The Charity Delivery Lead will drive the success of key charity and community programs and charity initiatives across our 13 venues. Line managing staff in a matrix model, you will provide operational guidance, a delivery framework, and expert advice to ensure that each program is successfully implemented and achieves its objectives. You will collaborate closely with the General Manager of each venue, ensuring the alignment of charity initiatives with broader venue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Program Delivery Support
Provide expert advice and practical frameworks to Charity Officers as they deliver and facilitate key programs such as Fun, Food & Golf, Community Cafes, and This Girl Can. Ensure each program aligns with the charity’s mission and goals.
Program Coordination & Monitoring
Ensure that programs are delivered efficiently, consistently, and to a high standard across all venues. Support Charity Officers in tracking program outcomes and assessing impact, making adjustments as needed.
Training & Development
Provide training, resources, and support to Charity Officers to ensure they have the knowledge and tools necessary to deliver high-quality community programs. Share best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Framework & Process Development:

Person Specification
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in community program delivery, charity work, or sports-related initiatives, with a focus on social impact and inclusivity.
- Strong knowledge of program design and delivery, particularly in sports, health, and community development.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse communities, local venues, and external stakeholders.
- Experience supporting and mentoring teams, even without direct line management responsibilities.

About the role
Khulisa has invested heavily in the development of its monitoring and evaluation framework, alongside augmenting its evaluation capacity and capability through innovation. This role brings together the synergies between systems and evaluation developments to support the organisation to grow both its impact and its reach through efficient ways of working and clear narration of its impact. This role will involve:
- Managing the day-to-day maintenance and smooth running of Khulisa’s main CRM and reporting systems, including – but not limited to – Salesforce, PowerBI, FormAssembly and Wonde.
- Leading the change management of system development work, supporting colleagues to engage with systems changes and achieve greater results for the young people we serve.
- Ensuring the day-to-day operating of Khulisa’s data recording, processing and reporting processes.
- Continually refining and improving Khulisa’s internal MEL capacity including our evaluation systems; organisational and programme Theories of Change; evaluation indicators; data collection tools and define system improvements.
- Supporting the scoping and design of new programmes by providing data from past programmes, insights from beneficiaries and service-users, research into best practice and offer ongoing guidance on establishing best practice MEL systems and processes.

Role Summary
As a University Partnership Manager at upReach, you will play a vital role in securing and growing high-impact partnerships with universities committed to social mobility.
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships within the Income Generation and External Engagement team, you will be responsible for developing new strategic relationships, championing our partners' voices across upReach, and working closely with our Programmes Team to oversee a portfolio of university partners. The UK branch of Pragya is a small team, and so you must be capable of using your initiative and managing your own workload. You would need to prioritise your commitments and work to deadlines as needed. You would contribute to the charity’s administrative needs.
This is a role that demands commitment and offers strong career development in the international development sector. Those passionate about working in international development are encouraged to apply. We are looking for candidates who would anticipate being able to make at least a two-year commitment.
Key specifications:
Essential
·A degree qualification with at least 2:1 or equivalent
·Fluent English with excellent writing skills
·Strong verbal communication and ability to represent Pragya at public events
·Basic knowledge of on-line communication platforms and media tools
·Proactive approach, ability to manage own workload, happy to work alone
·Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
·Competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and good internet research skills
·Demonstrable interest in International Development
·Work experience of two years.
Desirable
·A degree in a relevant, essay-based discipline
·Fundraising experience from trusts / foundations / corporates
·Exposure to foundations and trusts based in the UK and in Europe, mainly Netherlands, Germany, France and Switzerland.
·Experience of using cloud-based donor management software (Salesforce, Oracle, CRM)
·Understanding of the issues Pragya works to address
·Prior travel to any of Pragya’s project-delivery countries
