responsible for ensuring safe, trauma-informed, financially sustainable, and outcomes-focused delivery for individuals experiencing homelessness, poverty, health exclusion, addiction, and crisis.

The role leads operations across the charity’s accommodation portfolio, including winter shelter provision, general needs accommodation, supported accommodation, and intensively supported housing. The COO also oversees the operational platform of the charity’s support programmes, including a community café, community supermarket, crisis drop-in provision, and integrated health clinics.

Working collaboratively with the CEO, Board, statutory agencies, housing provider partners, and wider stakeholders, the COO plays a key leadership role in shaping organisational strategy, strengthening operational systems, embedding trauma-informed practice, and developing innovative models of support that improve long-term outcomes for individuals experiencing multiple disadvantage.

The service is staffed 24/7 and this post-holder will be required to cover an average of at least one sleep-in per week (pro rata).

What you'll do:
- If a need arises, deliver all aspects of support to enable a customer to develop independent living skills as appropriate to the individual needs of the customer. This includes delivering personal and physical care as appropriate;
- Support customers to undertake all domestic tasks wherever possible, including practical assistance where they have not yet developed the skills, to ensure customers enjoy a high quality of accommodation;
- Participate in support planning and risk management, of named customers, as directed by the service management;
- Ensure the safety and security of the customers and the premises whilst on shift;
- Enable customers to make full use of community facilities by providing support that enables maximum external engagement;
- Report any observations relating to customers welfare

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for community children’s nurse to join our friendly, established community health team. We are a busy service with a diverse caseload working with service families and children in Cyprus.

We are looking for a confident, innovative paediatric nurse. You will be required to work in conjunction with the visiting Community Paediatrician and Consultant Paediatricians who provide secondary car as well as the medical officers and GPs, members of the SSAFA Community Health Care Team, schools, and voluntary agencies in your local area.

You will be based in the Medical Centre working alongside the primary health care team. Position: S11373 Stroke Association Support Coordinator

Location: Home base, Bedfordshire, however frequent travel will be required as part of this role (to include community visits, team meetings, and other work-related meetings).

The Role

Reporting to the Service Delivery Coach in the East of England, you will have the ability to support stroke survivors to identify their goals. Using strong assessment skills and a person-centred approach enabling them to maximise their recovery and improve communication.
