Our proven programmes inspire and mentor young people to increase their financial independence, social mobility and create happier, safer communities. We believe in a world where no-one’s background ever holds them back.

Role Summary
Are you a proactive, organised, and people-focused professional passionate about empowering young people? We’re looking for a passionate individual to join our team to connect schools, role models, and young people through our programmes. You will be involved in coordinating and facilitating our various programmes creating life-changing opportunities for the next generation. If you thrive on building relationships, hosting and delivering impactful events, and making a real difference, this role is for you.

Responsibilities
The main purpose of the role involves:

  • Hosting in-person and online events, such as inspirational in-school events with young people and volunteers.
  • Securing and recruiting volunteers and managing end-to-end event logistics.
  • Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems and other internal tools.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Building and managing positive relationships with schools, speakers, and volunteers.
  • Training Volunteers and ensuring the safety and well-being of participants during events.
  • Collecting feedback and evaluating event success to support continuous improvement and reporting.

Skills & Experience
Required Skills

  • Experience in delivering training and workshops.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including speaking at events.
  • Experience utilising CRM systems or equivalent database management tools.
  • The ability to engage and interact effectively with young people and volunteers.
  • Creativity and innovation in event design and management.
  • Based in London or the surrounding areas.

Desirable Skills

  • Project Management experience.
  • Experience working with schools, young people, or community organisations.
  • Knowledge of mentoring programmes and youth development initiatives.
  • Social media or marketing skills to promote events and engage participants.
