Our campaigns push for change on the issues that matter to women and their communities, from equal pay to climate change, mental health and violence against women. The WI has brought about real change, and this record of action shows that we are as relevant today as we were in 1915.

Needless to say, you should be adept at digital optimisation, SEO, skilled at briefing developers and experienced at drafting digital project roadmaps and training materials, and you will be passionate about the possibilities of technology.
If you have a background with a membership, charity or campaigning organisation, so much the better, and knowledge of an Enterprise CMS (Squiz Matrix, Sitecore, Umbraco) plus HTML and A/B testing, CRO, UX, AI and analytics tools would be very useful.
