The Premier League Foundation is seeking to appoint an experienced Communications Manager to support the Head of Communications in delivering strategic, impactful communications that advance the charity’s work, ensure recognition for our funding partners, and raise awareness of the work of both the Foundation and the wider football club charity network.
The Communications Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the communications action plan. About the role
The Regional Communications Officer role is an exciting and varied opportunity to work with Emmaus communities across the South of the UK, helping to raise their profile and engage supporters.
You will work closely with up to four Emmaus communities to identify their communications needs and deliver a mix of activity to help them achieve their goals. As part of a wider team, you will also share ideas and build on each other’s experience to maximise PR, digital and communications opportunities.
This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home or from within an Emmaus community.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders will be key to this role. Regular travel to your allocated communities is essential, typically at least once a week. This will initially be Emmaus Norfolk & Waveney, Emmaus Colchester and Emmaus Suffolk, so we are looking for a candidate based in Norwich, Colchester, Ipswich or the surrounding areas. You will also attend quarterly team meetings, usually held in Birmingham, although these may occasionally take place elsewhere in the UK and may require an overnight stay.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with a strong communications skillset and at least two years’ experience in a busy communications, public relations or marketing role. While not essential, knowledge of homelessness and the charity sector would be an advantage.

About the Role
We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting young people who will be a key member of RF’s programme team. It’s an opportunity to develop skills, gain new experience and support RF across programme coordination, outreach and engagement and impact. You will play a key role in helping to plan, deliver, promote and evaluate the programme, making sure everything runs smoothly and ensuring RF young people have a great experience.
Key Contributions
Programme Coordination:
- Supporting the day-to-day coordination of RF’s programme and maintaining programme systems and processes including databases and spreadsheets
- Attending drop-in sessions and holiday activities to support the young people. Term time drop ins take place Wednesdays 5-7pm. Holiday drop-in sessions take place at different times. (Evening work will be time taken back in lieu)

About You

As part of this, the Content Team plays a vital role in creating clear, engaging and accessible materials that help audiences understand the importance of dementia research, the breakthroughs being made, and the change we are striving to achieve.
The Content Officer supports this work by producing accurate and engaging content that strengthens our story telling and supports our priorities. It contributes to the success of major campaigns. The role helps create a range of written, visual and multimedia materials that explain complex topics — including research, policy, partnerships and fundraising activity — in a compelling and accessible way.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across Policy, Corporate Partnerships, Brand, Strategic Marketing, Social Media, Digital and in the Communications team, the Content Officer ensures that content is aligned, consistent and impactful. The postholder also contributes to the smooth delivery of content production and publication processes, helping to maintain high standards and a coherent organisational narrative.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery and production
· Develop high‑quality content across formats (e.g., explainers, briefings, blogs, supporter materials, video and digital assets) to support research, impact, policy and partnership storytelling.

The Prince of Wales Hospice help over 1,600 local people a year. Due to limited Government funding, income from donations are vital to continue providing their services, which are entirely free of charge to patients and their families.
We are looking for a passionate fundraiser to join the fantastic, ambitious team, could this be the role for you?
The Role
This is a key and vital role within the fundraising team. You will be responsible for delivering income from In-Memory, Legacy, and Regular Giving donations from mailed appeals and marketing campaigns.
The main duties include:
- Collaboratively working with the wider fundraising and marketing team to deliver emotive communications for key campaigns and appeals.
- Supporting the Senior Relationship Fundraiser and Fundraising Manager to create and deliver a 3-year strategy to maximise In Memory fundraising.
- Managing legacy projects and campaigns, working closely with external stakeholders.
- Leading on the regular giving programme, including the lottery.
The Person
We are looking for someone with experience in a fundraising or direct marketing role. You must have exceptional communication skills, the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
This is a creative role; therefore you must possess excellent writing skills with the ability to produce engaging and emotive content. You should have the proven ability to effectively juggle competing demands and prioritise workload, to achieve set targets. Ideally experience of using a customer relationship management database and knowledge of fundraising CRM (ideally Donorfy) would be advantageous.

The Email Channel Manager will play a crucial role in driving supporter engagement, fundraising, and brand awareness through effective email and SMS communication strategies. They will be responsible for ensuring ARUK's email channel delivers a consistent, personalised, and user-centric experience, maximising supporter engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
· Email Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Senior Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive email strategy aligned with ARUK's fundraising, brand, communication, and advocacy goals.
· Platform Management: Own and manage the Dotdigital account (email and SMS), ensuring optimal performance, deliverability, and compliance.
· Cross-Platform Collaboration: Lead decision-making on email components for all platforms used at ARUK (Dotdigital, Funraisin, Outlook, etc.), ensuring a consistent and user-centric experience.
· Audience-Centric Approach: Champion a customer and supporter-centric approach to email communications, prioritising personalisation, segmentation, and relevance.
· Decision-Making Authority: Serve as the final decision-maker for all email channel-related matters, including marketing campaigns, automated journeys, transactional emails, and SMS initiatives.
Tactical Execution:
· Campaign & Calendar Management: Own the email calendar, plan, execute, and analyse email campaigns, including the monthly newsletter, welcome journeys, and A/B tests. Manage and delegate this work to the Email Officer and/or Email Executive where appropriate.
· Automation: Develop and implement automated email workflows to nurture leads, welcome new supporters and customers, re-engage lapsed donors, and drive conversions.
· Data Collaboration: Work closely with the data team to segment audiences, personalise content, and ensure seamless data integration between Salesforce and Dotdigital.
· Integration Management: Manage the technical integration between Salesforce and Dotdigital, ensuring data accuracy and maximising automation capabilities.
· Reporting & Analysis: Provide detailed and accurate reporting on email performance, using data to drive optimisation and inform future strategies.
· User Journey Optimisation: Collaborate with the web unit to create seamless user journeys between the website and email communications.
Other Important Areas:
· SMS Channel Management: Manage and grow ARUK's SMS channel, leveraging its potential for timely and targeted communication. Also responsible for new 'SMS' adjacent channel strategies (e.g. Whatsapp).
· Continuous Improvement: Explore opportunities to upgrade Dotdigital to enable more reactive marketing based on web traffic.
· Knowledge Sharing: Share insights and best practices across ARUK, upskilling staff on effective email communication.
· Supporter Focus: Continuously monitor and analyse supporter data to understand preferences, identify churn risks, and optimise the email experience for higher engagement and growth.
· Using data and analytics to inform all aspects of email strategy, from segmentation and personalisation to campaign optimisation and automation.
· Collaboration: Particularly with the web team and data team, to ensure a seamless user experience and effective data utilisation.
· Strategic Focus: While tactical execution is important, strategic leadership in collaboration with the Senior Manager is essential, ensuring the email channel aligns with ARUK's broader goals and contributes to its mission.

· Proven experience in email marketing, with a track record of developing and executing successful email campaigns.

The Communications Department inspires, informs and engages the public by showcasing Alzheimer’s Research UK’s mission, impact and scientific progress across all channels. We lead the charity’s media and strategic communications activity, ensuring clear, accurate and compelling storytelling that supports research, fundraising and organisational priorities. The Strategic Communications Officer will be part of the Corporate Communications team – one of several specialist teams in the wider Department.
The Strategic Communications Officer will play an important role in delivering high‑quality campaign and communications activity that supports ARUK’s strategic goals. Reporting to the Corporate Communications Manager, this individual will mainly work collaboratively with colleagues across Brand and Strategic Marketing on our big impact campaigns, as well as supporting the corporate communications team when capacity requires – this could be working with the CEO office, Fundraising or filling a need from the wider team.
The role holder will help to coordinate campaign workflows, gather accurate information, and support the delivery of integrated communications activity. The Strategic Communications Officer will contribute to the smooth running of campaigns by maintaining organised processes, supporting planning and reporting, and helping to produce content that strengthens understanding of dementia and the urgent need for research.
