We're seeking a proactive and insight-driven fundraiser with experience in charity e-commerce (Online Shop). You'll be confident delivering multi-channel campaigns, using data to inform decisions and improving supporter journeys to achieve growth. As the Senior Supporter Development Officer (Trading & Gaming) you will lead the development and delivery of Brooke's online Trading (Shop), Regular Giving NPD and Lottery programmes, creating supporter-centric journeys that increase engagement, retention and income.
Leading on the growth of our Trading portfolio, you will help transform the Brooke Shop into a year-round engagement and income channel through effective product development, supporter journeys and campaign activity. You will Develop and deliver stewardship and engagement programmes for Regular Giving and Lottery supporters, ensuring positive supporter experiences that increase retention and lifetime value and drive insight-led improvements and innovation, using data, testing and audience understanding to optimise performance, improve supporter journeys and identify new opportunities for growth.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across Supporter Acquisition, Supporter Journeys, Data & Insight, Finance and external suppliers to deliver effective supporter experiences and achieve ambitious income growth targets.

About the role
The Head of Fundraising and Development role offers an exceptional opportunity to shape Woman’s Trust’s income strategy, develop new partnerships and play a central role in the organisation’s next phase of growth.
We are seeking an established income-generation leader who combines strategic and commercial judgement with a willingness to remain hands-on. The successful candidate will have a strong record of securing significant income, identifying new opportunities and building effective relationships with funders, commissioners and partners. They will also be a constructive and positive senior colleague: someone who works collaboratively, communicates clearly, takes ownership and contributes actively to the success of the wider organisation.
The role will oversee the development and implementation of the fundraising strategy and funding pipeline. Additionally, it will ensure the maintenance and growth of excellent relationships with both existing and prospective funders, including the stewardship of grants and timely reporting. Responsibilities will also include reviewing, updating, and developing service budgets, as well as overseeing or coordinating the submission of high-quality bids, funding approaches, and events.
As a member of the senior leadership team, this post will work cross-departmentally and will contribute to the overall strategy of Woman’s Trust, working closely with the CEO and the Board of Trustees. You will lead and line manage the Trust and Statutory Fundraising Manager, Fundraising Manager and Data Impact and Insights Manager. You will deliver a direct income target for each year, with a focus on the development and tendering of statutory commissioning.

We're looking for a friendly, proactive Advice Caseworker (Outreach Specialist) to join our high performing Advice Service.
This is a unique role combining student advice and outreach. You'll provide one-to-one advice to students on academic matters, while also developing and delivering engaging outreach activities that help students understand the support available to them.

What you would be doing

Working closely with College departments and external organisations, you will help students access the support they need and contribute to identifying trends and emerging issues affecting the student experience. Alongside your advice responsibilities, you will develop and deliver a programme of outreach activities designed to raise awareness of the Advice Service and wider Union initiatives. About the role

Hundreds of thousands of Mo Bros and Mo Sistas, a full calendar of endurance events, deep community partnerships across education, sport and workplace, and a year-round supporter engagement program that keeps people coming back long after November ends. As Director of Public Fundraising, UK and Europe, you'll own the strategy and delivery for community fundraising, endurance events, and all public fundraising activity across the region.
