Job description

Role Overview

The Talent Set are delighted to partner with an incredible youth charity on a newly created Head of Corporate Partnerships and Events role. This senior position is responsible for providing strategic leadership across income streams, fostering growth, and strengthening organisational partnerships to maximise impact and sustainability.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver senior strategic direction for both corporate partnership and event programmes, supporting organisational growth plans.
  • Cultivate and broaden the organisation’s partnerships portfolio, focusing on sustainable, manageable relationships.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for regional and national collaboration, leveraging sports and events networks.
  • Oversee and support teams leading day-to-day account management and event execution to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing partners, including key clients and funders.
  • Develop innovative partnership proposals aligned with organisational assets and capacity.
  • Drive income generation targets, managing pipelines and forecasting for both income streams.
  • Collaborate with leadership to embed partnership activities into organisational strategy and planning.


Person Specification

  • Demonstrates experience in business development, partnership management, or fundraising within the charity sector.
  • Skilled in strategic planning, with a strong understanding of partnership and sponsorship development.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Capable of operating at senior leadership level, influencing organisational strategy and direction.
  • Organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Adept at identifying growth opportunities and translating them into actionable plans.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present persuasively at all levels.


What’s on Offer
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
Location: Hyrbid, 2 Days In Central London Office
