The Farming Community Network (FCN) is a UK-wide voluntary organisation and charity that aims to improve the health and wellbeing of people in farming and ‘walk with’ people at times of difficulty and change. Working closely with our Head of Fundraising Data & Operations, you'll have the opportunity to shape how we use data to understand our supporters, identify opportunities for growth and make smarter decisions about where we invest our time and money.
There's a lot to get involved with. From forecasting and audience insight to developing our data platform, improving self-service reporting and helping teams test and learn, you'll connect people, data and ideas to create meaningful change across the organisation.
Salary
The salary for this role is £63,600 per annum and we operate a hybrid working policy of a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

Ditch the Label is a digital-first youth charity supporting young people aged 12–25 with mental health online safety, bullying and identity. We're looking for a Fundraising & Partnerships Officer to help us grow the income that makes this work possible.
About the role
You'll work closely with the Head of Partnerships to manage relationships with funders and corporate partners, write compelling grant applications, and keep our fundraising pipeline moving. This is a hands-on role covering trust and foundation fundraising, partner account management, and grant writing, with the opportunity to get involved across many other areas of the charity and wider team.
