The postholder will work closely with the Careers Lead, Industry Partnerships Lead and other members of Into Film staff who conceive, create and deliver our Screen Careers Programme.
The Careers Coordinator will primarily manage work experience programmes across the four nations of the UK (outside of the ScreenWorks programme in Northern Ireland) but will also support the careers team with various other deliverables across the programme including but not limited to events with young people, development of resources and training for careers professionals, supporting development of ‘direct to young people’ content, and exhibiting at careers conferences UK-wide. The role will have a focus on reaching those young people who are underserved and under-represented.
