At Ambitious about Autism, we're looking for a Learning and Organisational Development Coordinator to join our People team on a 6 month maternity cover.

You'll play a crucial role in supporting the administration and coordination of learning and organisational development initiatives within the Charity. Working closely with the Learning & Organisational Development team, this role ensures the smooth implementation of training programs, development initiatives, and cultural change projects across the organisation.

You'll provide efficient administrative support for learning and organisational development activities, managing the Learning Help inbox, promoting training courses/events internally, as well as developing, maintaining and supporting the LMS.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in providing administrative support in Human Resources or Learning and Development
• Administrative experience with a Learning Management System
• Strong organisational, multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Proficiency in in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, O365) and ability to learn new systems.

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager based in North East England who can bridge the gap between MCR Pathways and the corporate, public and SME sectors across the area.

About the role

This role focuses on relationship building and stewardship with organisations of all sizes to drive strategic collaborations to secure the participation of volunteer mentors in our programme and other forms of in-kind and financial support. A hybrid of working from home, in the field and from office bases (often facilitated through our partners) across the North East, you will enjoy a balance of autonomous and team working while you drive forward the regional plans using your in depth knowledge of and connections within the North East.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pitch to corporate, public sector and SME partners, aligning their CSR/ESG goals with the MCR Pathways mission to secure strategic, long-term support.

• Drive targeted partner engagement and information sessions to recruit high-quality volunteer mentors and consistently meet monthly regional targets.

Community Outreach Worker (CSS Housing)

About the Service

Community Outreach Workers support people with complex needs who have Housing issues as a primary need. This includes people who may have drug and alcohol difficulties. Particularly when they are coming into repeat contact with Police, Tenancy Sustainment Services, Housing and Homelessness Services and Environmental Health Services.

The five-day post will be delivered in West Hertfordshire. With the flexibility to travel Hertfordshire County.

The purpose of the Hertfordshire Mind Network Community Outreach Worker role is to:

• Provide advice, information, onward referral and holistic support to clients with coexisting drug and alcohol difficulties and mental ill-health. These will be clients who are presenting to the Police, Anti-Social Behaviour, Tenancy Enforcement, Housing and Environmental Health Services within Hertfordshire.
• Ensure that the safety and wellbeing of the client is monitored and reviewed regularly.
• Remain a source of independent support for all clients.
• Embed a person centred and solution focused approach in all aspects of the role.
• Raise greater awareness of complex needs and the effects of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) amongst local service providers. Supporting them to gain confidence in working positively and consistently with people who have multiple needs.

As a result, 287 million people are living with the virus, but only a small fraction know.

We are looking for someone to position WHA and the hepatitis cause within the global health landscape.

The Woodland Trust is looking for a Data Engineer to help us manage our data, keep our systems running smoothly and support with the integration of our new Dynamics 365 CRM solution.

The Role:
•    Monitor the data engineering support board for incoming queries and move to resolution.
•    Write and create SQL scripts, queries, views, indexes and optimisations.
•    Document data flows and solutions and undertake analytical tasks making sure data is up to date. 
•    Model data sources using techniques such as Data Flow Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams, Schema Mappings and DDL.

Job Purpose:

To plan, coordinate, and deliver a range of local events across North West England, ensuring each event is well-organised, inclusive, and engaging for local communities. We're looking for an experienced and creative fundraiser to help grow and run the daily management of our Individual Giving programme, inspiring more people to support our work and become loyal, long-term champions of young people across the UK. The Individual Giving Manager is a maternity cover role for one year, starting September 2026.

You'll lead the development and delivery of engaging fundraising appeals across digital and offline channels, creating exceptional supporter experiences that encourage one-off donors to become regular givers. Working closely with colleagues across Fundraising and Brand and Marketing, you'll use data insight, creativity and organisational skills to build meaningful supporter journeys and maximise engagement.

You'll manage campaigns from concept through to evaluation, monitor performance against targets and budgets, and ensure all activity meets fundraising and compliance standards. You'll also support the development of our Individual Giving and Legacies Executive and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture.

Main purpose of the job

• To support the organisation’s day-to-day finance, HR and impact data administration. This includes maintaining and strengthening financial controls, contributing to monthly and year-end financial processes, and supporting with finance/HR reports as required.
• To collect, manage and analyse data to improve service quality, demonstrate impact, and meet reporting requirements. The post holder will ensure information is accurate, compliant and used effectively to support decision-making, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure management information is produced accurately and on time, which will support effective strategic and operational decision-making across the organisation.

Main Tasks

Finance Administration and Financial Control

1. Process income sales invoices, grant claims and associated receipts and payments, ensuring timely receipt of all revenue.

2. Process purchase ledger invoices and associated payments.

3. Calculate accruals, prepayments and internal recharges.

4. Complete bank reconciliations.

5. Maintain and update the organisation’s asset register.

6. Maintain project files in line with funding guidelines.

7. Record cash account transactions, including weekly cash issues to relevant budget holders, ensuring all returns comply with financial procedures.

8. Monitor individual budgets and highlight any issues or concerns to the appropriate colleagues.

9. Liaise with the charity’s auditors and provide information required to support the annual audit.

10.  Assist in the design, management and co-ordination of appropriate finance and administrative systems as required.

11.  Ensure day-to-day financial processes comply with the Financial Procedures Policy.

12.  Contribute to procurement and value-for-money activities.

Impact, Data and Reporting

13.  Support the organisation to collect, analyse and use data to improve service quality, demonstrate impact, and meet regulatory and funding requirements.

Terms and Conditions:
