The Role 

The Senior Digital and Content Manager leads the development and delivery of Malaria No More UK’s digital content strategy — shaping how we inspire action, influence decision-makers and elevate diverse voices to drive progress against malaria. 
 
This is a pivotal role at a pivotal moment. You’ll design and deliver a digital engagement strategy that advances our advocacy and policy change goals, responds to the fast-moving communications landscape, and builds understanding, belief and momentum for investing in the fight to end malaria. 
 
Combining strategic thinking, creative storytelling and digital innovation, you’ll position Malaria No More UK as a bold, credible and solutions-focused voice in the global malaria fight. Managing one staff member (Digital Engagement Officer), you’ll collaborate across the organisation to ensure our digital strategy delivers measurable influence and impact — while staying true to our brand voice: togetherness, momentum and possibility. 

The average day in this role will be changeable, so being flexible and good under pressure is essential. From crafting last minute social storytelling posts, to overseeing creative content work being developed, looking ahead to create strategic plans for major events and campaigns coming up, to feeding back on creative work and liaising with multiple partners for sign off. It is a fast-paced role that requires a can-do approach.

Key Responsibilities 

Strategic Leadership 

• Lead the development and execution of Malaria No More UK’s digital content strategy, aligning it with organisational priorities and malaria advocacy goals. 

• Build digital capability across the organization. 

• Shape a cohesive digital narrative that brings together science, economics, innovation and lived experience, highlighting the people and ideas driving progress against malaria. 

• Position Malaria No More UK’s digital storytelling to make a compelling case for investment: to end malaria in our lifetime, save lives and unlock billions in shared growth and prosperity. 

• Develop digital strategies that turn uncertainty in malaria financing into opportunities for leadership, influence and renewed commitment. 

• Define objectives and KPIs for digital engagement, measuring reach, influence and impact across key audiences and contributing to internal and funder reporting. 

• Actively contributes to strategy development across international and UK campaigns, championing the role of digital communications and ensuring creative, impactful approaches are integrated from the outset. 

Content Creation, Storytelling and Publishing 

• Help drive the creation of powerful, multi-channel content that communicates urgency, possibility and impact, ensuring every story moves audiences to act. 

• Collaborating with colleagues to work with scientists, celebrity ambassadors, economists, African business leaders, people with lived experience and creators to share diverse, authentic stories that reinforce the case for investment in ending malaria. 

• Oversee the content calendar, ensuring effective planning and delivery across overlapping communication priorities. 

• Act as the interface between colleagues writing reports and publications, and the Digital Engagement Officer and designer — ensuring best practice in publishing and digital production. 

• Work with creative agencies and partners to produce digital content that supports major advocacy and policy milestones. 

• Uphold Malaria No More UK’s brand voice and values, ensuring inclusivity, dignity and authenticity in all communications. 

• Oversee the organisation’s three brand websites and various campaign sites, including content, performance, and maintenance. 

Collaboration and Leadership 

• Manage and mentor the Digital Engagement Officer, fostering creativity, learning and professional growth. 

• Manage freelance designers and video editors to deliver high-quality digital assets. 

• Along with the Head of Ambassador Relations & Creative Partnerships, build and maintain relationships with digital influencers, media partners and creative collaborators in the malaria and development space. 

• Actively collaborate across teams, ensuring alignment between digital activity, policy priorities and fundraising opportunities. 

Innovation and Insight 

• Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, tools and technologies — including AI — that can amplify influence and advocacy impact. 

• Use data and audience insights to refine approaches and inform decision-making. 

• Champion ethical, inclusive and human-centred storytelling that reflects the strength, innovation and leadership of those driving the malaria fight. 

Experience, Knowledge and Skills 

We’re looking for a creative digital strategist who can turn ideas into impact.  Someone who combines sharp technical know-how with a flair for storytelling, collaboration and purpose-driven campaigning. 

Essential 

• Proven experience leading digital communications and content strategies across multiple platforms to deliver measurable impact. 

• Strong ability to translate complex issues into engaging, shareable content tailored to diverse audiences. 

• Demonstrated success managing digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and action. 

• Experience working collaboratively within multi-disciplinary or cross-regional teams, aligning digital outputs with advocacy and fundraising goals. 

• Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. 

• Strong understanding of analytics, SEO and social insights, using data to refine and optimise performance. 

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency. 

• Commitment to building internal digital capability and confidence across teams. 

• Experience mentoring, managing or supporting staff and creative partners.

About Our Role

You will contribute to the strategic direction of F6IT ensuring we achieve our vision where disabled children and young people with their family and friends can together and inclusively, enjoy a rewarding life which is fun, beneficial and above all fulfilling. 

As the Operations Manager you will work with the CEO and Trustees to manage and oversee the operations and administration in line with the strategic direction of F6IT.  This will include a variety of different task and activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead day to day management of all F6IT activities. This includes the planning, delivery and evaluation of inclusive events, clubs and fitness activities
• Coordinate Coaches, Session Leads and Volunteers to ensure activities and session are well planned and staffed
• Work with the Social Media Lead to advertise and promote activities and events
• Develop and monitor kdy performance indicators (KPIs) and analyse data to identify trends and areas of improvements
• Work with CEO and Trustees to develop and plan new events, clubs and fitness activities
• Oversee bookings, payments and banking related to events and activities
• Track DBS checks, mandatory and additonal training for all Volunteers, Staff and Trustees
• Take responsibility for compliance with health and safety, safeguarding and risk management

Purpose of the Role

Faith underpins all our work and, in this key role the post holder will support the Christian journey by providing resources for personal prayer, spiritual guidance, corporate worship, religious education, and contribute to and participate in member and central charity led events and worship.

This role will explore and research issues about the Christian faith that are relevant to Mothers’ Union, keep the rest of the Charity up to date on issues in the Anglican communion and wider church – and input into the design of MU strategic aims, and work collaboratively with organisations externally on developing resources and implementing faith-based initiatives.

This role will also be responsible for managing Mothers’ Union’s Church-based membership and our Faith and Diocesan Chaplains member-based forums.

However, the focus for this role will be the proactive outreach, development, and maintenance of faith related relationships primarily in Britain and Ireland. This includes creating and managing high-level networks of Christian influencers, Bishops and the wider clergy, and key faith-based organisations to improve the profile, understanding and integration of Mothers' Union within the Anglican communion and ecumenically and to grow our reach, membership numbers, and influence.

A key remit of the Faith & Church Engagement Manager post will be to participate and contribute to our faith-based discussions and resources within Mothers’ Union. For this reason, the post holder must be a practicing Christian. (Occupational requirement Equality Act 2010).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Faith management and resources

1. To lead on the development of faith resources within Mothers’ Union (MU) and lead the strategic planning of all faith initiatives, theological rationales for Mothers’ Union specific initiatives and the overall mission.

2. To ensure that MU employees understand as part of the induction process and throughout their employment, how faith guides the work and relationships of MU.

3. Working with the Director of Membership, contribute to the strategic plan for all faith initiatives and clergy and church relations within Mothers’ Union.

4. To lead MU’s faith-based forums, to work where needed with the Worldwide Board and our Central Chaplain.

5. To facilitate theological underpinning to inform our work by exploring, researching, and gathering relevant data from various sources to keep abreast of new developments and initiatives.

6. To generate faith and church-based content for our website, magazine and newsletters and deliver MU’s prayer diary and oversea Midday Prayers.

7. To work with Mothers’ Union Enterprises on resources and products that have a faith dimension or spiritual content.

8. To work with our Worldwide President or designated member of the Worldwide Board to deliver faith and worship materials for Board and Worldwide Council meetings.

9. To receive, monitor and review MU’s worldwide resources to encourage and develop the contribution these make to the distinctive faith work of Mothers’ Union.

10. To maintain and develop all Faith Resources, identifying and developing new and uniquely MU resources to be added and archiving when required dated resources.

Membership Support – Britain and Ireland

1. To produce creative and accessible prayer and worship resources for use within our membership and more widely.

2. To identify the needs of members at every level for up-to-date information and resources on theology, faith, spirituality, worship/liturgy, Christian ethics and pastoral issues for group or individual use, and to commission a range of resources to meet those needs.

3. To build and manage external partnerships, within the Church and with other faith centred organisations, developing and promoting our work with these organisations.

4. Working closely with the Director of Membership and wider Membership team, to plan and lead faith aspects at conferences and meetings as requested.

5. To help design and implement projects and campaigns that provide an active engagement for our members, raise the public profile of Mothers’ Union, contribute to membership growth strategies and further the mission to promote the Christian faith and the wellbeing of families.

6. Work with the wider membership team on the design, implementation, and delivery of new membership growth models and manage existing membership models including Church-based Membership.

General

1. To produce and provide reports and resources as required for the Chief Executive and Board.
2. To promote the Christian faith and prioritise the wellbeing of families with members, the clergy, external partners, wider faith organisations, and the Anglican church.
3. To further the promotion and integration of Mothers’ Union work with the clergy and within the Anglican Church and facilitate policy and advocacy support for MU campaigns.
4. To undertake any other duties as requested by the Director of Membership.

KEY COMPETENCIES

Experience/skills

1. Experience of writing accessible worship material and of being open to different worship styles.

2. Ability to produce theologically credible, accessible, valued, and impactful resources and documents.

3. Experience of engaging, developing and nurturing faith relationships at all levels, from members to boards, to very senior clergy.

4. Good word-processing skills- proficient at using MS Office in particular Word, Outlook, meeting platforms including Zoom and Teams and proactive social media management.

5. Research skills: Ability to collate, analyse, synthesise research data, ability to gather, manage and use a large quantity of information, research and reports effectively,

1. Educated to degree level or equivalent.

Work Location

This role will be based at our Head Office in Central London. Mothers’ Union operates a hybrid working model. Staff are required to work an aggregate minimum of 90 days per calendar year (Pro rata for part timers) at our Head Office, Mary Sumner House in Central London. Tuesdays are our anchor days where every staff member is expected to be at the office. The 90 days includes anchor Tuesdays.

To provide continuity and leadership following the departure of the current postholder, the Cathedral is seeking an experienced and pragmatic Interim Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and strengthen systems across the estate.

Interim Facilities Manager

Location: Lincoln Cathedral (on-site)
Salary: £41,000 – £46,000 per annum, depending on experience
Contract: 9-month fixed-term, full-time (38.75 hours per week)
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

About the role

The Interim Facilities Manager will ensure the safe, compliant and efficient running of the Cathedral’s estate, including the Cathedral Church, Visitor Centre and associated buildings. Leading a small team and external contractors, you will manage maintenance, safety, utilities, cleaning, and support for worship and events.

A key focus during this period will be embedding improved systems, compliance processes and reporting frameworks, ensuring effective contractor oversight and operational consistency across all sites.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and improve FM operations, including planned and reactive maintenance.
• Oversee statutory compliance, fire safety, utilities, and contractor performance.
• Act as the Cathedral’s competent person for health, safety and compliance.
• Support worship, events and visitor activity to ensure safe, high-quality delivery.
• Embed systems, procedures and reporting frameworks to strengthen oversight.
• Line manage the Facilities Team, fostering collaboration and accountability.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Degree, HND or equivalent in Facilities Management or related discipline.
• IOSH or NEBOSH Health & Safety qualification (or higher).
• Significant FM experience in complex or publicly accessible environments.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, CDM and contractor management.
• Membership of IWFM or IFMA.
• Proven ability to implement systems, improve performance and manage teams.
• Sympathy with the mission, values and worshipping life of the Church of England.

Role purpose 

We are seeking an organised, data-driven, and creative Senior Individual Giving Officer to support the delivery of high-quality fundraising campaigns that inspire new and existing supporters to give. You will play a key role in developing excellent supporter and stewardship journeys that encourage repeat gifts and maximise supporter lifetime value.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging direct marketing campaigns across print, digital and email channels, with a particular focus on one-off appeals, regular donations, and incentivised giving products. 

Working closely with the Marketing & Campaigns Manager and Marketing & Communications Officer, you will develop audience-led supporter journeys, compelling fundraising copy, and test-and-learn approaches to build lasting supporter relationships and grow income for Southampton Hospitals Charity.  You will also support budgeting and performance reporting, analysing campaign results to inform and optimise future activity. 

Key tasks and responsibilities  

Campaign development and delivery 

• Work with the Campaigns & Marketing Manager to plan and deliver a calendar of direct marketing campaigns across print, email, and digital, focused on income generation and donor retention. 

• Work with the Marketing and Communications Officer to develop compelling, supporter-centred fundraising copy for appeals, donation forms, landing pages, emails, and stewardship content. 

• Coordinate campaign production, from creative briefing to print and fulfilment, working with suppliers, designers, and mailing house partners as needed. 

• Lead on campaign timelines and ensure activity is delivered on time and within budget. 

• Work with colleagues across the charity to gather impactful case studies and project updates for use in donor communications. 

• Manage and maintain campaign collateral such as templates, thank-you letters, and welcome packs, ensuring brand and message consistency. 

Supporter journeys & stewardship 

• Develop and implement supporter journeys for new and existing individual givers, ensuring timely and relevant follow-ups to donations. 

• Identify opportunities to improve retention and upgrade rates through targeted communications and segmentation.

• Ensure all donor touchpoints (e.g. donation forms, thank-you pages, emails) provide an excellent experience. 

• Collaborate with the Fundraising and Operation teams to ensure donor communications align with wider charity messaging. 

• Support fundraising campaigns with tailored communications for regular givers, lottery players, payroll givers, and one-off donors. 

• Provide outstanding donor stewardship to foster repeat support and promote additional giving opportunities, including legacy gifts. 

Data & insight
