Primary Duties:

• Develop original, creative, and compelling content for social media, including posts, captions, graphics, short-form videos, stories, reels, and platform-specific content.

• Edit short-form video content for social media, adapting materials for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Native or near-native French speaker with at least conversational English
• Excellent French writing skills and an understanding of what resonates with people online
• At least two years of professional experience in running social media accounts on platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok and an understanding of the unique benefits and challenges of each platform
• Proven ability to deliver creative, engaging, and compelling digital content

JOB PURPOSE 

To assist the Programmes & Funding Manager in coordinating the day-to-day delivery of AdviceUK's funded programmes. The role will keep projects running smoothly, maintain accurate monitoring data, and be a reliable first point of contact for members and delivery partners. The Programmes & Funding Officer will also assist in maintaining stakeholder relationships and ensuring that AdviceUK members have the practical support needed to access and sustain advice services.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1.Programme & Project Support

 

·Assist the Programmes & Funding Manager in the delivery of AdviceUK's funded programmes and contribute to their design and development where required.

·Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of funded projects, keeping track of timelines, milestones and actions in line with agreed project plans.

·Support the coordination of AdviceUK staff and external associates/trainers involved in programme delivery.

·Maintain project governance processes and practical workflows to ensure funder requirements are met.

 

2.Development & Funding Support

 

·Conduct research on potential funders and commissioners at local and national levels to identify new opportunities.

·Provide administrative support during the drafting of funding bids, tenders, and proposals.

3.Relationship Management

 

·Liaise with members, stakeholders and partners to maintain positive working relationships.

·Support the Manager in organising meetings and events with key stakeholders in the advice sector.

4.Monitoring, Data & Evidence

 

·Maintain and update CRMs and other reporting tools to ensure accurate programme progress tracking.

·Collate monitoring data and project evaluations to help demonstrate performance against KPIs.

·Assist in the preparation of financial and non-financial reports for funders and stakeholders.

·Help identify and share impact studies and good practice case studies from projects with the wider membership and sector.

CPRE, the countryside charity, is looking for an experienced and creative Volunteering Manager to lead the development and delivery of our volunteering strategy across the CPRE network. The West Yorkshire Programme Manager will be responsible for the strategic and effective organisation of tutoring programmes delivered in primary, secondary and post-16 settings within West Yorkshire. Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary point of contact for senior leaders in schools, MATs, and the wider education sector across West Yorkshire.

The Vacancy

The Strategic and Commercial Partnerships Senior Adviser will support one of Start Network’s most exciting new areas of work. This role will be part of a new team, created in 2025, to scope, engage and manage relationships with strategic partners across the humanitarian ecosystem and beyond that will bring non-monetary added value in pursuit of our mission and vision for a locally led and proactive humanitarian system. Our ambition is to leverage partnerships to maximise the impact of our work, enhance our ability to influence system change, improve operational effectiveness and engage in the exchange of knowledge around our innovation ambition. The team will focus on strategic partnerships in areas such as – but not limited to- system change, innovation, disaster risk finance, humanitarian insurance, digital transformation, AI, and capacity strengthening. Based in the Business Development directorate, the Adviser will work closely with the Strategic and Commercial Partnerships Senior Manager to further strengthen the new function. The role will support on the external facing partnership development and management, whilst also playing a central role in ensuring the value-add catalyses inward impact at Start Network. As such, the role will engage with colleagues across the organisation and gain full insight into the full breadth of Start Network’s portfolio of programmes and initiatives. The role will also contribute to researching and analysing commercialisation potential and options for Senior Leadership consideration.

• Support the continuous strengthening of the strategic partnership service offer and partnership development processes to guide internal ways of working, aligned with the Start Network mission and culture
• Maintain knowledge management systems to enhance visibility, coordination andinstitutionalisation of partnerships (e.g. ASANA Partnership Tracker and dedicated strategic partnership pages)
• Develop tools, templates and frameworks to support teams engaging with strategic partnerships
• Support the preparation of value offers for capacity strengthening internally, including but not limited to how strategic partnerships can be mobilised to support the Hubs
• Identify opportunities to collaborate across teams to amplify the effectiveness and visibility of our partnerships. For example:
